65 - Poolhouse at Ocotillo Springs with Private Pool

This company is friendly, honest, and timely. We were looking for a place that had privacy with a heated pool and hot tub and at an affordable price. We will be using this company again.
The only real problem we had was with the pool not able to heat up past 78 degrees and required an access code to adjust the temp. When I reached out to the host, they responded quickly and had someone come over to adjust it. However, the pool was only adjusted to 84 degrees. Only the hot tub or the pool could be heated at a time. Not both at the same time. Made it difficult to really enjoy the pool with colder weather. Spent most our time in the hot tub which did heat up to 104 degrees.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and our kids (5 and 7) said this was the best place they’ve stayed at. We give this place 4.9 stars! It had everything we were looking for. The reason not giving 5 stars is due to the wear and tear on furniture and the inconvenience of needing an access code to adjust pool temp.

This house was awesome! My family LOVED the pool and hot tub! The home had everything you could need and fun games for the kids to play. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and large couches for everyone to sit and hangout together. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful house clean and cozy. The pool was amazing. A few hiccups with figuring out how to heat the hot tub, and with the door codes but when contacted we got answers right away and were taken care of. Absolutely would stay in this house again. It was perfect for our family stay for a week.

We loved this place. It was very nice and clean. Had a fun private pool/hot tub and a fire pit we roasted s”mores in. The kitchen area was large and great for our family and the rooms/bathrroms were spacious. The MB was lovely with a big sliding door right out to the pool. We loved the area. Beautiful views and no home was behind us so it felt more private. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place is spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable! We felt at home our entire stay, and absolutely loved the property! We had one question about the pool equipment and the property management company was very responsive--even on a Saturday night.

The club area (in the center of the facility) is awesome as well. There's a larger pool with a water slide and a monster hot tub for 15-20 people.

We loved this home and the surrounding area. The pool off the back door with the fire pit and hot tub were amazing. we all enjoyed them and the kids also loved the pool and hot tub with the community of homes there. We loved the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table and basketball game that was in the garage. the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large family with active children

We really enjoyed the community pool and the private pool. The rooms were not as described online, but that has since been corrected and air mattresses were provided so there was room for everyone to have separate spaces. The family just voted to go back there next year if possible. That’s the highest recommendation I can give.

When my daughter-in-law toured the home for the first time said “this house is magnificent. The set up allowed the adults a master bedroom each & all of us could eat together in the dining area”. The rooms were bigger than the pictures looked but the pool was smaller. Loved how warm and easy it was to heat the pool but the pool water wasn’t clear and probably needed maintenance. The house was clean and we had a really enjoyable stay.
