Incredible location close to the university and hospital! Full remodel was done in 2021 with brand new plumbing and electrical throughout. Bathrooms and kitchens are also redone with shaker cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. Laundry rooms up and down and a separate basement entrance makes this rent out very easy. The backyard is giant with tons of potential. A little work with the city and it might be possible to add another duplex in the back.
