This was an Amazing place to stay. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. We had 8 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy.
Loved the patio with the bbq and the Firepit. We will definitely come again!

Great place to stay. This is our second time staying at this house. It’s the perfect location. Lots of room to hang out together or spread out throughout the house. Close to stores and restaurants. It’s a nice safe area for a family to stay and play. We hope to visit again!

This rental was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. 19 people in our group, 9 adults & 10 children, 5-17. Everyone had so much fun, pool in our backyard, big kitchen with all the essentials & 2 big family sitting areas. We’d definitely stay here again.

Suggest owners put a non-slippery mat in the tub upstairs (we couldn't use it), and a window covering on the slider doors of the bedroom upstairs (had to dress in the bathroom and crawl into bed in the dark).

This home is spacious and well designed. It was perfect for our staff retreat. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There are two gathering areas with TV's and the dining area has a large table and plenty of seating. Brilliantly located next to the pool.

The place was in the perfect location and an amazing place to stay at, with comfortable beds, and everything was just as it was listed. It was perfect for kids and adults. I gave the cleanliness 3 stars because the sheets didn't look like they had been changed on 2 of the beds, but management was easy to get a hold of and came quickly and changed the sheets and remade the beds. We would definitely stay here again.

We were able to take a very short walk with our children and grandchildren to the sand volleyball court and pickle ball courts which we took advantage of daily. Our home provided plenty of bikes and helmets of all sizes which we really appreciated! They even had a nice wagon we could use to carry the pickle ball racquets and other sporting equipment to the park. We loved using the ping-pong table too! It was a FUN house! And of course the 6 bathrooms and 2 family rooms made this house very comfortable!

We loved everything about the house and was outfitted very well. So clean. The neighborhood was great. We enjoyed the volleyball court and Pickleball courts. The pool was enjoyable. Except the day a family brought a huge boom box and blasted music all afternoon really loudly. St George and the surrounding National Parks were incredible and definitely need to go back to do more exploring and hiking.

Beautiful, comfortable, nicely decorated home, very comfortable for our family which included 3 married kids, total of 10 in our group. Home was well appointed and included plentiful pool towels. If I were to get very picky we could have used a couple of large cooking pots and a couple more large serving bowls but were able to make it work. Kitchen was otherwise very well appointed. Since this large home caters to families and is a 2 story, a couple of baby gates would have been welcome to protect the little ones. Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Home was very clean. Neighborhood is nice and a very well appointed grocery store, Hammonds, was just around the corner. We appreciated the bikes, the ping pong table, and the assorted life jackets and pool toys that were stocked. This house has great pool views and is 1 house away from the pool entrance.

We loved our stay. The house was clean when we arrived and had all the kitchenwares, pool towels/toys and things that we could need for our 4 day stay. We loved how we were so close to the pool. We enjoyed making smores on the firepit and lounging on the deck. My kids loved the xbox and games that the house had. The area was great. The air conditioner was loud when going on. The floor tile was dirty when you walked on it our feet were black. We mopped the floor. Maybe the carpets need cleaning too. Enjoyed the stay there since we were right by the swimming pool.

We had a couple families together, it was nice having the TV room space upstairs, a place for the kiddos to be. The location is nice, over looking the pool and red rock bluffs. The added extras i.e. bikes, pickleball equipment, wagon, gas fire pit etc. were an added bonus. One thing to note, not in the listing, there is a pack n' play crib available for your babies/toddlers to sleep in. Everything was great. The only negative was the pool noise, kids screaming and playing late into the night. We were there during a busy time period and have young kids. Was tough for them to get to bed as the noise was pretty loud until 10 or 11. Other than that, everything was great.

We hear from guests how much they love the energy of being poolside and the spectacular views as you mentioned. While pools to close for kids at 10pm (adults time until 11pm), it doesn't work for everyone. But boy is it fun if you love the energy and want to be in the middle of everything - and just steps to the pool. We so enjoyed this house and its locations not only to things in the complex (the pool, lazy river, volleyball, etc), but to nearby attractions (Snow Canyon State Park, Zion and Bryce National Parks, St George, etc). The house was clean and well laid out. Every room had its own bathroom, plus 2 powder rooms. We loved the fact that we could all sit at one table for meals. We will be hard pressed to find something equally as nice and as accommodating as this house for our next vacation. We may just have to go back again!!

Beautiful and spacious home minutes away from Snow Canyon. Lots of great restaurants and a Harmon’s Grocery Store Minutes away. The pool/ hot tub area is fantastic and right behind the horn. Highly recommend this lovely home!

