29-30 2 Connected Homes in Ocotillo Springs with Pool and Spas

This place was great for my big family. Each year it’s about 20+ of us making an annual trip and this was our first time staying at this place. We had both home #29 & #30. Great for kids, the swimming pool was the hit for them. Very spacious for us all. The host was great at communicating and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Place was nice & clean. Plenty of beddings for the whole family. Some cons; the jacuzzi water in home #29 was not as clean as we would have liked it. Very hazy water. Pool man had came by for home #30 and we told him the situation and he tried to help us out by putting some type of cleaner in there. It did not work. We just didn’t go in that jacuzzi anymore. Also, the trash bin in home #29 was half full already when we arrived, which made the garage smell horrible, especially in the heat. I guess trash bins never got emptied when they were suppose to.
Comparing the AC in homes, home #29 is WAY cooler than #30. Overall great experience!

We enjoyed our stay! We loved that there was a bathroom for each room and it was clean. The kids loved the pool. We had a wonderful vacation here

If you can, rent both homes together. Having two kitchens and two laundry rooms was a lifesaver! Homes are beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone.

Host was prompt and the unit's were clean. No issues with anything on the property. Great Stay!Shower pressure is weak. That's the only thing that would make this 100%

Absolutely perfect stay! This Santa Clara Airbnb was ideal for our large family. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The house was super comfortable, well-stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the pool was a huge hit. Beautiful location with stunning views. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This place was perfect for a large family gathering. Tons of space and there was lots to do in the backyards to keep the kids and teenagers busy on a hot southern utah day. The pool/hot tub was awesome! It was nice to have plenty of bathrooms - one for each bedroom suite.
Although our main A/C unit had some issues upon arrival, ownership was very good at communicating and getting someone onsite to address it.

Could not check in at 4 cleaning people still cleaning, could not use pool first day water was very like gray color, ice machine not working, other than that it was ok

Great fun for the whole family!

The hot tub was a hit (too cold for the pool). Everyone loved the TV’s in every room. It was noted by those same teenage boys that the couches and beds were comfortable. Because we had a “quiet side” the 3 bedroom condo the “bigs” felt they could play board game till very late in the large condo (5 bedrooms) while the “littles” and the grandparents left and went to sleep. The connection through the two patio doors was so nice because you could do it in your PJ’s. Ping Pong in each garage was another hit for the “bigs”. And the Littles, ( girls) spent many hours at those table just their size. Everyone expressed several times what a great place this was. We rented both houses for our family reunion. The homes are beautiful and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. Lots of outdoor seating when it wasn't too hot. The information online said to bring your own griddle, crockpot and waffle maker so we did, only to find both homes already had those items. Perhaps that needs to be changed but other than that, everything was as stated. We were very happy and would use this place again.
