This house was the perfect set up for our group. Everyone commented at the end of the trip how fun it was and that we would all love to come back. Young kids to the adults all had fun at the pools, the neighborhood was beautifully maintained and there was plenty for us all to do during our stay. We loved the easy access to the Lava Flow bike trail and grocery stores within walking distance. The house has been well used but everything was clean and comfortable. When a couple things came up they were very responsive and quick to help resolve them. 10/10 would stay here again.

Easy walk to the pools but we did bring a wagon with us because we always bring a ton of floats and towels when we bring our kids. Upstairs common area is a good place to roll out your sleeping bags if you’re traveling with another family. Close to Harmon’s grocery too.

This is a great space. Each room has a bathroom and the 2 living spaces make it feel like there is room to spread out. Plus the kitchen and dining area have a lot of space, which is great when you have 4 moms making food for their small children each day. The only complaint is the upstairs bedrooms are really bright in the morning. The blinds don’t adequalty block the sun and it’s really hard to sleep past sunrise. Also it’s important to note that you have to put the exact number of guests to get into the big pool with the slides. Both pools were awesome with our small kids and it was a great location with Harmons down the road.

We loved staying here over the weekend. Perfect for our family of 14. The house was fully stocked with kitchen items, garbage bags, laundry. I agree with the other reviews that the carpets could really use a good cleaning, but otherwise the rest of the home was clean and comfortable.

There were so many rooms that everyone had their own room and bathroom. All amenities were available to us. We loved the pool and this home is close to the pool with an easy walking path behind the houses straight to the gate. It was nice to have access to the garage as well. We used our own Roku stick to watch some shows and the TVs are mounted such that you can get to the ports easily. Overall this was a great vacation and we would go back to this until again in the future.

Great place for a great price! The house was very clean and organized and ready when we checked in. A few stains on the carpets, and some minor scuffs on the walls. But still very nice, spacious and clean. It slept everyone that was with us. And the kiddos loved the bunk room. The pool areas and neighborhood was great! We lived at the pools the whole time. The kids pool with slides and such was Really cold, which made the kiddos not want to go to that one as much. But they still had fun! overall, we had an amazing time and we cant wait to go back.

The home was large and well maintained. We loved the en-suites in each room. Our favorite thing was the location. Snow Canyon is just a few minutes up the road and we had a lot of fun exploring and hiking there as a family. We also liked how Harmon’s grocery store was right around the corner. The swimming pool was really fun. The house had all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was that the wi-fi was weak which made it hard for my husband to work from the house like he needed to do. They did leave great instructions which allowed us to hook up our Apple TV which we appreciated! All in all it was a great house! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Such s great place, exactly what it looks like in pictures. The only thing I would say needs some work is the WiFi service. The free WiFi dropped service a lot and the network with the password wouldn’t connect. Other than that, we loved it stay!!!

Really enjoyed our time at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. House was bigger than we expected and had nearly everything we could have wanted (plastic wrap excepting). We used the pool one afternoon and went hiking in Snow Canyon that evening. We also loved having the grocery store so close. The house is in an awesome area of St. George. We loved staying here. House was really nice and clean and filled with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for pack and plays or beds on floors in every room and beds were comfortable. All appliances and kitchen gadgets were high quality and made cooking easy. The house was perfect for our family...grandma, grandpa, 4 grandchildren and parents. It was extremely well stocked, and we lacked for nothing. Loved the fact that the dining table sat 10 and that when we were out on the patio, we could all sit around the table or the fire pit. Only negatives: The glass topped dining table was quite dirty on the bottom side and way too heavy for us to do anything about it. The advertising for the house says it has 6 bathrooms (4 full and 2 half), while in reality it had only 5 (4 full and 1 half). It would be nice it there were Kleenex provided (at least one box for each floor - preferably one box in each bathroom. The community pool was packed and both times we tried to go there were no available chairs and no room in the hot tub. We hiked Bryce, Zion and Snow Canyon - all absolutely magnificent. Don't miss Snow Canyon (we went twice). It's very close to the house and breathtakingly beautiful.

We had a lovely time with our Christmas stay. The place was beautiful, organized, and easy to maintain. Our family wants to come again sometime. The only thing I did not understand is the restriction we had on parking in the street. It seemed that many of the other units had one or two other cars parked on the street overnight.

This home had everything you could think of needing at a rental. Tons of pillows, beds, towels, linens. Each of the 4 bedrooms had its own bathroom which was so nice with 4 different families. Kitchen had everything you'd need and roasting sticks to roast marshmallows or hot dogs by fire. We used the grill one night. It was close to the pools and they were so great. Highlight of the kids trip. We will definitely be back. Clean, management was easy to reach.

My friends and I booked this beautiful home for our trip to Zion. From the beginning, they got in contact to see if i had any questions or concerns. The check in/out process was very simple. It was about an hour away from Zion and has a grocery store and a gas station literally around the corner. When we arrived, everyone was blown away at how beautiful the home was. We had a great time staying in this home. I will definitely book with them again if/when we do decide to g back to Zion.

This rental home was clean and big and stocked with games for kids and extra blankets, TV, internet, and a kitchen gadgets with all we needed for Thanksgiving feasting.

We recently stayed at this home for a trip away from the cold. The weather was great, we were able to enjoy the heated pool and the sun. All the homes in Paradise village have been done with great detail, having stayed at several of the homes in Paradise village the management company really does make the difference between a good stay and a great stay. The management team at Utah's Best has definitely put the time in with the homeowners and guest to make sure every thing a guest may need in the home as been taken care of. They even had the grocery's in the home put away when we arrived

Amazing home, great location and very well stocked and decorated. Very clean and in great repair. Utahs best was amazing to work with too. We had a great experience!
