The place was just as described. It was clean and in a quiet area. It's a perfect location. It's on the outskirts of Washington City, so it's close enough to St. George without while avoiding the crowds and traffic of St. George.

My family (me, husband, and 2 boys) stayed here for New Year’s and loved it! This rambler was perfect for our needs. We loved the layout and all of the space, and the cozy feeling from the dark wood accents and comfortable furniture. The complex has 2 *large* heated pools (seriously, nice and large, unlike most other places) and hot tubs, although we enjoyed the use of the nice, updated private hot tub at our unit. Things to note: - The water temperature takes a bit to heat up in any shower or sink. - The back of this unit is facing the entrance to the community and therefore gets some morning noise from traffic. We just used a sound machine and it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, we loved our stay so much, we started looking into buying our own condo in this complex!

This is a very nice home, clean and well equipped with necessary items. I will say the initial “curb appeal” was lacking as there was a broken screen door on the front porch and both front porch chairs were weathered and broken. Initial feel was “oh great, what did I just get myself into” but once I walked inside I was relieved to find a very nice home. The living room couches are both hide a beds, so not the most comfortable, but ok. We had a great 3 week stay here. It felt like home. Final note for people with trailers, if you didn’t read the fine print, there is no trailer parking on the property. The initial add says no trailer parking, but then a later message says trailer parking in overflow parking, but there is no overflow, so make proper arrangements off site.

We were really blown away at how nice the condo was. Rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were large. Garage and community pool was right across the street. Our own hot tub was awesome too. Washington is so centrally located too. I can't recommend this place enough!

We used vrbo for the first time on our recent Spring break vacation. The loved the home and had a great time. The home and location really made the trip great. The home was very comfortable and clean. Thanks vrbo I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
