You will love this home! Nice big yard, fully fenced with great views. The roof was done inn 2013, as well as the electrical and framing. Newer water heater and central air in 2014. Nice sized master bedroom and bath. Comes with 2 flat screen TV's, the refrigerator and washer/dryer. The shed is awesome and has power and a doggy door, just in case. Home will be professionally cleaned Friday the 29th and the carpets cleaned early the following week so showings can start as soon as they dry:)
