We had about 20 people stay here from ages 1–66. Plenty of space and rooms are tucked away so that no babies were woken up from noise. Beautiful views, nice pool table, and overall great for our needs.

One thing that was confusing was the number of codes I kept getting by email.Also the AC either wasn't up to full speed or it just took a long time to kick in. We came in town for a baseball tournament and joined up with a family at this house. I would have to say a great house for families. We had all the kids on the bottom floor and all the adults on the top floor. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

My family and I (party of 9) enjoyed a fun annual family reunion at this property. We skied at resorts in both canyons and appreciated the proximity of the home to the skiing (30 to 45 minutes on clear roads) and to the services in Draper. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the reservation and check-in process was excellent. Great communication!The kitchen is well-appointed with most everything one needs for making meals. There are 3.5 bathrooms total, including the one in the master bedroom. I'm not sure that this set-up would be comfortable for a party much larger than ours, but it worked for us. The media room is fun, as is the game room with the pool table. Generally speaking, the house is in OK shape considering it's a vacation property for large parties. FYI: We had to supply additional paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. There was no recycling can which was disappointing and the rail on the upper deck is not entirely stable. As described, the hot tub is in the garage. It would be nicer outside (the house has a great view), but it was hot and clean. Fun times were had.

We arrived on Superbowl Sunday and watched the game in the theater and bar area and spent the next five days at the surrounding mountains that were accessible... little cottonwood was closed for avalanches. Really enjoyed this spacious and comfortable house due to many beds and common area spaces. The proximity to little cottonwood canyon was great and the house is beautifully situated at the base of mountain range giving great views. All in all, staying with UBVR was a great experience as they were accommodating and responsive!

Great place to stay in a big group. Had a broken vent that one of our attendees was worried they broke, only wish that would've been disclosed.
Hot tub was super refreshing, and views were sprectacular. 5 minutes druve to Walmart for groceries, and 10-15 to Sandy for nice meals.

House is clean but a bit outdated. Great views from the back porch. Lots of electronics available which was helpful for screen sharing and family games. Bathroom to room ratio is small and the downstairs bathroom can only be accessed via one of the bunk rooms which is annoying for the other two bedrooms located down there. Overall a good place though and we may use it again for family coming from out of town.

The house was clean and the view from the house is incredible. The outside deck is very nice as well. There is plenty of space for large families and the pool table and movie room were fun too! And it was reasonably priced for such a large, nice home which which was great.
The spa, however, did not have clean water and sat in the garage and not on the deck which made it pretty useless so don't rent for the spa. Also, I was told there are rattlesnakes in the yard and to be careful...just so you know in advance...I was glad someone told us on arrival of this.

We took a trip to Utah to see our adult children for Christmas. We stayed in this home so that we could all spend some extended time together. It is located in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. The home was big yet cozy, beautifully furnished and met all of our needs. Cooking in the large kitchen was wonderful and the open floor plan in that area provided a place where we could cook, talk and laugh together. There was enough room in the home to have a quiet moment while others were watching TV or playing games. The beds and linens were beautiful as well comfortable. The views both daytime and in the evening are absolutely stunning. The pool table and theater room were icing on the cake. Thank you for providing a home that created a fun and meaningful Christmas!

Worked very well for our large extended family as we gathered for a wedding. The hills in the subdivision might be a challenge in icy / snowy weather, so come prepared and drive carefully. The views are absolutely stunning! Everything you need is close by in draper. Highly recommend Penny Ann's Cafe for breakfast, but be prepared to put in your name early or wait; while worth it, it's always very busy.

Though well used, the furnishings were clean and the linens in great shape. The only cleanliness issue was it appeared not to have been dusted for a while. There were a couple of differences in the instructions and what we actually found. The instructions said to turn off the alarm pad when entering the home, we tried over and over and could not do that. We finally ignored it and nothing happened. The instructions also said to use your email address for the Wifi, but a different password was listed on the wall which worked. The other thing was a chirping smoke alarm. We did our best with the parking, trying to fit the cars into the garage and driveway without spilling out into the street, perhaps directions to a public parking place would help? Despite the minor inconveniences, we loved the home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious home with unbelievable views!

