This beautiful home located close to Hwy 40 with year round access. The lot has large pinion trees with a nice yard. The home was built with love and comfort in mind. Large windows to enjoy the amazing views and wildlife. If you are looking for a nice quiet retreat this would be perfect on a dead end road with limited traffic. The home is secluded and would be a great vacation home or investment for a rental. The cement pad is completed for a hot tub and there is a large screen outside for a projector. The proper permits were not purchased for the home and didn't undergo the inspections. Part of this home is not on a permanent foundation and on railroad ties.
