We had a great stay! It's a small living room and dining space for larger groups, but beds, rooms, and kitchens were great for our needs! Hosts were responsive and helpful - would stay here again! Only downside is parking. For larger groups, it's difficult to only have 4 cars and the garage wasn't big enough to fit our minivan and Subaru outback. However, the host was responsive and we figured it out, so it wasn't a dealbreaker!

We had a great stay at this property - perfect as a base camp for skiing adventures at Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. We had a large group and the house was spacious and accommodated everyone great. The kids used the downstairs to sleep and hang out and all the adults could be upstairs. The kitchen was very well stocked and the Hosts were very responsive. We had some trouble getting in (had to get a new code) and the mechanism to remove the hot-tub cover is broken so we could only use 1/2 the tub, but otherwise it was perfect!

Overall good value and location. We’ll equipped kitchen and bedroom setups to accommodate our group of nine. Washer and dryer did not work great, but we reported it to the company so I expect it will be addressed for future stays. Unit is located between LCC and BCC and made it easy to explore both Alta/Snowbird and Brighton/Solitude.

Our group of 4 guys enjoyed our stay at the house for a ski trip. It was spacious and could have accomodated many more people. The location was great, with easy access to the BCC and LCC roads. The house was well equipped, and check in/out was seamless. The property management company was great to work with, and communications and instructions were clear and easy. Definitely not a lux property but we we weren't laying for that. Overall would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Seems like a new washer is needed, as well as more hanging and dresser storage would be helpful in a couple rooms. Hot tub worked well and generally was enough cooking supplies for a large group. Second frig in garage was helpful. Parking is a little tight, as we had three full size SUV's, which could not fit in the garage (large SUV's), so we had to park one in the community lot (not too far from house). Grocery store is only about a mile away, and several resorts are a easy drive (on weekdays). Don't miss out on going to see the Mormon Tabernacle Choir do their radio broadcast on Sunday morning! (it's free and EXCELLENT), this is not a church service, just music.

Spacious and well maintained home with great amenities and good variety of sleeping accommodations. We had 15 guests and it never felt crowded. Beds were very comfortable and hot tub was pre-heated and worked great. Our kids really enjoyed the foosball table! We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice, spacious, cozy place! Great location. Just a short drive to Brighton and Solitude mountain resorts. Close to shops and grocery stores and about 20 minutes away from Salt Lake city. Host was awesome and responsive. Would stay here again next time we're in Utah.

we did have a few minor maintenance issues that were addressed immediately
We had been given the wrong padlock # and called - we had to try 3 different codes before one worked
Did not agree with the $25/hour early arrival fee, especially when traveling from the east coast!
Location is optimal for ski areas, grocery store and restaurants

This was perfect for our group of 8 men on a ski trip. The condo was large with plenty of space for our group. It is convenient to both Big Cottonwood and Little Cottonwood canyons. Extremely clean and well equipped.

This property was perfect for group ski trip. First, as the title says, the location would be tough to beat - easy access to both big and little cottonwood canyons as well as close to the supermarket and restaurants. And an easy ride to Park City, etc. And the hot tub right outside the back door is great for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. Plenty of comfortable beds (more than enough for our group of 8) plus 3 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen was fairly basic, but enough pot, pans, etc. to accommodate most meals. The one drawback would be the parking situation. The garage is small; not deep enough to accommodate a suburban and not high enough to accommodate an SUV with a ski rack. And the driveway is small too. One word of caution - obey all parking instructions, the tow trucks prowl the neighborhood and are very zealous. Overall, this was an excellent rental and made for a very fun ski vacation.

Best feature is park and ride across street will go to Alta and snowbird. Do not drive there and park as there is almost never parking. Park and ride to Brighton and solitude is 5 min drive away.

That lines up with complaints of heat in the summer. Nice set up, just be prepared with a fan in the summer or extra blanket in the winter. It was so fun to be able to fit all 5 of our families in one house for this trip! The house is extremely well stocked and organized. We had the maximum of 17 people and no problem fitting us all. Location was extremely quiet and felt very safe. We used the bbq with no problems as well as the hot tub. The board games were all destroyed so the kids were bummed about that but other than that, it was great. They made lots of use of the foosball table and played the wii downstairs. Thanks for giving us a place to let all the kiddos have a sleepover and all the adults relax together. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again!

This was a nice, spacious 3 level condo that had plenty of beds & space for the 7 of us staying there. It was very clean & had all of the "at-home" amenities in the kitchen & bathrooms. The backyard provided a feeling of seclusion with an up-close scenic view of the mountainside. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend this location to others.

We enjoyed our time here! If you’re going to stay during the hot summer months, know that there is no air conditioning upstairs, so it’s is super warm. Once we discovered the fans in the closet, we got better sleep the second and third nights. This place was a great location, clean and big space for my family and extended family to stay for my sister's wedding. It was a not too far from the city and the lodges up the canyon, as well as nearby stores for groceries and gas. The space was big enough to house all my family comfortably. However, the rooms upstairs were a little warm but there are electric fans to use so that helped. Another issue was that the shampoo, conditioner and soap provided were only travel size and while that was specified in the description, it still was a bit bothersome having the buy full size toiletries for a week's stay. Overall, this is a great place to stay for big families.

Recommended! The house is beautifully decorated with a nice hot tub and plenty of rooms/space. There is an over flow parking lot if you have more than 4 cars. It’s a little walk for sure but definitely a plus. The host were great to communicate with and well priced. Would come back here again.

Our spa tech appreciated your recognition of his efforts as all of our homes have the hot tubs looked at and cleaned before each new check-in. The overflow lot is a great option for more than 3 cars as the lanes are narrow and no shoulder to park on so good to make note of. Come again!

The housing community is really crammed our trucks could barely fit in the driveway space and definitely not in the garage but that’s if you drive larger vehicles
The hot tub took a few hours to warm up
But great stay!

But the great news is there is an overflow parking lot 3-4 minute walk away so you could park there and use the smaller vehicles for the driveway and garage. I should mention that they tried to increase the rental price about a week before we arrived (after we reserved months earlier) but when we protested they were professional and walked that back.