Very nice home and neighborhood with easy access to Snowbird and Alta. Only minor issues would be that we didn’t have enough garbage bags and the dryer needs to be fixed due to a whining noise that it was making during our stay but other than that the property was great. In particular, the deck was huge and the views over the south end of SLC are very tough to beat. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the BEST time! I’ve booked properties dozens of times all over the United States, and this was one of my favorites! It was the perfect home for 20 of my girlfriends. We loved the theater room, all of the different seating and lounging places around the house, and the views were phenomenal. The hot tub in the garage was a little odd, and took up valuable parking where parking wasn’t allowed on the street. I would absolutely rent this house again! You will feel right at home and be super comfortable. I do feel like it only sleeps 18 though! The bunk room that says it sleeps 6 will not actually sleep 6 bc the two trundles under the four bunk beds don’t have enough room to pull out. We just pulled them and put them in the master bedrooms on the floor. For little kids it would have been fine, but for adult women it was iffy. We made do and had a blast though! Just can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay!

Glad you loved the spectacular views, the hot tub (albeit in garage, wish we could change that but can't), and great feedback on the trundles in the bunk room. The home actually sleeps 21 with the sofa sleeper factored in, but we will look into making those trundles easier to pullout. That should be effortless. We provide the bedding for all the beds so it should be easy. But comfortably, 16-18 people in this home is ideal. But for the price, can't beat it. This home has it all! We enjoyed having you. House over looks Salt Lake City with great view of mountains and city lights. Fall colors were beautiful. The house handles 18 people easily with beds for everyone. We stayed there for a soccer tournament with 3 other families. Driving to the soccer complex was 30 min but the house was worth the drive 2x/day.

We came in town for a baseball tournament and joined up with a family at this house. I would have to say a great house for families. We had all the kids on the bottom floor and all the adults on the top floor. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We arrived on Superbowl Sunday and watched the game in the theater and bar area and spent the next five days at the surrounding mountains that were accessible... little cottonwood was closed for avalanches. This house was perfect for our needs. The downstairs kept all 5 kids entertained for 3 days with a pool table, movies, and ample room to run around. The property has a fantastic view of the valley at night and we loved the hot tub there. The master bedroom has an awesome shower room and lots of closet space and many of the bedrooms have large flat screen tv`s with large beds. We were disappointment that the theater room wasn't working at the time which was a factor when booking this house. Over all it was a fantastic home for our Christmas vacation.

Located in a very nice East Side neighborhood, right up against the mountains. The house was clean, well maintained and up to date. Everything worked well. We were able to find some trails up on to the mountain and went for some hikes that were truly beautiful.

Very nice place with a killer view at night. Hot tub was nice and hot but it was located in the garage, seemed a little strange but what the heck. All n all it had plenty of room for our entire group of 10. Would definitely rent it again.

We had a party of 12 and we had more than plenty of room at the house. Wish there was at least one more shower at the house, but the house itself is spacious for large groups. The house has incredible views. The service we received from UBVR was excellent. After a long day of skiing and snowboard (house is only 25 -30 minutes from Snowbird/Alta resorts) UBVR was able to help us arrange in-home massages. It was a great treat and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We loved staying in this property! We had a total of 13 adults and 4 children for a family vacation, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We felt safe letting the young children run around and play; they even installed a new deck the day we got there. The space is luxuriously appointed, with large soft beds, great linens, and plenty of backup towels - even beach towels. Customer service was a dream: we had an issue with the AC and not only did they respond immediately when we called on Sunday morning, but they sent someone out that evening and kept in constant communication with us throughout the day with updates. The kitchen was large and well furnished with all of the basics. The appliances all worked well. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. The management company was really easy to work with and made sure everything was working correctly. The house was in a great, quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view of the valley. Great areas for conversations and just hanging out. One note - the downstairs bath is not part of the king-bed room, but found in the "bunk bed" room.

Love this property, so many private bedrooms, large living areas to hangout with the family and gather. We really enjoyed the dining table area as well, love that there was a place we could all sit down and eat. Will forsure be back next year!! This place is great. We hit the slopes, the hot tub, and lounged in the theatre. Great for a ski groups since it was close to the canyons. Ask about the discount lift tickets, saved us a bundle on passes.
