Overall our experience was great. I gave them 5 stars because the house was clean, well described as the listing, and everything worked.
We do have 2 minor complaints that I want the owners and future residents to know about
1) The cleaners used a ridiculous amount of Fabuloso cleaner, or another similar multi purpose cleaner. We had to air the house out for a good hour to get the smell out, it was really strong.
2) The upstairs bedroom that faces the street, the one opposite the bunk bed room, needs a blackout curtain. The street lights shine all night long and the blind they have doesn't block anything and just acts like an 8x8 nightlight.
Would we stay there again, yes we would. Clean, good location, east to communicate with the host. No issues with the stay which is why I will still give them 5 stars, but I would love if they could address those 2 minor things.Joseph - Posted: 11/10/2025

We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 12 -- we had a wonderful time staying here. The location is wonderful and made it easy for us to get to Zion National Park twice during our visit. Plan for about a 3 minute walk to the rock waterfall pool and about an 8 minute walk to the water equipment pool with the lazy river. That pool has a concession stand!When you buy groceries, I highly recommend driving into St. George and scoping out a grocery store there or just popping into Target as the local grocery store in town is extremely expensive.The property management company for this rental is extremely responsive and friendly. Our daughter was so sad that she had lost her dinosaur stuffie from the St. George Dinosaur Exploration Center, but the cleaning crew was able to find it and they're shipping it to our house. We absolutely loved our stay in Paradise village. The waterpark for kids was perfect and it was extremely appreciative that the home had a wagon and extra pool chairs we could just walk with all our stuff also was nice the home provided lots of pool towels! Clean and comfortable for two small families to share. My only advice would be for some salt and pepper would a nice option to have in the kitchen we kept forgetting to buy some each grocery run. Great Family Getaway
Great place to stay with very fun pools and things nearby for the whole family! We also visited Snow Canyon State Park which was only a few miles away. Great home close to Snow Canyon!
This property fit our needs perfectly! There were plenty of linens and the beds were very comfortable. It was spacious and did not feel tight with 10 people staying there. We were pleasantly surprised to find a portacrib and high chair available for our use too. The home was in a great location— close to Snow Canyon (our primary destination) and not far from the stores and restaurants in St. George. The Harmons near by is a beautiful grocery store! We really enjoyed this property it was well stocked and nicely decorated. One problem, the sheets on the main floor master did not stay tucked or even on while sleeping. Great weekend getaway
The house was perfect for our family of four. Our teenagers could stay upstairs in their own space with the master on the main floor. Very nice decor and every little detail was thought of (Coffee filters, wine opener, plenty of dishwasher and washing machine pods, Shampoo, conditioner, soaps for the sinks). The house backs up to a baseball field so you do not have to look at other houses behind you. In the time of Covid, we decided to rent the house next-door for our extended family. The pool was uncomfortably crowded because it was Labor Day weekend, but we learned to go right at opening time and on Sunday to get a little bit of solitary time there. We would stay again. We rented this area for a corporate strategy retreat. It was everything we expected it to be. I was amazed at how clean this place was and how great of a value everything was. The unit seemed to be in tip-top shape and I would recommend this for anyone. Wonderful House - Amazing Pool
We had a great time - plenty of beds, room, dishes, and fully stocked kitchen. There are a lot of rules about what to do and how to check out (have to put laundry in and do dishes, take garbages out, etc.) so just heads up. This is a home that you will thoroughly enjoy. We have stayed in some rentals that didn't meet our expectations because the pictures weren't accurate. The quality of this home was just as the pictures depicted. It's very comfortable, clean and well appointed. If you don't mind being a short drive from St. George, this is the home for you. Beautiful Stunning Comfortable Property!
So much attention to detail in property 82! What an immaculate place. Comfortably slept our family of 5, but will easily sleep a family of 8 or more. A huge well appointed kitchen, dining room, 3.5 large bathrooms, laundry room, and large family room make this property perfect! Everything was spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and beach towels for bathing and swimming. We loved the 2 car garage, and beautiful pool and jacuzzi area. Property owner was super helpful in providing everything we needed. The nearby Harmons was very convenient in stocking the kitchen for family grills on the back patio. We had a great time here. We came for a soccer tournament so we didnt get to spend a ton of time exploring everything the property has to offer, but we all loved the pool and hot tub. Great three bedroom home. The decorating is this home amazing, we would love to have the team who designs for the homes in Paradise village to come to our home and redo the entire house. It is breath taking. The owners of this home didnt miss a thing, all the towels, bedding, kitchen wear was already in the house when we arrived at the home.
