Urban Central in Salt Lake with Indoor Hot Tub

We had a bigger group of athletes all staying together in town for a tournament and this was perfect. We had enough beds and shower spaces to keep us happy. The kitchen and grill were perfect for us to make all our meals. The hosts were very responsive and easy to reach. We would stay again!

The location was perfect with easy access to highways. The kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts and late night snacking.
Plenty of table space for all of our board games and card games. Garage access was nice. Neighborhood seemed nice - had no issues at all.
Few things need to be fixed - temperature was too hot and didn't seem to work when we turned the heat down. It felt like someone else was controlling the temperature. Many lightbulbs were burned out or the fixtures had strange lighting with multiple colored bulbs and various wattage. Light fixtures need cleaning as multiple bugs within lighting fixtures. Bunk Bed was extremely wobbly and therefore no one could sleep in top bunk (thankful that there was a king bed to share). Never used hot tub but seems very strange that it was in the garage.

We are on a 3 month road trip and this house gave us a great break from hotels. We were able to stretch out, do some laundry and relax for a few days. Love the fenced backyard and garage for parking. Great Airbnb. Just like what the pictures showed, it was very clean and had a lot of room. Sofa was a little worn and it would have been great if there was coffee creamer etc. (If there was any I couldn’t find it). But all in all, the beds were comfortable, the place itself was comfortable and the hot tub was great as well. The hosts provided accurate information and we didn’t have to contact them for anything. We had a great stay at this house! There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. Great location- 10 minutes to downtown and about 30-35 minutes to Snowbird and Brighton. We loved the hot tub but it was in the garage so we just opened the door to air it out when we got in. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Clean, modern, and conveniently located. Great property all around. Plenty of space to spread out in amongst the three levels. It took us a few days to figure out how to heat up the house properly so it wasn't too hot on the 3rd floor, but other than that, - absolutely perfect vacation. Oh, and we received a ton of snow during our trip and it was great to be able to park in the garage.

This rental made for a great home base for us to ski in Park City and Snowbasin. You could tell the house was updated recently by the condition, good appliances, and nice beds. The hot tub in the garage was mentioned a few times in reviews, but we did not have any complaints about the location. The neighborhood is a bit older, but we felt safe to walk to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very accommodating to our family which included 8 people - 2 generations of adults and a pair of grandchildren. Having the main living area on it’s own floor away from the sleeping areas on the second floor and in the basement worked well. The kitchen was extremely well supplied, the best I’ve ever seen in a rental. The furniture and availability of reading lights and tables were excellent. Although it’s not in an area I’d want to walk in (busy, large streets) it is easy to get places from there. My only complaints are that 1 - it is managed by a property management company (Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals) and they weren’t alway easy to get ahold of, and more importantly to us 2 - The thermostat on the heater was not within our control. When the heater was ‘on’ even though I adjusted the temperature to be in the 60’s, particularly when we were sleeping - it would always default to 72 degrees within a short period of time. The first night all of us woke up separately (both upstairs and downstairs) because it was too hot, thinking someone else had raised the temperature. The default temperature of 72 degrees was way too hot for all of us. I called about it and for a day and night it was down to 68 (via central control - not our control!) but the next day it was back at 72 and I had to call again and it was reset to 65. I had to repeat this on the 4th night and I think they were unaware that each of their ‘fixes’ only lasted for a day. Ultimately we just decided to turn it off and only use it for brief periods of time. Other than that I have no complaints and would definitely recommend the place.

The property managers are doing a great job. The early checkin was easy and simple. The property managers are quick to answer the phone and respond to requests. My group of friends had nothing but good things to say about the house. Finally, it looks like previous review mentioned bed bugs. We flew to SLC from Michigan to start a week long stay in Utah. This house had a ton of space for the 6 of us and having laundry and a stocked kitchen was so nice. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice and updated (the jetted tub was a major hit), and we had everything we needed. The only minor snafu was when we arrived, our code didn't work to open the door. I used to manage vacation rentals for several years - these things happen. Within 15 minutes we had a replacement code and were unpacking (and this was at 11pm!) Great response - the management company was awesome. Loved it and would definitely stay again. Location was central to anything we wanted to do, too!

