Great location, lots of beds and plenty of amenities. The address to the property wasn’t listed in the Airbnb site. There is another site that the company uses to provide all that information. It would’ve been helpful just to have the address in Airbnb.
Also, the house could use some dusting around the baseboards, the stairwells, banister, and other spots throughout the house.
We unfortunately left an item in the house after we checked out and they were kind enough to coordinate with the housekeeper so that we could collect it before we left the city. I really appreciated them going above and beyond.
Ultimately would recommend to others once the house goes through a dusting.

Overall satisfied with the home and stay. Only area we would recommend being improved is overall cleanliness. A few dirty dishes in kitchen, counter in the bathroom weren’t all clean, dusty lamps, minor stains on the couch and the rug in living room could use a cleaning. With that said, we would still definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! The house is beautiful! the couch and beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The neighbors are close, so when you're outside there can be some noise- but overall it really wasn't a problem. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place was just as the pictures showed clean, stocked and ready to move in. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, and close to a local grocery store and park. Kid liked the hot tub and the big pool and all the games in the garage and house. Definitely rent again if in the area.

Truly one of the best AirBnB experiences we’ve ever had. Easily the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed, bathrooms and living spaces were spotless, smelled clean and wonderful. Some cosmetic damage within the home so be sure to note it upon check in but wasn’t enough to hinder the experience. Host was fast and reliably responsive. And probably the comfiest beds we’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb! Community and hottub were awesome and convenient!! Highly recommended!

Our stay here was what we were hoping for. The house was clean, amenities as described, communication between host company was fantastic and friendly. We were very comfortable.
The communal pool and clubhouse was great and the kids had a blast. 2 pickleball courts was also a great bonus. The location was really close to Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and only a 15 minute drive to downtown.
The neighborhood was clean and quiet, although it does seem like the majority of the houses, around #66 at least, were rentals.
Would recommend staying here.

We had a great time! The Airbnb was close to a pickleball court and pool and there was plenty to do! The bathrooms were massive and there was plenty of room for the 9 of us that went.

This location was peaceful away from the crowds of St George. Close to Snow Canyon & Kayenta Village. The place was beautiful with high ceilings & lots of room. Having 2 king suites and a bunk room was perfect for our family. We loved the hot tub & ping pong table. The pool was warm even with cooler temperatures outside. We loved it!

We had a couple minor issues getting checked in but nothing that was a trip spoiler. We loved staying there, we played a lot of ping pong in garage at night and the temperature outside was in the 30s and in the garage it felt great. We used the hot tub a lot, spent our days just a few miles up the road in Snow Canyon so we loved the quick access to it. The home was comfortable, our kids loved the bunkbeds. Super happy with our stay there!

My second time staying in this development. Houses have a nice layout. Only issues were Hot Tub seemed a little dirty & we had some towels that had stains on them. They probably just didn't come out in the wash, but still makes you start questioning if they really were cleaned or not. Overall a great house.

This time the rental was missing the garage remote and did not have any hangers for our clothes. In past stays they have always fixed any deficiencies the same day we called. This time we had to call twice to get the garage remote and some hangers. Otherwise it was another pleasant stay and we will plan on contacting again them again next year.
