We had a great time. Loved the amenities, with walking distance to pickleball, basketball and park. Pool was fun and warm. Nice family friendly neighborhood. Home was clean and had all the things we needed. Host answered questions quickly and checked in as well during stay.

We loved the condo and the location. Close to Tuacahn. The pool was nice. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. The only complaint was that there were crumbs on the kitchen floor and counter when we arrived and half of the plates had been put away dirty, so we had to put them right into the dishwasher. I suggest they get a new cleaning company.

It was such a great time staying at this property in Utah. Our kids had a blast at both of the walkable pools and were able to come back to their own rooms with even toys at the house. The kitchen was beautiful, the bathrooms spacious, and the main living area was very cozy. So glad we were able to check off our Utah state in Santa Clara and would recommend this location to anyone who has kids looking to vacation in the area as there are multiple things to do in the area.

We stayed here to be close to parents for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. House was well appointed and very clean. Clubhouse with pool was across the street. Big water park a short walk. Harmon's grocery store a few blocks away. Bike trails and Snow Canyon State Park nearby. Will be back.

We may consider this our staycation second home!! The bikes are my kids favorite part. We love the location. So close to the pool and we would ride our bikes to the paradise village pool. On the other hand, The dishwasher didn’t work, at all! After running the dishes two times and not getting any of them clean, we ended up washing all the dishes by hand. This is not convenient. It could use better pans for cooking. Looks like they’ve had lots of use/scratches.

This home was exactly what we needed for a family vacation to the St George area. House was clean, beds were comfortable, all amenities as described. We had no need to contact the property manager during our stay, but their communications prior to and during our stay we’re fantastic. The only thing that would have made the rental better would be to have some basic staples on hand in the kitchen (coffee, filters, salt/pepper, basic spices, etc...) certainly not a deal-breaker by any means, just means you have to make a trip to the store right off the bat. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Great feedback and so glad you loved everything. We have supplied those types of staples before, but guests have told us with COVID world and all, they prefer half-used boxes full of filters and spices half-consumed in their bottles to be thrown out. We really enjoyed renting this property. It was clean, spacious, and well located. We have rented several places that claim to sleep 12...and while they may have bedding for 12 they often don’t have seating (both in the living areas and dining areas), enough linens, or dishes to accommodate 12. Not so with this home! There was plenty of space for everybody to relax, and for all of us to dine together rather than in shifts. The abundance of towels (both bath and swim) was fantastic! I only wish there would have been a few more kitchen towels. But that is because we ate every meal at the home...which produced a lot of clean up where extra towels would have been helpful. The beds were all comfortable, clean, and welcoming. The home is well maintained. The extra pool toys were an exciting bonus for my kids. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and would happily rent here again!

This is our second time staying here and it just as great the second time. We went to make smoothies and saw that the glass carafe of the blender was not there. After searching the kitchen, we still couldn’t find it. We called guest services and they had a new blender to us within 30 minutes! Service is always above and beyond! The house is always spotless and it in great repair. We have told all our friends to stay here. Loved it all!

Our family of 8 loved our stay in this property. It is so spacious and very tastefully minimalist designed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living room are perfect for gathering and cooking together without feeling crowded. The location right across from the clubhouse was great also. It was stocked with all we needed. Our family really enjoyed the games, pool toys, wagon and bikes. It was too cold to use the patio, but it was very attractive and clean. We didn’t have any small children but noticed that there was a portable crib and high chairs for use. Minor suggestions that would be helpful are 1) a set of unbreakable (acrylic, etc) tableware for kids, and 2) darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that a definite 10/10 property.

Everything was perfect, and we appreciated the simple but elegant decor. There was nothing overly fancy our busy that we needed to put away to make room for our things. The location across the street from the clubhouse pool was perfect for the winter, as it was the only heated pool at the time we were staying. We will definitely come again!

Had a great time here. Plenty of room for the family. Our 4 boys loved the bunk bed and trundle room. We had fun in the pool just across the street. We also went to the water park and lazy river in phase 2. Kids had a blast. Nice that pool toys were provided in the unit. The kids also had fun riding in the bucket bike. We’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and there was plenty of room for the 10 occupants in our party. The pool and area are beautiful. Very close to Tuachan and a 15 minute drive to shopping in Saint George. We had everything we needed and home was clean and cozy. We were pleasantly surprised to find several bicycles in the garage for our use. Definitely will stay here again.

We enjoyed the home but especially appreciated the excellent property management company. They answered the phone quickly even on the weekend and were super nice and willing to go out of their way to meet our needs. The property was exceptionally clean and well organized with amenities including bikes, chairs, clear instructions on using the electronics and pool passes, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and we had a beautiful neighborhood pool almost to ourselves for most of the day (it was a Monday). Santa Clara is a beautiful part of the St. George area. This is our second stay in this neighborhood (both with the same management company) and we will come again.

Your home was just what we were looking for! A place to spread out and enjoy our time in southern Utah (except for the cooler-than-expected weather; oh, well). The location was perfect: close to St. George and closer to Snow Canyon. The nearby Harmon's Grocery was an added plus. We hope to stay again when we're in the neighborhood.

This homes was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is a short walk from the pool and clubhouse and away from all the noise. Beautiful view! We took many walks and bike rides. Just a short walk to Harmons for groceries or if we wanted some delicious gelato. I would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again.

St. George has always been one of my favorite places to spend a week close to home. We are with-in driving distance of Paradise Village and were able to get into a great home right across the street from the swimming pool. We stayed at Paradise Village no. 6 which is a great three bedroom house with many extras. The home has all we needed to have a great stay. We took short walks, ate at some great places, saw the dinosaur tracks in the desert, spent time with the grandkids at the train park, played in the pool and had a very nice time. If your going to St. George, check this one out.

The house is beautiful, clean, and has every amenity you could need to relax. The kitchen has the supplies needed to cook some meals, and the BBQ worked great. The pool and hot tub were so nice, I loved how big the hot tub was! The process of checking in was so easy, it did not take away any time from my precious vacation. I have a new favorite vacation house for when I visit St. George. I would recommend this to my friends!

This vacation rental outdid my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, but also very functional with lots of room for every guest. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to fix a meal, or do some baking. The view from the patio is breathtaking! I couldn't of asked for a better location within the community because the house offers a quiet relaxing atmosphere, while still being very close to the community pools, and hot tub. Whenever the pool/hot tub area got busy and loud, we were able to quickly escape to our quiet house. I would easily recommend this house to my friends, its now my new favorite place to vacation!

This home is in an excellent location. Directly across the street from the clubhouse so it is a close walk to the pools and hot tub, but not too close to be bothered with any noise. The home has everything you need for your stay. Toys, and games, extra bedding and towels. Everything is top notch which makes your stay so much more pleasurable.

My family had a relaxing vacation at this house in St. George. It was very nice and well taken care off, almost like new. The community is easy to drive to and the pool / hot tub that is right across the street was like we were at a resort. There is a Harmons grocery only a block away and quick access to downtown St. George. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again. Thanks so much!