Beautiful home. Home is larger than we thought, photos made it seem crammed. Home is well taken care of. Our family enjoyed our stay, from playing rock band/shuffle board down stairs, jacuzzi in garage, green backyard with firepit, outside tables with tent and chairs, big master bedroom, relaxing jetted tub in master bath, new washer and dryers, to the fully stocked kitchen. Trash cans should have been emptied the day before(wed) but both cans were full. We had nowhere to place trash and it began to pile up. Called maintenance and it was picked up on our last day of stay. Make sure to lock your car (left unlocked as we unloaded), 2 of our cars were broken into, nothing valuable inside, but still were ransacked and car registration were taken. Also I dont know why, but every door including fridge were very difficult to open and close.

The rooms were comfy and beautiful, the kids could play downstairs and we could close the door to their noise and to keep the crawling toddler safe. We loved the yard and hot tub. This was a very clean place! Looks exactly like the photos. I was a little nervous about the location after reading some reviews, but we had no issues with the neighbors or homeless people (although there was a shopping cart full of stuff parked down the alley, indicating that homeless people do live there). Not a place I would take kids for a walk after dark but very close to some wonderful parks that our kids enjoyed! Great location! The hot tub was a hit and very clean. The house had tons of stuff to do with the Shuffleboard, PlayStation and games! We had a wonderful stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The specific property was just as nice as the photos make it seem. One minor complaint is that the two or three blocks adjacent to this house are a little rough around the edges. We didn’t have any problems but probably not where you want to be walking at night. However, once you are out of the few block radius around the house, Sugarhouse is a great neighborhood with excellent food/entertainment options.

If you have a large group this place would be able to comfortably fit everyone. The hot tub is terribly placed like the pictures suggest but there is a hot tub so who cares if you soak in the garage. The company was accommodating for me to check in early you just gave to pay a fee.

Sean we enjoyed having you. You were wonderful to host and we are glad you loved the home and its space and comfort. Yes, we understand fully the hot tub is not in the best spot, but that is where it had to go after much deliberation, but you're so right, it is better to have one than not - especially in ski months. Some guests have mentioned to us that they liked it in the garage to avoid gusty winds out in the bitter cold. The house was much better than we expected! My husband and I really appreciated the king size bed in the master bedroom! The kids loved the basement and enjoyed having the privacy. The house was clean & well equipped. Ample bedding, including pillows, which was nice. The detached garage only fits one car. The neighborhood is more of a downtown area and homeless people in the alley where you enter the garage/other parking spots detracts.

We rented this to stay in while my daughter got married in the canyon 15 min. away. It worked out perfect! We decided to stay and extra night because it was so nice! The location is wonderful. The grocery store is within walking distance and all kinds of shopping and exploring were just minutes away.

Great house with a really nice open floor plan. The kitchen was large and the rooms had lots of privacy. You are pretty close to the commercial center of Sugar house. While technically walkable, it is a bit far.

This place had everything a family could want. It had a fifth room with lots of fun activates for kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The hot tub and spa bath were great. The location was in proximity to everything you would need. The neighborhood was a little run down but we did not have any trouble from the surrounding neighbors. Somewhat precarious apartments have full view of the yard.

This please is amazing checking need some paperwork done but is better that what we expected the only things thay we notice os that the basement gets pretty cold with the ac and upstairs gets really hot with the heater but truly an amazing place to stay totally recommended

Perfect property for a multi-generation family holiday weekend. We had family from age 8 to age 90, and more than enough space to spread out and relax. The hot tub was perfect for the older kids. The downstairs den was location central for gaming for the teenagers. All of us enjoyed the fenced in, nicely landscaped yard and grilling out. Big table was perfect for monopoly and domino games. Kitchen had everything to make big meals. And the beds were comfy! Check in and out was super easy. Communication with management staff was smooth.

The accommodations were ideal for the 9 of us: 2 couples and 5 single related adults. The kitchen was spacious and very functional to create and share meals. The family wedding and reception were in the Sugarhouse neighborhood, making this an ideal location. Close enough to Rt 80 so easy access to skiing and the airport as well!
