We had a great stay! The home had everything we needed and more! You can literally walk out the back door to one of the pools that has a rock slide! Instructions for the house were clear, and everything was super clean. Would definitely return.

We didn’t actually end up staying in this unit — the rental company called us early the same day we were supposed to check in to tell us there was a problem with the unit we rented. But they had everything covered, and got us into another property across the street that we were very happy with! It was a smooth process, and wasn’t an inconvenience to us at all! We were still able to utilize the Paradise Cove pool and slides, which were SO fun! Would definitely recommend!

This review is not for the property listed but for the overall experience and the alternate property we redirected to when our original property experienced significant roof damage from a Summer storm making uninhabitable. We had outstanding communication from the rental company that lead to a seamless transition to a nearby property. They were very flexible and allowed us to use the water slides and pools at the original home. Highly recommended working with the rental company. They know how to solve problems. Alternate property was of a similar high quality. Made for a stress free trip.

This was an awesome rental and a great time! We are already figuring out when we can come back. It was pretty perfect for families. The kids had a great time- loved the splash pad, close proximity to the pool, and the big lawn to play in! Loved the stocked garage and all of the yard toys! After browsing the pics and seeing all of the amenities, we planned for a low stress, minimal packing trip, and that’s exactly what we got!

There were instructions for how to operate everything in the home, plenty of extras - bikes, games, toys. Our grandkids loved the bunk beds and the fun fox decor in their room. It backs onto green space which was nice to play cornhole and toss the frisbees.There is a paved bike trail nearby and it was fun to explore the area with beautiful red rock mountains and blue skies.
We did have a maintenance issue with one of the bathtubs and the management company sent someone over to repair it very quickly. The maintenance people were very professional and did the work while we carried on with our visit.
My only suggestion to the owners would be to provide more silverware and big bowls. The vacuum didn’t work very well and there were no rags to clean up with only paper towels. It would be nice to have more than 2 adult size chairs on the back patio to enjoy the fire.
It wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been but that was possibly that the vacuum didn’t work well.
Overall, I would definitely stay there again. It is so well situated and the living space was large with a lovely round table to enjoy conversations around. The responsiveness and friendliness of the management company was above par. It was nice to not have to worry about anything and enjoy our trip.

The location in the community is PERFECT. It opens up to a green belt and one of the two pools is pretty much in the backyard.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our second time at this property. Overall cleanliness is good. However, on this trip we noticed that our toddler grandson had dirt marks/stains on his knees from crawling on the floor which leads us to believe more time needs to be spent cleaning the floors in the kitchen dining area. However, all other areas of the home were very tidy and clean. We really enjoyed the amenities offered by Paradise Village. Correspondence with the property managers was top notch which made checking in and out seamless.

The only complaint was the cleaniness; the sheets in the main bedroom did not look like they had been changed; they were wrinkled and had several hairs all over. Other than that the stay was get. The location was great, really close to pool, nearby grocery store and minutes to hiking in Snow Camyon. Our kids loved all of the games, toys, and the bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked.

My kids LOVED staying here, playing on the Xbox, the TVs in every room, Scooters, bikes, ping pong, the hot tub and close proximity to the bigger pool were perfect! The only bad thing was the bigger pools and splash pad were not turned on yet because it was January which was my own fault for not reading the fine print and both propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t use the fire pit which my kids were bummed about, but other than that it was perfect!! Had everything we needed!

The owner truly has thought of everything and this home is a shining gem in Paradise Village for all the reasons you mentioned. Fire pit propane should have been full and usable. We fully inspect every detail before guests arrive, but this must have been missed. We feel bad, this could have been quickly remedied by our on-site team, just give us a call. The water park slides and lazy river have a specific heating schedule, but the upper pool and hot tub closest to this home are heated year-round which is fabulous (so unique to other communities in St. George area). We also enjoyed how close we were to snow canyon. However, there was definitely a cleanliness issue. My daughter found someone's sock, and a hairball in her "freshly" made bed. That discovery cast a shadow over the cleanliness of the home itself. It was disconcerting to say the least.

We could not have asked for a nicer location to spend a few days in the St. George area. The home is well maintained with practically everything you would need in the kitchen. Our only "complaints" would be most every spoon has been "chomped" by the sink disposal. We ended up buying plastic spoons to substitute. It would be well-advised for the owners/managers to provide a protector to minimize objects from going down the sink. We also had a difficult time understanding how to use the thermostat. It is a not user friendly. We had heat turning on at the strangest of times. But, do not let these quibbles distract from the quality property this home is. Paradise Village is a wonderful location with beautifully maintained pools. We hope to visit again soon!

It has the most games, bikes, kitchen accessories, bath accessories etc.. it has the best and the most of everything. The location is unbeatable, the hot tub is always maintained and hot. It’s so clean, and well maintained. We call it our second home. I truly wish it was!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely weekend stay at this home and everything met or surpassed expectations. The home was very clean upon arrival and was well appointed. It's so convenient to have your own kitchen and laundry room and as we were returning from a trip to California we used the laundry room to catch up on laundry, which enabled us to pack less for our trip. We enjoyed the location and amenities very much. Because it was cold on Sunday my boys had the pool all to themselves and they were delighted with that. The home has some movies and games to enjoy and a couple of throws for chilly nights.
We had an issue on Sunday evening when the valve in the master shower went bad and we couldn't turn off the water, but Utah's Best responded quickly and the whole issue was solved in under 2 hours. Very impressive. You can't beat the beautiful location and the terrific vacation community. We'll return!

We didnt have a pool key and the rep. from the vacation rental was there in minutes to give us one. The lily pad home was the best!!! We had everything we needed and then some. My granddaughters used the splash pad many times. Everything was in great working order. We are hoping to rent it again and again.

The hot tub and splash pad were a perfect addition for our kids. The house was clean and had everything we could need including bored games and DVDs. When we checked in the hot tub was really dirty so I called and left a message and within 20 minutes someone was there to clean it out for us. We will be back for sure!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed #40 Lillypad, the house was beautiful, had all the kitchen essentials, however the Casita room is 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house, and both the casita bathroom and other house bathroom had baby roaches all over, some dead and some alive. We had an amazing stay! Perfect location. The pool was very close by. The house was well organized and it was easy to find everything we needed. The toys and sports equipment provided was a huge bonus. When we had a couple issues with the splash pad and front door entry, they were quick to respond and fix the issue. We really enjoyed walking to the park and snow canyon was just a short drive down the road.

We had a great time staying here. We traveled with our young children and their 70 year old grandmother and it was the perfect mix of rest and play for all of us. We loved having enough space for everyone and the home was beautiful and well cared for. They were thoughtful in the details of what we needed during our stay. Being on the inside of the circle was nice because we had a large grassy area in the back yard that lead right to the pool. The splash pad and hot tub were really great. Grandma could sit on the porch and relax and watch the kids play. We visited Silver Reef, St. George and Zion National Park on our trip. All of these excursions were not a far drive.
