very nice place and clear instructions ? I personally couldn't get the fountain pumps in the pool to work but, everything else was Perfect

The only thing we had an issue with was finding the “tablet” that was described to use to heat the spa. After a couple of phone calls everything was resolved and we had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This place is spacious, beautiful, clean, and comfortable! We felt at home our entire stay, and absolutely loved the property! We utilized every part of it, in the house, and in the common community areas! It was a great place for our family, football team, and other families to stay together and enjoy each others company! The private pool is awesome and keeps kids occupied while the adults can chat. The house his large with lots of rooms so everyone can spread out.

We had one question about the pool equipment and the property management company was very responsive--even on a Saturday night.

The club area (in the center of the facility) is awesome as well. There's a larger pool with a water slide and a monster hot tub for 15-20 people.

We loved this home and the surrounding area. The pool off the back door with the fire pit and hot tub were amazing. we all enjoyed them and the kids also loved the pool and hot tub with the community of homes there. We loved the pickle ball courts and the ping pong table and basketball game that was in the garage. the beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large family with active children

We really enjoyed the community pool and the private pool. The rooms were not as described online, but that has since been corrected and air mattresses were provided so there was room for everyone to have separate spaces. The family just voted to go back there next year if possible. That’s the highest recommendation I can give.

When my daughter-in-law toured the home for the first time said “this house is magnificent. The set up allowed the adults a master bedroom each & all of us could eat together in the dining area”. The scenery was gorgeous & walking/running paths available very close. We went to Zion an hour away & visited state & city parks. It ranked as a top vacation place for our family. Love Utah

My husband and I came with our adult children and their significant others. We were able to go to Buckskin Gulch one day, Zion the next and then Sand Hollow the next day. Each night was so amazing to relax in such a comfortable and inviting VRBO. The pool and hot tub were perfect after our adventures! I definitely would recommend this VRBO! The rooms were bigger than the pictures looked but the pool was smaller. Loved how warm and easy it was to heat the pool but the pool water wasn’t clear and probably needed maintenance. The house was clean and we had a really enjoyable stay.
