Welcome to gorgeous connected homes #29 and #30 at Ocotillo Springs Resort. These two homes are situated next door to each other in Ocotillo Springs and sleep up to 36 combined. Enjoy your own private pool at house #30, and each home has a private hot tub. These homes are the perfect home base for groups, sports teams, and larger gatherings. There are combined 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 36 guests. Both homes are 2-levels with a spacious open concept floor plan. Both homes feature amazing balcony views of Snow Canyon, with backyard patios with connecting gates to go back and forth conveniently. Enjoy barbecuing on the poolside patio and preparing meals in the open concept kitchens with dining tables.

Kids and groups alike will love having access to the pickleball courts right next door and the community pool, hot tub and clubhouse game room and lounge. If gathering a large group, it makes for the perfect home base with so much flexibility for everyone to come and go as they please while still enjoying all the great amenities offered here. This place was great for my big family. Each year it’s about 20+ of us making an annual trip and this was our first time staying at this place. We had both home #29 & #30. Great for kids, the swimming pool was the hit for them. Very spacious for us all. The host was great at communicating and responded promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Place was nice & clean. Plenty of beddings for the whole family. Some cons; the jacuzzi water in home #29 was not as clean as we would have liked it. Very hazy water. Pool man had came by for home #30 and we told him the situation and he tried to help us out by putting some type of cleaner in there. It did not work. We just didn’t go in that jacuzzi anymore. Also, the trash bin in home #29 was half full already when we arrived, which made the garage smell horrible, especially in the heat. I guess trash bins never got emptied when they were suppose to.
Comparing the AC in homes, home #29 is WAY cooler than #30. Overall great experience!

Perfect for big family that wants space and fun

Spacious with enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for a big group. The view was the cherry on top. Very clean with comfortable beds. The pool was the highlight of the stay for the kids. The construction across the street was loud early in the morning but that is beyond your control. The people staying in unit 28 were loud at times past 10pm.

If you can, rent both homes together. Having two kitchens and two laundry rooms was a lifesaver! Homes are beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone.

Absolutely perfect stay! This Santa Clara Airbnb was ideal for our large family. There were plenty of beds for everyone, and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The house was super comfortable, well-stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, and the pool was a huge hit. Beautiful location with stunning views. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This place was perfect for a large family gathering. Tons of space and there was lots to do in the backyards to keep the kids and teenagers busy on a hot southern utah day. The pool/hot tub was awesome! It was nice to have plenty of bathrooms - one for each bedroom suite.
Although our main A/C unit had some issues upon arrival, ownership was very good at communicating and getting someone onsite to address it.

Even the teenage males expressed amazement!

The hot tub was a hit (too cold for the pool). Everyone loved the TV’s in every room. It was noted by those same teenage boys that the couches and beds were comfortable. Because we had a “quiet side” the 3 bedroom condo the “bigs” felt they could play board game till very late in the large condo (5 bedrooms) while the “littles” and the grandparents left and went to sleep. The connection through the two patio doors was so nice because you could do it in your PJ’s. Ping Pong in each garage was another hit for the “bigs”. And the Littles, ( girls) spent many hours at those table just their size. Everyone expressed several times what a great place this was. Family Reunion

We rented both houses for our family reunion. The homes are beautiful and comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. Lots of outdoor seating when it wasn't too hot. The information online said to bring your own griddle, crockpot and waffle maker so we did, only to find both homes already had those items. Perhaps that needs to be changed but other than that, everything was as stated. We were very happy and would use this place again.
