We were pleased with the location of this property. The pools were wonderful and access was easy to get to them. The house was well stocked. The Pac Man machine was a hit. It is advertised that there is Pop-a-Shot basketball but it was not there. A foosball table was there instead which was fine. The carpets are a little worn but the house was clean and we had an enjoyable time. I am giving it 5 stars and would recommend it to others. We are willing to come back another year.

Stayed for a family reunion. Loved the location, loved the amenities. Plenty of space for a large group. Really loved that there were three master bedrooms. Beds are comfortable and bedding is nice. One of the pools is right next to the house, which was very nice in the heat of the summer.
We had a couple of issues that were not a big deal... the two outside trash cans were overflowing upon arrival from previous tenants. I emailed the management company and they immediately responded that they would send their team the next day to remove the trash. They never came the next day, so we had to email them again on the third day and they finally came. The home was pretty clean, other then some hair on a shower wall and on the extra blankets in the closets.
Overall we would stay here again and would recommend this home to friends and family.

The kids had a great time with the games (air hockey, ping pong, PacMan, basketball) and the room layout was great. It is starting to show some wear and tear in the carpet especially. The basement master bathroom has nowhere to hang a towel - some hooks in there would be nice. The kitchen needs a few more items (cutting boards and colander specifically). Overall we were very pleased and I'd definitely come back.

We had a blast!! This property was perfect for our large family with plenty to do for everyone. The kids loved the air hockey and arcade games. The whole family loved watching a movie in the theater. Plenty of space for kids and adults to still get quiet time. Close to the pool and a short walk to the kids cove. Short drives to multiple hikes. We will definitely be back and rent this property again next year when we do our yearly family trip. Everything was perfect!

This is an amazing home! We were there over spring break and the pools were over ran with people. The home could use some sharp knifes and a few things like tin foil and plastic wrap and baggies. The neighborhood was very crowded possibly because of spring break.

Overall, we had a great time staying at this property! We had 4 families and ages ranged from 1.5-80 and everyone enjoyed the home. Some positives: - I think that the pictures on the VRBO website do not give this property justice. The rooms ended being a lot larger than expected, which was a nice surprise. - If you are traveling with a baby or toddler, the house DOES have a pack n play which we found in one of the closets. We planned to bring our own anyway, but I did not see it listed on the website. - Another thing we found in the garage were extra folding chairs. This was helpful for our large family trying to squeeze around an 8 seated table. An earlier review mentioned that the house is able to house 22, but the dining table only seats 8, which was problematic. So finding those chairs was another bonus! - All the kids absolutely loved the downstairs game room. It was so nice to be able to just let the kids hang out downstairs while the adults lounged upstairs. - We thought the master closest to the kitchen was going to hear a lot of noise, but we didn’t! The house’s walls were very soundproof which helped a lot during nap time and when there were noisy early risers. Some negatives: - Like the previous reviews, the basketball “Pop Shot” game and air hockey table are broken and have some major problems. Luckily our kids didn’t seem to mind and played regardless. - One of the movie room couches is pretty bad. The middle seat on one couch is torn open so the stuffing is just falling out. Seemed like the last crew just stuffed the stuffing back in and then it ended up falling out inside the couch. We threw a blanket over the couch so it wouldn’t be a distraction or issue. When we opened the couches to pull out the hide a beds, it was pretty unclean. So we tucked them back inside and said forget about it. A little disappointing, but not a deal breaker for our trip. - When they say you have your own “private backyard” it’s NOT. There are no barriers keeping other guests off your yard. It’s small and did not feel private at all. We were looking forward to doing an egg hunt for Easter out there, but instead, we did it inside the house. - Since this home is right next to the community center/pool, you get a lot of foot traffic by the house. We even had some random kids playing on our slide. People get to the pool right when it opens and stay till it closes. So just beware! Other than that, a great stay!

The house was great! Clean, no complaints at all. We were down for a golf tournament and stayed two nights. The big common areas were comfortable to lounge and large enough to accommodate a large group gathering. It was nice to have the option of multiple spaces downstairs in the game room for smaller groups if we had wanted. We didn't use the outdoor dining table or rooftop firepit but those would have been great if there had been kids.

We loved our stay here. The proximity of the heated pool and the houses amenities worked well for our family. Just a few items need to be addressed. Despite advertising for 20+ people, feeding that many people would be a challenge. With only 8 in our party, we couldn't find large serving bowls for salads, etc. A lot of the silverware has sharp edges from trips to the garbage disposal. The table seats 8 and the kitchen island seats 4. There are no extra chairs or banquet tables. The theater room is a great concept, but the sofas are uncomfortable and one is falling apart at the seams. The air hockey table is missing air, so not really useable. The basketball game has a bent rim, missing net, and the scoring doesn't work. Some of the bathrooms lack towel bars so you need to hang your towel in the closet. The patio seating is missing cushions. Our grand daughter loved the slide, but the paving stones on the path back up to the patio are missing or loose and need to be repaired for safety. Overall, it's a great house. We loved the location and amenities. The owners just need to make a few repairs.

Nice property. Space for everyone. Only 2 complaints. 1) Most of the outdoor chairs/sofas were missing cushions. Not comfortable to sit in. 2) The master bedroom footboard sticks out on both sides and both me and my wife have bruises from bumping into it (many times). Had I had a saw handy, I would have cut them off and gladly paid a damage fee . . . not really . . . but the thought did occur to me :) Overall, I'd rent it again. The kids enjoyed the water features.

This home is large, spacious and spoiled us for future vacations. The pools and play areas for the children (slides and lazy river) were a lot of fun and not crowded! We often had them to ourselves. Kitchen has what we needed - all that we brought was food. Only negatives- grass was being reseeded so no playing in back yard and the deck furniture was missing cushions which made them not usable. Movie room was so much fun. Perfect for large families. We never felt crowded. Thank you!

