62 - Blissful Poolhouse at Ocotillo Springs with Private Pool

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and in a perfect location—we were in town for the half marathon and it worked out wonderfully. Communication with the host was great, too. We especially loved having the private pool and hot tub, and everything in the home was very well organized. Accommodating for all ages. We had a baby and adults.. The only issue we ran into was that one of our guests got a small piece of glass in their hand while playing in the pool, so it may be worth double-checking the area. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our visit and would stay again!

We have loved staying at this property and just finished our 3rd year in a row at this house. We love it. The only thing that would make it better is for some WD-40 on the doors as they are always very loud squeaky and the remotes were all out of batteries or just not working. The only downfall was the neighbors jack hammering out their pool and putting cement in for a full day so the noise of it and the cement truck and dust made it hard to be outside. I wish the neighbors could have given a heads up Overall we will be back next year!

Clean and well maintained house. Hot tub turns off automatically which is annoying as you have to wait an hour for it to get hot. Additionally, hot tub turns off when you’re still using it and you don’t realize until you start getting cold and have to get out to turn it back on.

This place wasn't just nice, it was magical. I slept kind of badly (just a personal issue, I often don't sleep well), but I left the place feeling restored. Even though there were road closures during our stay, I was still able to get groceries since it was walkable to Harmon's. It is surrounded by natural beauty, and the man-made beauty of the pool and the balcony, and the home itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We wanted to never leave!

My adult brothers and brother-in-laws came to the St George area for a weekend of golf and relaxation. We couldn’t have found a better place! The property was immaculate. It came with more amenities than many other places I’ve stayed - including plenty of kitchen utensils. The pool and hot tub were as advertised. They worked perfectly and we quite enjoyed relaxing on the back patio and in the pool. The Wi-Fi worked great as well. I really have no negative feedback. We would definitely stay here again on future outings.

Loved the place.. took the cousins (7 kids under 10) for a spring break get-a-way at the end of March. Condo was clean and had everything we could need. Pools were heated and it was great to have our own private pool this year too for easy evening swims and BBQ. Kids brought roller blades and rode around the sidewalks- very safe. Neighbors were quiet by 10pm (even the group of teenage boys next door). Condo is minutes from a really great Harmons grocery, Snow Canyon- hikes and Vokabel trails, and a Rec center with a great kids’ indoor pool (which we needed on the rainy days). We did have to check in about 30 minutes late bc cleaning wasn’t finished but we all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our needs. We had a golf tournament down in the area and after the rounds we came back for relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The house was clean and very comfy. Parking is probably the biggest complaint. So many neighbors with cars parked everywhere. Even had one park in the driveway to the rental.

My friends and I rented this place for 2 days and absolutely loved how spacious and clean it was. The ceilings were so high which makes the space feel even bigger. You can do lots of activities inside the house, games, play the switch that they provided, cook in their large kitchen full of supplies, and chill in their 10 seater sectional couches—which are found both in the living room and the 2nd living room upstairs. The pool is stunning with a hot tub attached to it. I would definitely book this again given the opportunity.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 20 rented this place at Ocotillo Springs for our reunion. We found it to be clean, spacious, and a great fit for us. Our children ranged in age from 10-24 plus parents. Sleeping quarters were great, the open spaces gave us the chance to gather without feeling crunched, and there were plenty of places for all to sit for meals. There were a few small appliances (crockpot, toaster, blender), board games, video games, ping pong table, arcade basketball, grill, and firepit, most of which we made use of. The private pool and hot tub proved to be a hit for all. We loved the nearby pickle ball court and access to the community pool and clubhouse activities. There was a lovely walk path, a grocery store very close by, a pizza place close, and Tuacahn theater was nearby, too. Although the units were close, we felt we had our privacy, and we had no trouble with noise from other units. Our one problem was the propane bottle was empty. We exchanged it at the nearby Harmons grocery and the property management promptly reimbursed us once they knew. It was a thumbs up from everyone; we would definitely rent this place again.

The pool was nice, and just big enough for the 4 of us. I am not sure how it would work for the 20+ guests the house can accommodate, but there is the community pool and plenty of room for everyone to spread out around the house as well. The location was nice, and the grounds are well manicured. The only criticism I would share is that the level of cleaning in the common areas of the house was lacking. The outdoor furniture was stained, and the table had sticky spots that collected dust from the windstorm. The ping pong table had spilled drink stains. Not a big deal, but something to pay attention to in addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We will definitely return to Ocotillo Springs in the future.

We had a wonderful experience staying in #62. Nice quality, well stocked, and easy check-in and check-out. Be aware that the 5 person bunk room is not great for adults. The tri-level bed doesn’t allow for enough headspace. It is very difficult to maneuver getting in and out and heads bump the bed above.

This property was so perfect! It’s so well designed to get so many bedrooms and bathrooms and even a pool all in a townhome. We have 4 children who are teens - adults and it was so nice that each kid got their own room and bathroom! Also they were all upstairs and the master is downstairs which we also loved. Well stocked with everything we could need. We also loved that harmons is super close and we could get groceries that we need. We will for sure be staying here anytime we are coming to st George! I would even buy this condo if I could it was so perfect for our family!

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space with the three master suites and two bunk rooms. Only complaint is that there is no extra blankets for movie nights and cuddles. Plenty of towels and the pool/spa was awesome the heat was easy to adjust for colder days and heated up quickly.
