When you are sitting in front of it facing West, set your odometer to 0.0. Drive West up Wales Canyon. At 1.0 miles you will see a parking lot and a For Sale sign with an arrow pointing North. Follow the road to the North. At 1.3 miles stay to the right. At 1.4 miles you have entered this property and should see the next For Sale sign. You have two options. Option 1, turn left, move the orange cone out of the way, and drive until you come to the chain across the road. See agent remarks for padlock code. Everything to the right / North of the road is part of this property. You are welcome to walk past the chain, but please stay to the property on the North side of the road. The sellers have kept a motorhome and a large bumper pull trailer in here, so it does open up pretty well. Option 2, turn right at the second For Sale sign and follow the road. Everything on the right and the left side of the road is part of this property. There are some great usable areas on either side of the road. Roughly 0.3 - 0.4 miles up this road you'll see areas where vehicles have turned around, camped, etc. This is roughly the West boundary of the property. Bring a vehicle with some clearance. AWD would help too.