We LOVED it here! Perfect for our family reunion. The house had exactly what we needed/wanted and was very well thought out for an occasion just as ours! The pools were HUGE factors for us and they did not disappoint! The kids and adults never wanted to leave. My only complaints are 1. The floors definitely had not been cleaned when we got there. Our feet were immediately black from them. My other concern definitely was a bigger issue for me. There is a rock slab staircase out the back side of the home. The kids were constantly going up and down it to go down the slide. However, there is no rail and the rock slabs are not stable. A small child could die if they fell from it, which ours almost did multiple times. We eventually had to just keep them away from it, which was very hard. If they were to fix this, we would definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: this home was fantastic for our multi-generational family vacation- Owners have thought of everything and the home was clean and well cared for. Problems with rental staff (very Snotty) but that should not reflect poorly on this great home. Home is located in the best spot in the neighborhood and the grandkids loved the slide- it truly created a unique and way of getting from one floor to the next. i would definitely stay here again if i didn't have to deal with booking agency staff members

Of course, we were surprised to learn of your experience with our staff as we typically hear high ratings on our service levels with over 1,500 reviews at 95% satisfaction rate. We looked into what happened and it seems frustrations overflowed when we were unable to accommodate your early check-in request due to there being another party checking out the same day. We try very hard to accommodate requests, but in this instance, we were simply unable to. Our reservations agent did her best to help and reflected with us on her interpretation of events and challenges faced during the conversation. We had such a great time here! The house was perfect for us and the amenities were amazing! It was in the 50’s and we used the pool and the hot tub every day! We had 7 kids ages 10 to 1 and they all were so busy with all the fun stuff in the house that the adults got to just hang out and relax too! Everything was so spacious and clean and well taken care of. We definitely want to come back!

I knew I had hit the mark when my friends within moments of exploring the house were so pleased by the choice. I think we were all a bit weary of the seven of us sharing a house for four days :). But not to worry. We each had our own space and plenty left over! Girls upstairs and boys downstairs. But mostly were all together in the kitchen sharing meals and ending the evenings on the upper deck watching the sun rises, sunsets and stars! The conversations shared in front of the firepit are priceless. We had everything we needed from indoor games to easy walk to pool. Thank you for making our marathon race weekend perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

What a treat! The home is spacious and well decorated. Everything we needed was provided, including a large supply of pool towels and toys for our grandchildren. We loved the location in the complex next to the pool. Also, the proximity of the neighborhood to the grocery store simplified feeding our crew. We hope to return someday.

The house was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a small maintenance issue in the laundry room and they showed up and fixed it promptly. The only thing I didn't completely love was having to wash towels before we left when the cleaning fee is a bit on the expensive side, but I can't say it would keep us from booking with them again. All in all it was a great experience!

We loved the house, the pool, and the location. It has everything you could need or want. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The only downside was from renting from a company rather than an individual. This house seems to be in a community largely made up of rentals owned by Utah’s Best. I miss the charm and individuality. There are a lot of rule signs and labels around the house that make you feel a little nervous that you’re gonna do something wrong. That being said, we didn’t run into any problems.

We had an amazing time with our family. The house was in brand new condition and stocked with all the amenities you will ever need. It was also very clean. Kids had a blast at the pool and loved the centralized gym/pool/spa area. Highly recommend!

We were a part of a team retreat in this home with people that came from all over the country. We did a live group workout out on the grass and did a bunch of team building activities in the yard. This seems to be the best house in the area with a yard in the back of the house! Everything was perfect.

We spent 4 nights in this home and it has everything that you could possibly need. This was a great way for us to re-unite with our siblings and their spouses during a difficult time of our lives. The kitchen is massive and this home is the best one we have ever rented.

This is one of my favorite homes in the entire village. Affordable, sleeps 22, every amenity imaginable, home theater, tons of arcades and great games, observation deck with incredible views and a fire pit and a cool slide for my kids. Then you can go in your own back yard and play catch or throw a Frisbee. Grass is rare in Southern Utah.

The home was clean and in good repair. We checked in late and had no problems with anything. Great location, tons of amenities and very comfortable. The game room and slide were a big hit with our kids while we enjoyed the theater, ping pong and fire pit.

This is one of our favorite homes because of its awesome location by all the amenities as well as all the amenities. Theater, game room, custom slide, backyard grass, observation deck with 360 degree views and fire pit. Every mattress is comfy and the home is very well stocked. Utahs Best does a great job too and had all kinds of helpful information for us when we arrived.

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL home with my in laws, 6 of my brother and sister in laws and our nieces and nephews and it was the perfect home for us to be together and celebrate life. The game room was a HIT, we stayed up late at night watching movies in the awesome Theater Room and enjoyed the star gazing from the rooftop terrace with a gas fire pit. We couldn't have found a better place to gather our family. There is room for everyone and this home is RIGHT next to the clubhouse and swimming pool!

I was just recently fortunate enough to visit Paradise Village! This was my first trip to Utah and my first experience renting out a house with friends & family. I cannot say enough amazing things about this community! We were all just blown away. The homes in this community are incredible! We're talking gourmet kitchens, ample room to gather 'round & make memories and amenities for days. This home came with EVERYTHING you could imagine needing or wanting in a vacation place... Including a game room! ;) We won't even talk about the breathtaking views from almost every room in the home! I came back from this vacation feeling refreshed and already ready to return! We had a great experience with this home. The home was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the pool was close. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. We loved being within walking distance of a fun city park and a beautiful new grocery store, and within biking distance of Snow Canyon. We had some confusion about check-in (our fault), but customer service was quick and helpful-- even though it was the evening. We'd stay in this neighborhood and this home again.
