Great place to stay! Incredible floor plan for a large group, multiple places to gather and private options to retreat to rooms when needed. Close to great trails, pools were great, spa was awesome. Multiple large tv’s which we barely used. Full kitchen to prepare and keep our own meals, didn’t need to go out to eat. Harmons grocery store extremely close and convenient. Excellent location!

Great place to stay. A short walk to the pools. Super close to the smaller one. Very comfortable furniture in all rooms, lots of seating. The patios are both nice and mostly shaded with the location. I highly recommend this unit.

This was a great place to stay for us, as a group of young professionals taking a weekend getaway for recreation. The neighborhood is very family friendly and the great kids' pool means that families have a fun place to go while the adult pool stays more relaxed and rejuvenating. The whole neighborhood and area of Santa Clara is easily walkable, and we loved the courts/grass fields around to play sports.

Great communication. Responded back super quickly on questions I had. We did a family trip that included grandparents, Aunts, uncles and cousins. The space we had was amazing. The fact that they would accommodate a family gathering was a huge part. The quality of cleanness made for a great trip. We would definitely stay with them again.

We loved this property! The patio could of been a little cleaner but other then the hat we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Loved the pools and pickle ball. The purpose of our trip was to go to a show at Tuacahn and we loved that it was close. Overall, we would use this house again! Kitchen was fully equipped and the linens were super comfy and so were the beds.

Great place to stay. The house is super nice and the host is responsive. When we first arrived the countertops had not been wiped down and the floor was a little sticky, but otherwise it was clean. Location is great. I would definitely recommend.

Such a great house. It was clean and very nice and comfortable. Loved having the private hot tub and big dining room table to play games on and have all our family around the table for dinner! It is close to the water slides and family friendly:) I would go back with my family and grandkids! Thanks for the easy check in and check out was super easy and they didn’t have us do much other than put some laundry in and start the dishwasher. Of course we tried to leave it nice for the cleaners and respect the place. But I have been to places that it is so strict you feel stressed to leave it cause you think you are going to get charged for every little thing you leave undone. So it felt well worth the cleaning fee.

Nice home with plenty of space for our group of 14. We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom, plus 2 half baths. There were plenty of bath and pool towels for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked. Besides food, the only things we needed were tinfoil and ziplock bags. The pool and hot tub were nice and the home was in a good location.

My family decided last minute to get to St. George for Labor Day and we couldn’t believe this house was still available. It was perfect for our family. The carpets were a little stained, but it didn’t bother us. Bed were comfortable, but tall for us short people. My neices and nephews loved the bunk room. We would stay here again.

I'm not entirely sure where to start. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The community itself is also quite nice, with everything you could possibly want for a good vacation. Great proximity to Snow Canyon, and having the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus. We had a great stay, and the kids are already pestering me to return in the future.

Hot tub wasn't very hot and water was murky but maintenance team came right out and within 24 hours it was hot and clean! Kitchen sink had zero water pressure so doing the dishes was kind of a pain with a dribble of water coming out. Sheets in both the master bedrooms were pretty scratchy and nubby. Location and amenities were awesome. Washing machine kept getting stuck on drain and spin so that should be addressed. Management team was very helpful and we love to come stay in this subdivision! Will def come back to it.

We really loved this house. It is in the most beautiful part of St George (in our opinion). Amazing to see the red rock cliffs of Snow Canyon right as you drive out of the neighborhood. The property was super clean and in great shape and the amenities were perfect for our family. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Multiple hide a beds and air mattress. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of seating. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. The garage was fully stocked with a wagon, ping pong table, pickle ball, and lots of other ball. The only thing they could use is a ball pump and most of the balls were flat. We had an issue with the toaster and management brought us a new one the next day. We will stay here again for sure.

Very clean, well-equipped home in the middle of many things to do. Visited Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park and several local trails. On property pools and pickle ball courts fun as well. Really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, ping-pong and misters - although when the misters are on you REALLY hear it in the house! Maybe find a way to quiet that down. Reviewer Comments: When the stay at home mandate came out and we needed to get away still, this was the perfect place to self quarantine as a family and still get a little spring break warm weather as a family. House was perfect and clean. Lots of outdoor activities we could do as a family and still distance ourselves as was being requested. Highly recommend this place and all of the homes in the community. Incredible concept and will be back soon.... in fact we rebooked to go back in three weeks we had so much fun. Price when you factor in cost of eating out and inconvenience of doing so makes this so much better and cost effective than a traditional hotel stay and we had 10X’s the space. This is the new way to vacation IMO!!!!

Great place to stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus two 1/2 baths. Pool & spa area was great & a very short walk from this house.

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. The ping pong table, jacuzzi on the deck, and patio misters are added bonuses! The Paradise Village common pool and spa are perfect for hours of family entertainment. Active visitors will enjoy the miles of bike/running paths in the area as well as community pools for lap swimming. We saw Matilda the musical at Tuacahn, hiked nearby Snow Canyon, and visited Zion during our stay. Will definitely be back!

This home was lovely, well furnished and bright. We had a large party of 12 adults and all fit just fine. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Check in and out was clear and easy. Thank you for a nice stay!

This home is complete with a hot tub on the second floor balcony. I just absolutely love coming to this home. When I go to St. George on vacation I always stay here. The home is well kept and has all the amenities for a fun enjoyable stay. I'll always recommend this place to family friends.

We were amazed by the size of this home. The kitchen/dining area, living room, bedrooms, and the casida were so spacious. The home was very clean and well cared for, and came with everything we needed for a fabulous family getaway. Loved the hotub and pool. Very affordable and will definately book this home again. We highly recommend this great place!

This is a fantastic place to stay! Everything with the home is top notch and the owner is wonderful to work with. We enjoyed all the amenities and the location is fabulous. It was a bit too chilly to swim in the pool but the hot tub was perfect. We highly recommend this property!

Our family spent thanksgiving here. It's a perfect place to stay. We had a large family gathering and plenty of space for our large group. There are plenty of activities to enjoy as well as being close to st george and all it has to offer. The house we stayed in was clean and well kept. There are alot of private bedrooms and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds for kids with tvs for entertainment. This is a very good place to stay.

Everything about this home was perfect we truly enjoyed ourselves. Not one this from this property was missing. The kitchen was stocked, we had all the towels that we needed, great balcony with a private hot tub. This home was perfect
