Private gated community with an awesome clubhouse with a gym, large space for gatherings and playground with soccer field. Conveniently located to downtown and Move-in ready; there's no actual washer/dryer hookups in the unit but a common laundromat in each building. I've seen some units install laundry hookups in the master closet. call me for showings:)
