Great rental! We loved that every bedroom had a bathroom. The unit also had hot tub, fire pit, and pool table. Had some issues with the hot tub but the maintenance crew responded in a timely manner and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend.

We were neighbors with our family for the week and all the cousins had a blast enjoying all the amenities of the community and each house.

This house had a very well equipped kitchen and the furniture was comfortable. I wouldn't recommend the sofa sleepers for anyone other than small children (very thin mattresses and not comfortable). Our family enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and pool table (although the pool table is way too close to the wall/window for serious play). We would stay here again.

Were coming back for sure this was a great place to stay and the pools and people working there were very nice , and so close to snow canyon and we took our bikes right fro. The unit to the lava trails over to the bike park and it was so much fun its also right next to harmons incase u need exta food quickly. Thank u so much it went very well.

Arrived 15mins early at the property. Ladies were cleaning the house when we got there. They finished a little over 4pm but really didn't bother us coz I know they're just making sure the house was spotless, and indeed it was. The property was well maintained and fully stocked with all the basic needs. The vibe was very comfortable and relaxing. From the interior design and the layout of the house is just superb. I never spoke with the property manager because there's really nothing to speak to about. We really had a wonderful vacation

We had a great time with our family of all ages! Great location with a lot of things to do. The property management company sent us a check-in email but didn’t include the access code to the house so I had to call the day of and get it. No other issues besides that. Oh except the fireplaces outside do have small glass pieces so you have to watch toddlers closely if they are near them. There were also some shards of glass on the cement from those glass pieces that my daughter stepped on and got a little cut. Overall, it was a very spacious place and we had a great time. It was very easy to relax here. I’d definitely stay again, but would make sure the deck is free of glass before walking out there.

We loved having the pools and waterpark on site, with Gubler Park right next door. The kitchens were well stocked. There were games and activities in the houses, and plenty of room for our large group (65). Unit #85 was the "quiet house," and it served the purpose beautifully for those who wanted to get away from the happy chaos of the larger homes. I would highly recommend Paradise Village to others.

How fun for such a large reunion group to all have individual homes designated for different purposes. We always envisioned such a use when helping layout the village design with the developers. We come to St George quite a bit and have stayed a lot of places and this was one of our favorites! paradise village is so fun for the family and the actual unit was so great with the main floor patio for BBQs and fire and the top patio with hot tub and fire pit. We enjoyed sitting outside so much! Each room and bathroom made it easy for 3 families to share with comfort. We loved this place!

This condo was so efficiently designed - every square foot is utilized fully for the most space, every room has an amazing bathroom and there's lots of large family space on both the main and upper levels. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures! It was decorated beautifully but functional. The furniture was so comfortable - especially the couches both upstairs and downstairs! The owners thought of every detail we would need for our stay, including laundry baskets, sports equipment, tons of kitchen items, and lots of extra pillows and bedding. The hot tub was wonderful. The pool table is up where everyone can gather. We are also sold on this resort! It has such great amenities yet is located in a secluded part of the community so you don't feel you are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The new water park is now open and our kids had so much fun. Thanks for a great visit!

This rental checked off all the major boxes for me: 1) It's priced exceedingly well. 2) It's positioned nicely among many entertainment and leisure attractions. 3) It's clean, well-furnished and spacious. When you go on vacation, you want to spend most of your time enjoying the area, and this property affords you that opportunity. You can take quick trips to restaurants, golf courses and hiking. And if you want to ski, you make it to resorts in about an hour. If you want to stay in, you’ll find the property comfortable, as well. The amenities are updated—the kitchen is beautiful—and the outdoor living space is relaxing. The house absolutely sleeps 12 easily. We had seven people in our party, but the house never felt crowded or cluttered. I would strongly recommend this property for your next to the mountains of Utah.

Loved everything about this home, not one thing was overlooked. We appreciated that Utah's Best Vacation Rentals had options that can be added, adding grocery delivery was one of the best things we did for our trip. They made sure that everything we needed was in the house and put away before we arrived at the home. All we had to worry about was remembering clothes and not to forget the kids. haha

We loved everything about this immaculate home! Everything is brand new and beautiful!! The owners have paid so much attention to every detail. The home is full of so many amenities including hot tub, fire pits and pool table. The kitchen is very well stocked and has more than enough table settings for a large group. All of the beds are very comfortable and large! We loved having an en suite bathroom in every room. The house is very well laid out and functional and could easily accommodate several families. All of the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The full laundry was also nice to have. We loved the location of the home and the neighborhood was amazing! So many great amenities! The view of the red rocks from the hot tub are stunning. We also loved having a park right out the back door. We loved everything about this home and will definitely come back again!

We’ve stayed in a lot of Paradise village units and this home is one of our top picks for future stays. Very well furnished, convenient location, great amenities and very well stocked. The home was also immaculate and managed very well by Utahs Best who were very responsive!
