105 - Waterpark in St George with Hot Tub and Views

This place fit our family so well. Six bedrooms each with its own bathroom was perfect. The home was clean and ready for check in. It was nice being right across the street from the pool, lazy river and hot tub. The hot tub on the patio had a hard time holding the correct temperature so we didn’t use it. Instead we used the one across the street which was nice and warm.
I recommend this place for your next family vacation.

This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year.

Great property with everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was right across the street from the water park/facility. Plenty of room for our large family with fun things for the kids to do. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. This home had comfortable accommodations for a very large group. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms, in each bedroom plus extra 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs, were clean. Kitchen was well outfitted, and had cupboard space for foodstuffs we brought in. The second refrigerator (we called it the hidden fridge) was a great addition, as well as the mini fridge upstairs. The common rooms were spacious and well separated so that teens could play in one space while adults could converse in the other. A closet is full of nice books and games. TVs were easy to use and easily accommodated our video games. The pools were very close and easy to access. The hot tub was clean and comfortable.
Tuacahn theater and Snow Canyon are about 10 minutes away. Other wonderful outdoor activities are nearby. Take lots of water with you!! Enjoy!
I would certainly recommend this home for large groups. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The short walk to the water park is what drew us to this location because we are a young family with 6 kids. I was grateful they provided a high chair and a pack n play for our use. Everything was clean and beautiful! So much care went into this location to make it family friendly. The owners were incredibly responsive and did their best to answer my questions in a timely manner. They also were very proactive about getting us information quickly after booking.
We did have a difficult time figuring out the game arcades, so my kids were a little disappointed, but, to be fair, I never reached out to the owner to figure out how to work them.
*One more note — they did ask that we not turn the A/C below 72 degrees which was totally reasonable and we were happy to follow those rules, but my husband (who prefers sub zero arctic temperatures for sleeping) slept a lot hotter than he normally does. Just an FYI if you’re married to a snowman too 😉

We had the best time at this beautiful home! Our kids had lots of room to play with fun extra entertaining games. We loved the amenities and having the fun pool and waterslide area right across the street. The home was clean and stocked with all the necessities and more. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Lots of space and fun things to do! The kitchen was lacking in food prep and cooking equipment. No large pots and pans. If you're visiting with a large group, there should be pans to cook for a large group. There were places for them to be in the big cupboards! When we arrived, there was a broken railing on a bunk bed that they came and removed quickly. And when we left, we forgot a whole drawer full of clothing that they graciously collected and met up with us to return! I recommend this place highly!

Overall, a great house for our family with plenty of room and wonderful layout and amenities. The master bed wasn't the most comfortable and the upstairs TVs had trouble working. One of the bunkbeds had an upper railing that was broken off, leaving a couple sharp metal points exposed.

We were right across the street from the pool area and the kids spent hours there. Many of us took bike rides on the trails around the community, the bikes were provided. Sadly the tandem bike was out of commission but the other bikes worked fine!! The games upstairs kept the adults and kids entertained!! All of our basic supplies were provided, like TP, garbage bags, hand and dish soaps, which was very convenient. Having two family room areas and a huge kitchen/dining room gave us lots of space to have different activities going on at the same time! Same with the 8 bathrooms, no waiting!! We loved it so much we’ve already booked it again for next year!!

The kids spent so much time in the "water park" across the way (we never went to the other pool!) and had a great time exploring the area.
A couple of things to note: There are no "pantry staples" in the house (coffee filters, sugar were the two main ones I was looking for). There are some spices. I've never been to a vacation place that didn't have left over items from previous guests!
Everything was contactless so we never met anyone from the company, but that was all very smooth.
We arrived on a Sunday and had to take the 3 overflowing garbage cans from previous guests down to the curb. Not a big deal, just a little off putting.
The WIFI was weak, probably because the house is so big!
All in all though, we had a FABULOUS time and I would 100% recommend this house to any other big families.

