Both homes are situated as front door neighbors facing each other on a private dead-end lane with a common area park to enjoy for kids within the community. Kids can play in the park area, have a picnic, sit in both hot tubs, while families can gather inside separately or together and enjoy a great location close to the beautiful Cottonwood Canyons / ski areas and endless shopping options nearby. Convenient freeway access and walking distance to restaurants. The two homes each have a private deck, a private hot tub, 2-car garages, and plenty of space for 20-24 people.

In addition to this 2-home pairing, there is a 3 bedroom home next door that can also be rented together or separate. When renting all three homes together, you can accommodate 36 people. This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. Please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500.
