We flew into SLC to do some hiking and sightseeing....This was the perfect place to come back to after some long days in the mountains! We were able to cook a nice meal each night and relax in the hot tub! We even enjoyed the large living room and dining room area just to talk and reflect on the day!! We will definitely be back!!

We arrived and property was so much nicer and cleaner than last years rental for about the same price! Some minor issues were handled immediately (hot tub needed water) big plus in our book! The large walk-in closet handled 2 pack and plays so the twins had a quiet “bedroom” away from noise during naps and late nights. The downstairs family room was great when all the cousins came so the adults could talk! Definitely will rent this house again when we come to ski! So close to Alta, Brighton and we even checked out Sundance early Sunday and no traffic line or crowded lifts!

The hot tub worked well and everyone loved it apres ski.
The Kitchen was pretty well equipped and the appliances were nice. The layout was fabulous-large, separate kids suite (or adults!) at ground level. Condition of house was very good. It was very clean. Had many fun times hanging at the big dining room table, while others worked in the kitchen. Decor was superior to most ski condos in my opinion. Not a lot of moose decor. :). Felt like it was ours for a week. Just a very good experience. Everyone in my party of six agreed. Welcome packet was excellent. But we could only find one garage door opener, not 2 as implied...:)

The place was as pictured. The amenities were great. We did have an issue with the fire place, but we called the maintenance number provided and someone was sent out the same day. Location is superb.
Overall, A+ in my opinion. Look forward to stay again!

Excellent spot for a ski trip. The house was perfect for a big group and the location was ideal for skiing Solitude/Brighton and Alta/Snowbird. Really easy to get to from downtown SLC as well. Utah’s Best (property owners/managers) were excellent. Very responsive and nice. I highly recommend. Hopefully you won’t book the same dates that I will when I inevitably come back!

We really enjoyed our stay even though there were unexpected workers outside our window when we arrived. The management company requested they stay away while we were there and they did. The home only has on central cooling and heating unit for the 3 stories for those that are temperature sensitive. We were extremely warm upstairs (and we come from AZ and FL) and the Montana guests had extra blankets on downstairs. Otherwise great home and service.

Rustic Springs has a nice location to get to the canyons, or SLC easily. The hot tub worked really well. It fit our 11 family members easily. The kitchen had a couple of spices that we'd forgotten and plenty of room for the food we brought. The management rental agency also had excellent customer service when we needed them.

All the essentials were provided, the beds were comfortable, the electronics were all state of the art, the wifi was fast, the hot tub worked perfectly, and everything was very clean. The house is also right across the street from a bus stop for getting to/from some of the mountains. Very convenient. The only suggestion I would have would be for there to be road salt provided for the driveway.

This was a great place for our family activity. Plenty of room. Everyone in our group loved it and the winter activity themed decor was especially nice. Check-in and out was simple. The property was clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Location is great - especially for those looking to be close to the ski slopes. Stores and shops are within reasonable distance - a couple of miles depending on what you’re looking for.

This place was great! It is the perfect location for a ski vacation. It’s located between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons and only 20 minutes from Brighton/solitude or Snowbird/Alta.
Communication was great, check in was a breeze and the place was incredibly clean. We had a group of 6 old men and there was more than enough space. This place would also be perfect for multiple families. The main living room and kitchen are on the ground floor with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. There’s TV’s in most of the rooms and another family room downstairs as well.
The kitchen has everything you need. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Bedrooms were were clean and beds were comfortable. The garage is a great space to park a car and has plenty of room for all of the ski/snowboard gear. There’s plenty of hooks to hang jackets, helmets, gloves ect.. I loved the boot warmers. It was so nice to put on warm boots in the morning. If I ever move to where it’s cold, I’m definitely investing in one of those.
Overall it was a great time. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I highly recommend it for a group or a couple of families. When I return I’ll look to stay at the Rustic Springs first.
