Great recreational lot with spectacular views! Just up the road from the Hobble Creek Golf Course, one of the most recognizable golf courses in Utah. Highest and best use would be a camping ground or trailer spot. Some lot owners up this canyon have construct non-conforming small cabins for off grid living. Building permits are not an option as there is no paved road or water access currently.
