Great place to stay for a big group. The number of rooms, bathrooms, beds was very good.
The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, toilet paper, shampoo, garbage bags is appreciated.

Conveniently located, clean, sleeps a lot of people. There is not a lot of indoor living room type space, but not a big issue unless trying to hang out with a very large group all together. There are three spots for parking, including in the garage, but didn’t have any trouble finding additional parking just at the end of the building. The upstairs toilet had some issues clogging, but management was responsive to the issue. Overall very nice property and would book again!

With 7 adult women staying for a whole week it was important for us to have our own space as well as somewhere for all of us to hang out together and this unit was a great fit. We reported some issues on day one and they sent a maintenance person over right away. The location is nice and if you and doing things in St. George most places can be accessed within a 15 minute drive.

We loved this property for our first family reunion. We had 5 small families all in this beautiful condo. Each family had their own room and the kids were able to enjoy playing together and sleeping from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. Access to the smaller pool and then access to the Las Palmas resort was amazing.

We loved the whole 3 story condo with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms—so clean and nice with plenty of room for all of us! The swimming pools and pickleball courts were so much fun and well kept! We plan to return!

Loved the spot. A lot of activities near by. However, the address doesn’t pull up in maps. Obviously not the locations fault. I also don’t like being charged a cleaning fee but given a list of things to do and clean, and having to start laundry before check out.

This particular condo was more than we expected. The second floor master suites were tastefully decorated. The third floor bunkrooms were perfect for our grandchildren. The air conditioning provided relief from the hot temperatures outside. The unit was stocked with every appliance and all the kitchen ware you would need. The home was clean and instructions were clear on use of the fridge and requirements upon check out. We loved the pool at the complex as often it was like our own private pool since the resort was not very busy. Soundproofing was amazing as we had dogs in the unit next to ours that we could only hear when we were outside. We appreciated the pool toys in the garage and the timely way management responded to a few issues we were having. The only downside was we were given the wrong access code so when we got to the condo we had to call UBVR to get a new one. We are international and didn't get a US plan so we had to pay $12.00 roaming charges. Also, the previous guests left the garbage and recycling so full it was overflowing and the smell at the front door was quite offensive. Fortunately garbage collection was two days later so we only had to deal with it for a couple of days. I would highly recommend this condo, and would stay again if we ever visit the area in the future.

Everything looked great upon arrival. There was plenty of bedding and dishes/silverware/cups. When we arrived there were two smoke detectors chirping. I tried messaging to find out if there were batteries there that we could use to change out the old batteries but no one responded so I called the office. They told me maintenance would come take care of it. I asked if she knew when they would come because if it was the following day we were just going to take care of it ourselves otherwise the detectors would be bothering us when we slept. She said maintenance would be texting me. They never did and we had to go out to buy batteries and replace them ourselves.

We had a great time. I would give the 4.6 stars. we would return without hesitation. Only 2 suggestion. 1) The rental advertises a pass to Los Palmas. We were unaware that the pass is only good for up to 10. We had a group of 19, listing should state that the pass is only good for 10 people ($5 / person after 10). 2, 3rd bunk needs to be removed before someone has the ceiling fan hit their head while they are sleeping (Kid 1 gets hot at night and turns the fan on, Kid 3 sits up to go the the bathroom at 2am and gets wacked in the head.) Property grounds = above average pool that can get crowded, kids loved the pickleball and basketball. Kitchen= was not big, very accommodating for our needs we had 19 guest and we ate out most meals. Rooms=3 master suites were great 5stars, the 3 bunk is worthless and needs to be removed, the ceiling fan is very close to the 3rd bunk. 2 larger gathering rooms to watch tv were great.

Great property, lots of beds. We enjoyed our stay and we had a great time. This place is practically brand new. Wr did receive information in the email that didn’t coincide with the property wr stayed at so check in for the property was a little confusing on location from email compared to reservation in app. But we figured it out. The house had 4.5 bathrooms NOT 5 full baths, which makes a big difference if sharing with other families. Also there are two sofa beds in main living room and one sofa bed in upstairs family room. These sofa beds do not have sheets in the house. Property needs to specify this on details or provide sheets for sofa beds. The property could supply a few more bathing towels for a place that sleeps 23. We used pool towels instead because there were plenty for the pool. Overall i would stay again…great place, great location!

We loved having ample beds for all of our group - with privacy for the adults, and bunks to accommodate the kiddos. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with plates, glasses and silverware, as well as pots and pans. We would definitely stay again when visiting St. George.

The house is amazing and super clean. Will definitely come again in the future. One small problem was that we complained about not having enough body gel and shampoo for the size of the group and the night we stayed, but the team said that there is a limited number that every guest could use. So probably bring your travel set with you just in case
