This place is a GEM!!! Tons of room in the house. Luxurious and comfortable. Master bedroom stunning, kitchen unbelievable and the theater room was a blast. Under the lights we played full court bball and pickleball , swam in heated pools and sat by the outside fireplace. We grilled on the outdoor grill which connected to the outside.
This place is a perfect getaway for big groups and we enjoyed it.

Overall, staying here was one of the highlights of the trip and we're very happy that we did so. I booked this place for 17 people (all adults) for a ski trip. The house was beautiful and met expectations from the photos. We were able to fit everyone with plenty of space. Location was about 30 minutes out from the airport and it took us roughly 50 minutes to get to the slopes each day. We went to Brighton and Solitude, both in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Parked four cars in the driveway, but could probably do another. The host was really helpful. The check-in was smooth, and we got a concierge that we could text, who was generally available to help with any questions that we had. Overall, we had a great time. There were plenty of things to do within the house, such as playing basketball, pickleball, hot tub, and pool. We felt like we could have spent even more time in the house, as we mostly only had time after coming back from the ski resort. For a group of this size, this place is hard to beat.

We had an amazing stay! Our group of 16 came to celebrate a birthday and snowboard for three days, and this place was perfect for a big group. Any of our questions were always answered in a timely manner . There was plenty of space for everyone to hang out comfortably, the home was clean and well-equipped, and the location made getting to the mountain easy. It was the ideal setup for both celebrating and relaxing after long days on the slopes. We made great memories here and would absolutely recommend this place for large groups or group trips.

We had a large group stay here and had a great time. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Plenty of space and kitchen was fully stocked. The highlight of our stay was the back yard space. We loved the double patio, grill, pool, hot tub and pickleball court! Also there’s speakers throughout the house and backward were a major plus. It was easy to connect our phones and play music while we were enjoying the space. The only downside is we couldn’t get the shades to open or close

Spectacular rental!! It exceeded our expectations!! The house and property are just beautiful, really exceptional. It was the perfect venue for our family reunion. Will DEFINITELY rent here again!!
Our group loved the sport court, pool and playground!! PLENTY of gathering areas which was lovely, indoor and outdoor. Nice little amenities in the bathrooms. The two full kitchens are spacious and have excellent appliances,with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils.
Our only suggestions for improvements--the kitchen needs a few more basic supplies, such as a toaster, cooking knives, oven mitts, cutting boards(we purchased a few at Costco and just left them at the property, so that's fixed!), and better quality and quantity of pots and pans.
Also, point of contact needs to improve responsiveness.
Otherwise, we could not have been happier with our rental and definitely recommend it!!

We stayed here this year for our family trip and had the BEST time!! Normally we do cruises but we decided to try out a vacation rental this year and I think we have found our go to house and vacation spot! So much to do! The area is beautiful. Our family flew in from various parts of the U.S. and it was easy to fly in here and travel to. The home accomodated all of us perfectly and was comfortable for our multi-generation gathering. Stuff to do for the littles as well as the adults. We made so many memories cooking meals together, making our own pickleball tournaments and enjoying movie nights in the theatre! Cannot say enough good things and the staff at Utahs Best made everything easy from booking, checking in and helping us arrange plans! So glad we stayed here and will definitely be back!

Such a special property! We were blown away by how nice it was. The location is perfect and everything else included is worth whatever price. We spent all day outside and at nights played games and watched movies in the theater. We will be trying to book this home every time we are in town from here on out!

Our family had to spend some time in Salt Lake this past week and we needed a big home where the whole family would fit but also had a lot of amenities. This has to be hands down the best rental we have ever booked! Amazing private pool and spa, theater, sport court, and tastefully designed. Everyone had a blast and we were all sad after we left. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals took amazing care of us and we will be staying again when we are back in SLC. An unforgettable family experience. So many memories created!

We had a fantastic stay at the Majesty Estate! The home is spacious, clean, and perfect for a large group. The private pool and sport court were a hit, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the theater and game rooms kept everyone entertained. It's in a quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and the mountains. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been carefully thought out to create the perfect getaway. I've stayed with Utah's Best Vacation Rentals many times over the past 15 years. But this home I think is the nicest I've EVER stayed in. Not only is the location amazing, but the endless amenities, Sport Court, Pickleball, BBALL, Firepit and Incredible Pool and Spa incredible, but inside, you have a game room, huge home theater, 2 full Gourmet Kitchens to prepare meals for our large group and alot of comfort and open areas to connect. I will be back. Home was spotlessly cleaned, well maintained and amazing all around.
