This home is very nicely located - within walking distance to Harmons a fabulous local grocery store. Home is spacious and perfect for family to gather and watch a movie or share a meal. Beds are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Was very clean and a great setup. The floor plan was great for 3 families, groups of 2. The bunk room was designed around kids visiting, however worked okay for mother/daughter. Great room was large, great for hanging out.

Everything as advertised! Owners were responsive through email, and text. House was beautiful, stocked with board games, plenty of DVD's, and even video games. My kids absolutely loved the pool. There's even a little slide, and a wading area for little ones. Brand new Harmons grocery store within walking distance with everything you need to throw a successful BBQ (we did) using the large patio and natural gas grill. We will be making this place an annual trip. Loved the family friendliness of the home amenities, and the community pool area.

Pros: The house was nice and was in a great location. We loved the pool and the space and the legos and game options for the kids. Communication was easy and getting in and out was super convenient. My biggest cons: the house said it had smart TVs but didn’t offer anything other than Netflix and cable. We couldn’t stream anything that we wanted to watch which was a bummer. Our biggest complaint, however, was the cleanliness of the house. At first glance it seemed like it was clean enough, but we had hairs all over our sheets and pillows, which isn’t what you wanna see when you’re about to sleep in it. The sheets seemed old and dingy and it made us wonder if they had been changed since the last visitor. There was old shampoo residue gooped in our shower, and we found left over old cheese burger patties in the oven, which was kinda gross. Again great house, but especially since most places stepped up cleaning since the pandemic, the cleanliness could have definitely been way better.

The house was clean with plenty of space. It was accurately described and in a good location with a Harmons just down the street. My kids loved the lazy river and were in that every day of our trip! We didn't need to contact the owner during the trip, but communication was good leading up to our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The rental experience was very simple and clear during booking and prior to arriving at the property. The Hospitality app has all the information you need and more which was very handy. Once at the home, everything inside the home was terrific, as promised. The pools and water park were my kids (7 yo & 3 yo) favorite part of the trip. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

The house was perfect, great for our family of 5! The pool area was so much fun for our kids, we were there everyday. Back porch area is private (can hear but not see the road) and nice to sit in the shade. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was a delight for our traveling party of 8. We had plenty of room to relax and watch shows. The pool & hot tub were perfect, even in chilly weather. It was ideally located—close to Snow Canyon, grocery store, restaurants. The views were spectacular.

We went to three homes for the 33 of us for a family reunion and the homes were fabulous spacious super clean and so smoothly to check in and to check out. The kitchens were well supplied the garage on a couple of them had ping-pong tables in there and some fun things to do so the grandkids were out in the garage a lot of the times. The two different pool areas were crazy wonderful in 40 weather they were still swimming and even swim at night in the snow we could not have had a better time. Also hiking 10-15 minutes away was so fun will definitely be coming back again!!

This house was so perfect for what we needed. It was sparkling clean, the property manager was responsive to any questions we had, and my kids could NOT stop talking about the waterpark. We thought it would be way too cold with the weather but turns out every amenity is heated! Overall awesome experience.

The property was so spacious it handled our group of 14 well and we could have had more people and been comfortable. It is the best thought out and laid out floor plans I have ever rented. The decor was soothing, restful and playfully delightful. I usually dont comment on decor but this rental really appealed to me visually and I enjoyed it. It was also probably the cleanest unit I have rented. Loved it!and wished I had more time to stay longer! We will definitely be back again.

The house we stayed in was very nice and accommodated our family well. We enjoyed the surrounding area. We were able to eat all of our meals in the home, because it was so well stocked. It was so nice to be able to spend a day at Zion's National Park and come home to dinner cooking in the crockpot.

This felt like a home away from home and was far more accommodating, comfortable, and private than any hotel. Though we did not spend much time at the house it was certainly a warm and rejuvenating place to come back and relax after a long day/week hiking, biking, camping and exploring this beautiful area of Utah. The house was very clean and well decorated with way more room than we needed as it was just the two of us. We were pleasantly surprised to have basic essentials such as utensils, cookware, and hygiene products available to us. We also appreciated the assortment of DVDs and games as it felt more like a home. Really great place that we would absolutely return to on our next trip. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this fun home. It was perfect for a family of 7 plus 2 grandparents. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the unique community pool and hot tub, it felt like something you'd find at a resort. It was very close to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn and only 10-15 minutes away from St. George Blvd and I-15.

We stayed her for a baseball tournament. This was our first time renting from you , so I can't compare . But it was sooo much better than a hotel!! We felt nervous to use dishes because they were all glass. We had little kids and so we didn't use anything very much. We were told that the pool would be ready for us when we came and it wasn't . So that was disappointing . I was just wondering if we could have used the 4 wheeler? I had in my mind there would be things to do around us but at least we had a nice place. We loved the place! Loved the beds!! Loved the space and board games that were there. Baseball tournament