My sister and I with our kids came into town to visit family for a couple days and wanted a place to stay, and somewhere to spend down time as needed. This was so fantastic!! So easy to access the water playground across the street! (It was a little windy when we stayed, and we were short on time so didn't get to play as long as we would have liked.) The space was very well designed for a large group and everyone had space, as well as plenty of space to be together as well. Our kids loved the arcade games upstairs too! The views from the balcony was beautiful!! We couldn't figure out how to charge the PS4 controllers (and they were dead), so we didn't get to use that, and the king bed downstairs and the bunks upstairs were a bit loud when anyone moved on them. But we still had a great visit, and would definitely come again.

Our family consisted of 4 couples and 8 children. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath which was wonderful. Pool was right across the street which was used often as we were fortunate to have 80 plus weather.. The hiking was GREAT so many trails!! The kids learned to play pickleball which was also a hit!! Spent one day at Sandy Hallow where they rented ATV’s that also was a FUN excursion!Definitely would stay here again!!

We did not have satellite tv on arrival as stated in the listing. We called and got an answering service and left a message. The following day after not hearing back from the management we called again only to find out they had scheduled someone to come between 4 and 5. It took the technician about 2 hours to complete the repairs and check all the tv's in the house, meanwhile we were missing March madness basketball. We asked if there would be any consideration and they said they would look into it. Never heard back from them. Maintenance should be done prior to someone checking in.

Nice, comfy house with plenty of space for a large group! The kids LOVED the arcade games and air hockey table. The kitchen wasn't as stocked as I had hoped, but that seems to be common with these kinds of places. If you're new to renting a large house, bring your own Ziploc bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap and paper towels! Those are items that aren't stocked, but we always need. The house is right next to a Harmons so it was really easy to grab anything we missed. The hot tub was awesome. We'd like to come back in the summer to utilize the rest of the pool! The kids rode their bikes, etc in the cul de sac and there were plenty of trails very close. We requested a late check out and they replied really quickly and granted it to us. Overall, a great stay!

This place was made for big groups. Each room has its own en suite bathroom which makes it so convenient and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together and also room to spread out in smaller groups. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for 12. If you have kids that like to swim, the location ca t be beat—literally across the street from the huge pool complex. There are also plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby. We would book here again in a heartbeat.

There are 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, plus an additional 1/2 bath on the main level. We loved having all the kids upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs. I still heard when our son woke up (air hockey is louder than you realize!) but he didn't come to our room immediately.

With 2 large living areas, we were able to have kids upstairs playing arcade games or watching a movie while the older kids were downstairs watching a different movie or playing board games in the kitchen. There is so much space in the kitchen we were able to use one end of the table as a puzzle area & still have plenty of room for meals.

With Covid-19 we have canceled vacations. This was not a planned trip. I first booked 3 hotel rooms for this last minute trip to watch our daughter & her boyfriend run their first 1/2 marathon. I felt uneasy about a hotel so I canceled the it & booked this house. BEST DECISION EVER!

The house was immaculate. I loved that we were only around family unless we chose to go out. We didn't have to pass other guests in the hall or share an elevator like we would at a hotel.

We ordered most of our meals online & brought the food back home to eat. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, etc we easily could have cooked our own meals.

The only problems we had were:
1. Figuring out how to turn on the arcade frogger game (there is a hole cut in the top with a recessed button you just have to push but you won't find it if you're short).
2. Figuring out what the pool pass/paddle was. (It's a full sized paddle board/kayak type oar).
3. We never found the garage remote so we just parked outside.

This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I have been on as a mom. If anyone needed space they could go to their private room & rejoin the family when they were ready. I didn't know I could enjoy a vacation as a mom. This

We loved our stay in this well appointed vacation home. It's location near the water park and the entertainment options in the home were a hit with our kids (5 and 12). The location is nice near a grocery store and many hikes at Snow Canyon. The only negative is that the neighborhood gets congested with giant SUV's parked along the street with the many families staying in this development, but this is just a minor inconvenience. Overall, a clean, fun place to stay in the St. George area.