This property is so clean. It has all the amenities you could want. Its location next to the pool made it easy to keep track of the kids. In fact, out of all the properties on site this one has the very best location. It is a block away from a brand new supermarket and just minutes from Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We will definitely be going back every year.

We have spent many nights in St George and we love the area. This was our first experience staying in a property at Paradise Village. I can say this house has it all and we will for sure rent it in the future. My favorite part of the house is the amazing view of the pool at night from the second story balcony area. The convenience from the home to stunning pool made our stay!! The home was beautifully decorated and met our needs with a large family. Looking forward to our return!!

This property was well taken care of and was well stocked for all our needs. The location was perfect, right by the pool and club house. Which made it convenient for the kids to go and play. This property is amazing! It is literally next to the pool area and has incredible views of the pool and surrounding red mountains. Everything was perfectly clean and in working order. Little touches like the electronic instructions, misters, surround speakers, firepit, and pergola just add to the luxury. We walked around the entire development and truly believe this one has the very best location.

Our family LOVED this home! We enjoyed the close proximity to the pool, the build in BBQ that we used every night and the short drive to Snow Canyon State Park, where the kids spent the afternoon hiking, climbing and playing in the sand. This area is full of fun things to do as a family! I would recommend this home and Utah's Best Vacation Rentals. They took care of us from start to finish, including offering some great suggestions for us to do together. Can't wait to come back next year!

This is a great place for a family retreat. This home has plenty of beds and sitting areas so everyone is comfortable. As the listing says, it sits very close to the awesome resort pool and has beautiful views from the upper balcony. The property was very clean upon arrival and well maintained. The booking process was easy and the staff at UBVR provided great customer service. I have already recommended this home to several friends and will continue to do so!

We loved the home. It was decorated beautifully with clean soft linens. Additionally, the home was stocked with everything that we needed during our stay from kitchen items and pool toys to games and a beautiful fire pit. We loved how close the home was to the pool and common area. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evenings as well. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a clean, quiet place to stay while visiting St. George.

Great experience, we didn’t want to leave!!! Awesome property manager, the home was immaculate & well stocked. We booked this home when we came down for the Peter Cetera Concert at Tuacahn. We chose this home because of its beautiful bright contemporary & comfortable decor. This is the best 4 bedroom home in paradise because it sleeps 18 and is right next to all the amazing amenities & we can watch our kids when we’ve had enough swimming. The views of the Red mountains are spectacular to.

Great fall getaway!!! This was a needed trip away from work and the daily list after the kids went back to school. The house was perfect!! My kids and me for the matter truly loved that the pool was open and heated. Custom upgrades and very nice comfortable furniture with big tv’s, theater in family room, ping pong table & an amazing built in barbecue and firepit steps from the pool. We can see our kids at all times on the upstairs balcony making this home the most unique in the entire village. We look forward to staying in this home and others that Utah's Best has to offer in Utah

We love this home & try and stay here everytime we come to St. George. Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals were amazing to deal with. The home was immaculate. I would highly recommend this home. We love the 2 story floor plan with the best views in Pvz overlooking the pool & amenities and beautiful Snow Canyon. Custom upgrades and very nice comfortable furniture with big tv’s, theater in family room, ping pong table & an amazing built in barbecue and firepit steps from the pool. Great Stay enjoyed the Decore . The ample seating in dining room and family room was Fantastic . Pool access was great and close .
Grocery store Harmons was close and open untill 12.00PM .

Lot #33, The Poolside Retreat, is the best home in Paradise Village! This is my families 6th time renting this home. It seems we try and stay here for every big holiday. The home is located on the best lot in the entire development close to the pool & hot tub and is a 2 story so we have a perfect view of the entire pool and common area & always know where are kids are and that they are safe. The views of the red mountains & snow canyon are equally spectacular. I've also stayed in other PVZ homes because this home was booked and they're all nice but you just can't beat the location, tons of unique upgrades other homes don't have and the furniture and design.. we play ping pong in the garage & can sleep up to 18 people comfortably.. I highly recommend Utahs Best and this home lot 33 the poolside retreat.

My family stayed in the poolside retreat #33. When we arrived to the home it was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed being close to the pool and having overlooking views of the pool and beautiful red mountains. This home has many amenities each one of my kids always had something to do swimming, playing ping pong, video games, watching movies in the family room/ home theater and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. UBVRS staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We will definitely use UBVR in our future bookings.
