The property fit all 17 of us perfectly. A quick drive in the morning to Zion with plenty of activities go do in the area. We had a blast!

There was plenty of room for the 14 of us to spread out. Some went to the lake, some hiked. Some got a gym pass for the weekend and all of us enjoyed the pool.

Great location for a girls trip. Lots of bathrooms, seating and bedrooms. The pool area was our favorite even though the houses seem close together we felt like we had total privacy management was very responsive to our requests.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. We have small children and this place was great for them. The house is beautiful and the hosts very helpful. We had a minor issue at check in, but the hosts took care of it quickly. Highly recommend this house.

Everything went smooth. Management was quick to response. There's a lot of outdoor activities close by and when you go back to the rental you can finish relaxing in the pool or hot tub.

The host was great and extremely helpful; they were VERY responsive in a timely manner!
The house was amazing we had a blast! Great amenities especially for two large families. Both couples had nice rooms with private bathrooms. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for the kids as well! So peaceful and relaxing! Clean house no problems and lots of FUN! Just like the pictures
The pool company came while we were there and he was extremely kind and helpful. He came to the door to make sure everything was running right and to make sure we knew how to run the hot tub. He was kind and courteous, also offered to return at a different time but we told him the kids could take a break and that we would be swimming the whole time ha ha!

Only recommendations I would give is to have more towel hooks through out the house, bigger bowls and cutting boards in the kitchen and black out curtains or shades in the rooms.

There were only a few things which I imagine is because there was a group there before us. The recycling was crazy full so we could barely put any of our things in there, sone of the comforters looked a little dirty, some left over makeup and hair strands, things like that, and when we arrived the cleaners locked the top deadbolt so we actually couldnt get into the property. Luckily the side bedroom glass door was unlocked so we could enter the property. Just some minor things, since overall it was a great stay. Very close to Zion, pool and hot tub was so fun, beautifully big kitchen. It was great.

Fantastic property for our son's 16th birthday. Close to Sand Hollow for ATV'ing and the reservoir for boating. Enjoyed Zion National Park and the surrounding areas. Large and beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous and amazing. The only issue was when I got to the home. The pool was super hot. Hotter than the hot tub. 102 which was way too hot since it was 82 outside. We got it worked out thankfully. The house is gorgeous

My friends and I were attending a conference in St. George. We specifically picked this house because of the hot tub and swimming pool and the built in bunk beds. When you have a group of adults, no one wants to sleep on the top bunk. These built ins were amazing and comfortable. The pictures are very accurate. The big couch and large table were perfect for visiting with friends. We would definitely recommend this beautiful house. We just wish the weather cooperated a little better with our plans to enjoy the very private patio area.

We came in for a wedding. This was a great place for our family to stay. The only issue we had was the hot tub was sandy and wouldn't heat up fully. I'm sure that is an easy fix, we didn't have time to address it.

Loved this Spacious house and all the amenities. Kids were happy playing games in the game room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and loved the convenience to Zion as well as Sand Valley Reservoir.

I know this house is new construction and the are still working out a few quirks I’m sure. But the house was so clean they really tried to think of making sure the house had everything you would need. I will be back for sure and would highly suggest this place to anyone going to the area.

WE HAD SO MUCH FUN HERE, this house seriously has EVERYTHING you could possibly need or want!! The pool was plenty big and had a nice hot tub to go with it, the house was very spacious and fit our large group comfortably(: would definitely stay here again!(:
