Great land to pasture your cattle on, or grown hay or grain. Was in CRP as late as 2022, so should still have a nice stand of grass. Land is 4 miles west of Arimo. The power pole is on the road by the property, if you wanted a storage shop or shed with power. There is no winter maintenance on the road.
