This ground level three-bedroom residence features a spacious great room with living room, luxurious kitchen and dining area with adjoining covered patio terrace with a propane barbecue provided.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

This place was simply amazing. Yes, it is a little on the outside of Mohab, but if you are looking for a spacious place, great and impecable furniture and utilities. We had a wonderful time visiting Mohab. During the day, the wonders of Nature, and at night, the peace and comfort of this place.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo in Moab over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made preparing our holiday meal a breeze, and the cozy living area was ideal for gathering with family after a day of exploring.The location couldn’t be better—close to Arches and Canyonlands, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Waking up to the red rock views each morning was breathtaking. The hosts clearly put thought into every detail, from the comfortable beds to the little touches that made the stay feel welcoming.The only complaint was that the curtains in the master bedroom were not blackout curtains and allowed a lot of light in to the room while sleeping. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Moab. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return!

We loved the space. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cute. The kitchen was really well stocked, including an electric griddle and crock pot. The beds were comfortable, including the couch bed. We loved the pool and the upstairs area in the pool area with the gas grill and heaters. They were quick to respond with questions about the pool code and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. My kids are already asking when we can come back!

Even a few weeks before our trip the host was incredibly responsive and proactive with providing information about the place. The stay was perfect, from the apartment -which was clean, modern and had very comfortable beds - to the amenities (pool, jacuzzi, grills) everything was perfect. After a long day of hiking in moab (which was only a short drive away) I can't stress how nice it was to swim in the pool (and once the sun came down the jacuzzi). Could not have had a more perfect stay, recommend it to anyone travelling to moab as a group.

The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring Moab. However, the property is managed more like a hotel, so you don’t get that personal warmth of a typical Airbnb host. The listing mentioned a private hot tub, but unfortunately it wasn’t clean enough to use. I did raise this concern and was refunded $27, which didn’t really feel adequate given the situation. I’d suggest not booking this place for the hot tub amenities, but if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable stay, it works well.

The description of the space is accurate, but the pictures show two living rooms. I think there are pictures from another place mixed in. The living room with white chairs is not this place. So don’t get tricked plan around having that additional space.

Perfect place for a getaway!

This was the perfect place for our family. The space was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The pool/hot tub was awesome after a day of riding trails and the kids loved it!! Our unit also had a hot tub on the patio however we could not get it to heat up - I didn't communicate this with the property manager because we were out on the trails all day & didn't want to message late at night but other than that small thing our stay was everything we needed & wanted!

Great place! Pool area lives up to the photos, and is better than any of the hotel pools in town. Location is perfectly out of the main drag (5min drive) if you prefer less crowds. Note the private hot tub is for three adult (+maybe medium child). Master has only thin shading so bring eyeshades if you sleep past 8., and mattresses are excellent but soft. Overall a great place!

This was an awesome property for our family of 9! We all had plenty of space to enjoy one-another’s company without being on top of one-another. The 2.5 bathrooms was very appreciated. The shared pool and hot tubs on-site were a great resource to cool off and enjoy some splash time. The private hot tub at this property was great to have quiet and privacy. We will definitely recommend this property to others and would book another stay here when our travels take us to Moab again.

The house was great and the pool was amazing. Our group was 4 adults and 9 children (oldest is 10). With that many little kids unfortunately laundry is still part of our vacation routine and there were only 2 laundry pods provided. One of which needed to be used during check out. All of the soap in the house was watered down which was confusing. For the price we paid those two things were kind of annoying. It is stated in the agreement that only a starter amount of things was provided so it wasn’t that I was unaware, it just seemed like the very bare minimum was provided. Those are very nit picky things and overall we LOVED the place and I would definitely stay there again!!

Great Place to Stay in Moab

We had a great stay at Sage Creek Resort. We chose to stay here because of the pool and we wanted more space. We knew the resort was further outside of downtown Moab. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family. Beds were cozy. The only downside was being on the first floor we had to keep all of the blinds closed to avoid people seeing in and there is no view -- next time we'd book an upper floor rental. Also the people above us were LOUD walkers -- but they do mention this in the listing as a potential issue, I was just surprised how loud the people were and kids jumping/running around late after 10pm. The keypad on the door is a bit finicky and the reservation had two different codes for the front door, so took us a few minutes and a phone call to get in when we arrived, but the place is just as advertised. We loved the large washer/dryer for towels and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We'd have loved blackout curtains in the rooms, cause the sun woke us up early. We'd stay at Sage Creek again -- definitely a nice place! The food truck out in the parking lot was great too.

This stay was amazing. The rental was even more beautiful than the pictures. The on-site pool made it the best, it was across the parking lot. We would get up in the morning and do an activity like hiking arches or the dinosaur museum and then go swimming in the afternoons. The bunk beds were fun for the little kids and had plenty of places to sit/sleep. I would 10/10 stay here again.

The pool really made the stay awesome, they had a beach like pool where the toddlers could slowly wade into the water and 2 hot tubs, one with a waterfall. The rental was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfy and the kids love the bunk beds. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great for large family/group

The condos worked great for our stay in Moab. We had to call to get the correct code for our condo on arrival, but they were quick to respond. Overall, one of the best vacation stays we’ve had, and the kids definitely enjoyed the pool when we were around.
