My family and I had the most relaxing time! The house was amazing; my girls really enjoyed the bunkbeds and games. We loved being able to grab groceries, coffee, and ice cream right around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was friendly and proactively communicated with us. We’ve stayed in the community in the past and love the Santa Clara area. Beautiful home. Everything was great and had what we needed plus a few bonus items like: wagon, cooler, USB ports in all of the lamps. Will definitely stay again in the future! We traveled with our 2.5 month old and 2.5 year old.
Parent/Family Notes:
- This property is situated on a corner. Every bedroom is on an outside/street wall. The primary bedroom, in particular, is on the side of the “main” road. If you have children that might struggle with this, would recommend bringing a portable sound machine to help even out the noise.
- There are no blackout curtains in any of the bedrooms; only blinds. If you have children that still nap and need a dark room to nap in would recommend bringing a portable blackout curtain. Another option would be to put a bed in the primary bedroom’s closet. It would probably be the quietest and darkest room in the house anyway.Ashley - Posted: 10/30/2025

We have made the visit to St. George a yearly event but before using UBVR the arranging of rooms, finding restaurants, and traveling to places where we could relax made the whole experience rather stressful. Check in process was clear. House is in super easy spot from complex entrance and across the street from clubhouse (upper pool area, exercise room, sales office). Extremely comfortable beds and living room sofas. Plenty of seating for everyone in kitchen/dining. We were all able to use internet simultaneously. 3 televisions! Rooms were pretty soundproofed and ceiling fans in each were appreciated. We would have liked to have room darkening or blackout window curtains or shades, as car headlights were pretty flashy at night.Overall loved it. Perfect location for baseball tourney
Great location in Santa Clara. I could have walked to our baseball games at Gubler Park. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The home was immaculate and beautiful. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my family. Very spacious and we loved the open floor plan. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and lazy river. Beautiful House
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the property manager took care of any issues quickly. The only issue we had was when we arrived at the property the code did not work for the front door, but within minutes they had a backup code for us to access the house. Our kids enjoyed the pool. It was heated as promised. We went for Spring break and the weather didn't cooperate with us but despite it been chilly the kids were still able to enjoy a warm pool and did not just have to hang out in the hot tub.Breezy L. - Posted: 3/20/2021

The pool closure was unfortunate with the state and city order with all that is going on, but it's temporary. Glad you were able to still thoroughly enjoy all that the village amenities offer and have such a great time together. St. George is so beautiful and the hiking trails and area scenery is something to behold. The common area green space poolside is such a wonderful area for kids to play when wanting a place to play. Clean comfortable stay
There is a lot to like about Paradise Village and nearby St George. Condo is very comfortable and well maintained. Proximity to very nice grocery store is a real plus. Loved our stay here as we celebrated New Year's. Perfect for our family. Grandsons loved the bunk beds. Kitchen very well stocked and really liked that everything was marked in the drawers as to where to place things back. We loved our stay in your home. We walked in to to an open living and kitchen area. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked and easy to find everything we needed. Instructions were very clear and we were very relaxed here. The pool was amazing. It was a little chilly the night we were able to swim, but the hot tub was big enough for us to share with other guests. We will definitely be staying here again. We come to Tuachan every year with our aunts. All needing handicap accessible living. It was perfect in location and floor plan was easy for them to get around. Very clean and orderly
We enjoyed staying at this house. Everything was extremely clean and neat. It is close to the pool, which was very convenient. The only downside is that one of the bedrooms only has a full sized bed, which was pretty small for 2 adults to fit in. That room also gets very hot in the afternoon and evening with the way the sun hits. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and overall we had a great time here.
