29 Vista House in Ocotillo Springs with Private Spa and Views

Great stay for a low key family vacation. Beautiful area, nice amenities, and drivable re: hikes and decent eating options. Community pool was great and well maintained, though the slide wasn’t “slick” and the kids pad wasn’t working. I’d say the home was stocked with basics, with some small gaps like no pepper or the blinds for the sliding doors didn’t close, but nothing that I would suggest as inconvenient. Lots of towels and other kitchen items! Would recommend.

We had a great time in Utah. At first we were hesitant as the home was about an hour from Zion which is where we were planning on spending most of our stay. But the commute is not bad from the house.
The house is stunning! In the pictures it looked a bit small but in person was exactly what we needed. Very spacious, amazing decor and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Felt brand new. It was spotless. Easy check in and the host was very responsive. The mountain views were spectacular from the back of the house and the balcony. I’d stay there again.

Our stay was great. The place was really nice and was in a great location. The house was well equipped with what we needed and we had fun in the hot tub and the local pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, we were there to visit Tuachan.
Space needs some tlc and maintenance. Towels were stained, frayed and very worn. Couch was very stained. Remotes all need batteries. There was laundry in washer and trash left behind. Hot tub had quite a bit of dirt in the bottom.
These small things didn’t affect our stay at all but definitely need to be addressed.

Owner was very responsive and the place was as described.
The pool is a short walk from the unit which was nice for a family with young kids.
Having a private hot tub was a nice touch for after a day of hiking and wanting to relax.
Would for sure stay here again!

What loved our time at the rental. It was spacious for our group of 9. With plenty for us to do without needing to leave the property. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong, and the adults enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. Every thing was clean and well maintained and very comfortable for our vacation

I'm not a road warrior, but I have traveled a fair amount in my life, both domestically and internationally, and I've stayed in my share of short term rentals, in addition to hotels all over the world. We’ve stayed at several homes in Ocotillo Springs and I almost hate to leave a good review of this place because I always want it to be available for us! The back patio was the BEST out of all the homes we’ve stayed in. Our family loved the private hot tub and the gas fire pit- those amenities really stood out to us. We would definitely stay here again!

I am local to St. George and rented as a staycation for my birthday. This is an ideal location to explore the parks and close to grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. We loved the private hot tub and fire pit. We grilled every meal and watched movies at night - the couch and beds were super comfortable. I enjoyed it so much that we booked another unit for the fall.

This place is absolutely worth the price! It's located in a peaceful neighborhood with incredible views. The house itself is two-stories, spacious, and it was squeaky clean when we arrived. The back patio area is a perfect hangout spot, equipped with some furniture, a grill, and a hot tub. Instructions on caring for the house were very clearly laid out in a binder. The only (minor) complaint I have is that there is only one thermostat (located upstairs) two control both upstairs and downstairs, so there can be quite a difference in temperature between the two floors. Also, during check-in, the code for the smart lock was not provided on the AirBnb platform, so I had to reach out to the host to get the code. But overall, would definitely come back here!!

Such a beautiful house. Clean and lots to do at the house. Hot tub, fire pit, games and pickleball, ping pond table. Then there was a community pool. And our grandson had a ball in the pool. I would definitely want to come and stay again. The only problems we had was when we got there we couldn’t get the code to work on the door. But I reached out and they fixed that immediately. Then we never could get onto WiFi. The network would never come up. Our phones wouldn’t work too well on the LTE connection. But definitely recommend this place and host.

This was a place stay! The only issue we had was less than promised swim towels. However, the washer and dryer worked great and we could keep swimming!

Best accommodates two families as there are two lovely master suites and six bunk beds so if you are looking for a space for more adults, this might not be for you. The location of the unit was beautiful and the unit itself was well designed and clean.
However, the checkin process was a problem. We had a hard time finding the place...every time we clicked the link or typed in the address it took us to a different location. Once we found it the keypad was offline and we could not get ahold of anyone to help us. It took over an hour of calling, texing, and waiting to get into our until at 10:00pm. Nothing was offered for our trouble.
Upon waking the kids were excited about the hot tub. They got in and the water was cloudy and smelly. We called management to come look at it. They did come but not until the next day...making the hot tub inaccessible for 1/2 of our stay. Again...nothing offered for our trouble.
Overall the location and complex are great...we just had a couple unavoidable issues that dampened our stay.

Fantastic stay in Santa Clara. The property was modern and so very clean. When it wasn’t raining- we got to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out after a long day of hiking at Zion National Park. We also loved the 10 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park. We may have loved this park as much as beautiful Zion. Perfect stay for our family. Would not hesitate to stay again when enjoying this beautiful area.

The house was awesome and was perfect for a family weekend stay. It was very clean, had tons of room and was well stocked to keep the kids (12 and 7) entertained. The only negative would be that the hot tub was definitely not cleaned before we arrived. It wasn't terrible, but there was obvious dirt built up in the bottom and a change of color in the water. No smell, but definitely dirty. Other than that it was a great stay and a place we'd look at again when coming to St. George

The unit was everything we hoped for and was a great base camp for exploring everything St. George has to offer. It’s a little ways from downtown, but the bonus is that it’s super quiet and very near to Old Highway 91 and Snow Canyon. We had a great stay!