We have overflow parking lots for additional parking to take the load off the congestion during very busy weekends such as when you stayed. Not everyone uses them so it can be a challenge, but usually it's not a problem because cars park in the garage and on the driveway. The hikes at Snow Canyon are a must while here, so we are glad you had a chance to enjoy those. The house was a little dirty, as if the cleaning was done in a rush, but overall it was a good place to rent and enjoy time with family.

It was our family's first overnight trip down south to St. George and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of rental. It was a great location (right next to the kids cove) in a great neighborhood, with PLENTY of other convenient amenities nearby.

Everyone was able to have their own room including the kids. This home had lots of fun activities and games for the kids to play. Because it offers four master type bedrooms with their own bathrooms it was perfect for the parents! The bunk rooms were fantastic and held 12 kids without being crowded! Even the kids rooms have their own bathroom! I can’t say enough how fantastic it was to have a house with six full bathrooms and 2 half baths! Not to mention everybody loved the air hockey, the video games and the pool/hot tub was fantastic! The house was extremely clean and having over 20 people in the house and not even feeling crowded was just a bonus! We will definitely look at renting again for the next tournament!

We loved our stay here and would love to come back. The home was bigger than it looked in the pictures and there was plenty of room for us to celebrate with our whole family the end of our daughter's chemo treatments. Video games, huge kitchen table for dinners and games, big bedrooms, including a couple that were big enough for cousins to have sleepovers in. Plus, the pool and water park was just across the street, so we visited several times each day. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home for our special family occasion!

We have been coming to st. George every January for 12 years and except for it being far from the pool this place has been one of our favorites. We loved how close the pickle ball courts were and the private bathroom for every room was an awesome feature. We loved how all of the rooms except the master were upstairs and the games and Netflix kept the kids very entertained. The new kids fancy splash pad looks amazing and is right across the street. So that'll be nice for the seasons its open. It was very well cleaned and nice and comfortable. We also loved the second fridge in the laundry room. Nice feature for big groups!

This property worked well for our group. Everyone was satisfied with the house. It was clean, and in a good location. The kids enjoyed the games at the house. There is a really fun pool area a short walk away. There is a great looking splash pad under construction very close to the house that would be a lot of fun for kids when it is completed. The property management put on some fun activities on the weekend we were there, including a hot air balloon ride. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again. A couple things to be aware of that may be a concern to some people. First, there is limited parking at the house, and the guest parking fills up quickly too. Supposedly there is no parking on the street allowed, but there were vehicles on the street coming and going the whole time we were there. Second, the WiFi had limited to no connectivity in some areas of the house, including some of the bedrooms. For the most part that was fine as were weren't there to use the internet anyway. But it would have been nice occasionally.

Great house. So big and clean and comfy. So many fun things to do. The game room was fun with the air hockey and video games. Nice barbecue and close to the pool. Can't wait for the water park. We will definately be back

Incredible home. Tons of space for a big group and right across from the new water park. Great views of the red mountains and snow canyon upstairs and very nicely furnished and decorated. Utah's Best Vacation Rentals did a great job and attending to our every need. We had a problem with an appliance that we later figured out was our fault but UBVR came right over. Very clean and well stocked.

I love that this house is called the LAZY HOUSE...I literally did NOT want to leave! Husband loved the old school video games and I loved the quiet cul-de-sac. Every time we visit, we try a new home. This one is my new favorite!

We rented this property for a spring break trip. It was great! Each bedroom has a private bathroom which is awesome. 2 rooms are bunk rooms for kids so it is ideal for 4 families, where the parents can have their own rooms and you can split up the kids between the 2 bunk rooms. The amenities this property offers is amazing! You cant go wrong staying in Paradise Village!
