This rental home was perfect! It was super comfortable, very clean and neat and streamlined, the beds were very comfy, the couch in the main living space was also super plush and comfy. The kitchen was really useable and easy to keep clean. The dining space was perfect for playing board games and card games. The fire pit next to the pool made evenings really enjoyable, and the added ambient lighting outside was really fantastic. The pool was our favorite part - private, large, warm, and really fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental home and will choose it again and again every time we come to St. George. Also, the location is perfect if you're wanting to enjoy Black Desert, Snow Canyon State Park, a delightful and lovely coffee shop called FeelLove Cafe, and its very convenient and easy to get to restaurants and activities in/around St. George. Extremely highly recommended!!!

We enjoyed our stay! This home is perfect for our annual family trip to Tuacahn. We love the private pool and it’s roomy enough that no one feels cramped. There are a few things that need fixing that I alerted property management of so hopefully they do fix those and we found it extremely difficult to heat the pool but it was so hot outside that the cooler pool was nice once you got used to it. Overall it is a great stay and perfect location. We will be planning on returning next year. I think this is our third year with Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals in Ocotello Springs but we rotate the responsibility of booking so this we my first time and it was easy peasy for me. We have learned though to bring all of our own spices and condiments as they have none available in the home, they state this is the agreement but I want to make sure you are aware so you aren’t shocked when you come. They do have a nice sized crock pot, ninja blender, griddle, and toaster. The pans aren’t getting pretty old are no longer non stick so beware of that but they will still get the job done. And they have PLENTY of glasses, dishes and silverware, even for kids. But nothing for storing leftovers. They also only give starter supplies of shampoo, detergent, and garbage bags. But there is a Walmart 20 mins a way and a Harmons around the corner. Again, great home, great location, great neighborhood, and really kind property management. Highly recommend!

This rental house was the first house we've booked that has fit our families so comfortably. We had four different families, with kids ranging from 17 all the way to 4 months. We absolutely loved the bunk beds for the kids to have a huge slumber party! The pool was the best part of our stay, unfortunately the waterfall didn't work and the pool had a preset temperature which in July was prettty warm. However, the well off balance to that was the community pool that was located across the street and had a slide.
The house had an abundance of towels which we appreciated so much - considering the kids all were in the pool our entire stay.
Would absolutely recommend this home to those looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable staycation!
This house is on our returning list!

Me and my friends had an amazing time. The home was very beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Communication with the host was very quick and efficient. I highly recommend staying here as both the pool and hot tub are heated which leads to a fantastic night to relax with your friends. 5 out of 5 stars !!!

It was a great place to stay, the private pool was the best part, and we enjoyed the four bedrooms with on suites, the triple decker queen size bunkbeds were not a hit for us, they left us without some beds, because adults could not use them. But we all had a wonderful trip I would recommend.

The pool at the house was really nice and we enjoyed it daily as it became the highlight of the day and the focal point of our evening gatherings. The intermittent undependable internet was kind of a disappointment. It was on & off several times during the week which made it difficult for those so inclined to watch movies on Netflix, etc.. My wife & I have mobility issues, so just be advised that the house lacks some ADA assistance devices. The downstairs master bedroom walk in shower is huge with two separate shower heads and is very nice, however it doesn’t have any grab bars for assisting with balance to hold on to for safety. The bathroom also lacks grab bars for assistance in the toilet area. I don’t think the house is advertised as being ADA compliant & it is my fault for not asking about the handicap accessibility prior to renting. If possible, those small inexpensive upgrades would be terrific. There were 12 of us ages 15 to 75 and there was plenty of room for our group. The beds were so comfortable & most small appliances were available for our use. The gas grill is a good size & very nice for larger groups. The fire pit made for fun smores making. The location to town for groceries and restaurants was very convenient. We had a great time in spite of the 100 plus degree temperatures. We did not use the community pool or other facilities available to us at the resort. Thank you!

We loved our stay and was perfect for our spring break. We didn't want to leave and asked for extended stay. My wife and children and grandkids were all accommodated very well. Plenty off room and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable If there was a question we received it in no time. I felt very safe with our 1 and 2 year old grandsons and the pool. The sliding doors were heavy enough they couldn't open them by themselves and our other grand kids played in the pool almost everyday. They all loved it and we will come back and stay. Thank you

Check-in was the only issue and it was small. The code to get into the unit didn’t work. It was late and we had small children so it was a little inconvenient. I sent several messages to the company and they did get back to me in about a half hour. They gave me a new code and we were good to go. Absolutely no issues after that.

We have stayed in 20+ vacation rentals in St. George and this ranks in the top 5 for sure! It had most everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, although I would love salt and pepper as a staple. Comfy and well designed. Towels were plentiful! Location is amazing. The pool, it was wonderful. Heated nicely and my kids swam 4 times a day. It was a relaxation trip for us, and we did just that! We hardly left the house because we had everything we needed within the property. Loved it! Will stay again.

Overall we had a great experience in staying at this property. Place was very clean, good layout, spacious and comfortable for 15 of our family. Pool and Jacuzzi made the highlight of the stay. Property management were very attentive to our needs and great with availability. I would only suggest for those planning on staying to ask for access to pool and spa app from property management prior to stay to be able get full use of features to the pool/spa like water fall or lights in pool. We definitely would be open to staying here again.

We had 19 adults stay here and had plenty of room, plenty of towels and bedding. Wonderful private pool and hot tub! Other places we have stayed it has been difficult to moderate the water temp, but this one was perfect the entire stay. It did take us a while to find the controls for the hot tub temp, waterfall and lights. It would be nice to have that listed in the folder of information. Adults who slept in the 3-high bunks said they were rickety and they were afraid to roll over for fear of waking the others up. It was fairly noisy from neighbors on all sides throughout Saturday, so if you are looking for a quiet spot, this probably isn't for you. I noticed it, but it didn't bother us as we had music on at times (and probably some loud laughter) also. I didn't notice any noise in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was great for a family getaway! The house was very spacious and clean, even though we were a big group the house never felt crowded. The kids had a blast in the pool and with the xbox and games provided. The outdoor space was the best! We had a blast in the pool, jacuzzi, and it was nice to relax by the fire pit at the end of the night. Sand Hallow was a short drive away and it was also very close to grocery stores and some restaurants. I will definitely book this house again! Book this place you will not regret it!

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool was awesome and the kids had a blast. Our only complaints about the house was we were told there was an extra propane tank and there was not and the one on the grill was nearly empty. None of the exterior outlets worked, which also included the lights and outdoor tv. Also, the stove does not reach temp, we tried to cook frozen French fries and they were still not done after 60 minutes. We loved all the space and 14 of us were comfortable for our entire stay. My kids (15, 13, 10 & 8) loved this house. There was something to do for each of them. Having our kids entertained is a big deal because then all of us adults can relax! The last time we were in St George we stayed in a vacation rental in which the family room did not have sufficient seating for the number of guests in our group which was half what they said they had beds for. This home has two huge family rooms with great sections and chairs in each. The pool and hot tub were a great benefit! So many games around the home, a huge kitchen and BBQ - this place is great and is where we will stay from now on when we visit St George!
