The Stay was great all except for the TV. Getting the Tv's to work was a pain and when you pay for a place to stay especially during College Football season all you want is the TV to work. It was confusing and we couldn't get it to work. Other than that the home was clean and nice.

This was a really beautiful house and we all really enjoyed the pools and waterpark/lazy river. I have a few suggestions to make the place even better though. First, there is a lock on one of the downstairs bedrooms that lock from the outside. It was left locked but the door open and my kids locked themselves inside when we first arrived. They were terrified as we were unloading the car and didn't hear them. There was no way for them to get out from inside the room. There is a door across this that has a hot water heater and is totally unsafe for children. This door needs a lock on it. The table was crowded for our family of 6 and the kitchen utensils were really cheap. The hot tub cover was broken and really hard to use. The seats under the game table downstairs were also broken. There was also a bag left from housekeeping downstairs with toilet paper and towels. The rest of the house was great though. I never sleep comfortably in vacation rentals but we all did in this one. The company was great too. I really like how easy it was to access the house with keyless entry and not having to meet somewhere for a key.

This was a perfect home for a St George getaway! We shared the home with another family and there was plenty of room for all of us. Paradise Village is such a fun place to stay with kids! We loved the hot tub at the house. The 2 pools in Paradise Village are the best! Great home with everything we could need!

We've stayed at this house a couple different times now, and both times it was perfect. The attention to detail in the cleanliness, the decor and staging of the house when we arrived is incredible! There is no shortage of things to do! The hot tub was great and the pool is just a short walk away. We also loved hiking up the beautiful Snow Canyon with the kids, saw a play at Tuacahn, and found some yummy restaurants not far away. Harmon's was also super convenient for groceries. We'll be back again, for sure!

I brought my family down for our annual Tuachann trip. This home was spacious and nice. We had plenty of room to fit all who went. One item that would have been an improvement is to have the place stocked with some essentials. Spices, aluminum foil, etc. If a family will only be staying a few days, they don’t want to have to buy spices that they then have to carry home. It was fine for us as we drove, but what about those who fly? I have rented other houses that did have some essentials and it is much nicer.

The property was great and with all of the amenities it made it very easy to relax and have fun. We enjoyed a hiking trail that was only minutes away and when we returned we relaxed by the pool. I would recommend Utahs Best Vacation Rental and paradise village to all of my friends and family.

Stayed Jun 2014 You won't be disappointed! We chose this unit for our recent trip to southern Utah. We planned to explore national parks during our stay and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice to rent at Paradise Village. The accommodations were incredibly clean, organized, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed to enjoy our weeks vacation. The pool for the complex was literally right across the street for our unit. The pickle ball courts (with lights) were just behind our unit. It was easy to get to and from the complex during our daily outings. We had two families with a total of 4 people stay in the unit and it easily accommodated all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, and other items to make our stay very pleasant. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We appreciated even a couple extra blankets to curl up on the couches with during the evening. It was very nice having two separate (and well furnished) living areas when adults wanted to watch something besides kids playing on the XBox. :-) Ample space in all rooms and closets. Santa Clara is very close to St. George where there are many food and shopping options. Having never traveled to Utah we weren't sure what to expect about things to see and do since our main plan was to visit Zion National Park (which we did). We are so glad about our choice to stay in Santa Clara at Paradise Village as it was very close to Snow Canyon State Park, Red Cliffs National Conservation Area and Dixie State University. We spent time exploring at all of them. Other places nearby that we enjoyed... Harmon's Grocery (coffee shop, great grocery store and bakery. Honey Cream cookies, oh my tastebuds) Wingers The Egg and I (breakfast) Kneaders (coffee and breakfast) Angelicas (mexican, YUM. The torta really was ginormous!) Iceberg Drive-In (ice cream, the MINI is HUGE!) Even Stevens (sandwiches and cookies are so good) You will not be disappointed to visit Santa Clara and stay at Paradise Village.

We had 4 people in our group. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had six TVs and lots of big toys upstairs. We had a double car garage with door opener. We were here for Tuacahn plays and the location was perfect. We hope to stay here again. We all loved it.
