12-man golf trip. 6 guys in each unit. 4 real beds per unit, 3 couches with pull-outs per unit. Kitchen was well-equipped and useful, grill was excellent, hot tubs were hot and clean. Two-car garages and space for two cars in driveway each unit, so you could squeeze in more than 4 cars if you jockey around as needed. Pretty safe neighborhood, we left garage doors open from about 3pm to 10pm as we moved between units and nobody messed with our gear in the garages. A door on the back deck through the deck divider would be helpful, cut down on the time it takes to go door-to-door between units. Property manager was involved and responsive to an A/C issue. Lots of info coming from them about check-out procedures and offers to help if needed. Group ahead of us evidently didn't take their trash out Friday, two of our cans were full, but we survived. Could have used a few more dishwasher tablets, so we left extras. Overall excellent quality-price ratio, everyone was happy and we paid about 40% of what we usually spend for a big house for 12 guys.

The units were super clean and the hosts were really fast to respond and help when we had questions checking in! The units were exactly as pictured and the overall stay was great. Would definitely book through them again.

We rented both sides of Union Duplex Crossroads and Gateway for a family group of 22. Both units were clean and tastefully decorated. The master bedrooms were large and well adapted to parents of very young children who slept in portacribs or on air mattresses in the spacious closets, close, but not right in the parents' rooms. The living rooms accommodated groups from both houses when we all wanted to meet together. This property is right next to a wonderful park with a large pavilion and a shaded group of big toys for children of all ages, even teenagers. We highly recommend this property.

Utahs Best made my first time using Airbnb so affordable & simple! I did call on two separate occasions for questions that I had & the staff was incredibly kind & helpful! The reunion was over a three day weekend and consisted of family, most of whom came from outside of Utah. We were not seeking sports or other activity, other than hiking. The property worked very well for our purposes.

We rented 3 units for our Travel softball team and their families to stay while at an out of state tournament. The convenience of the houses gave us a place for the team to meet up and eat together without eating out every meal. The park behind the house was perfect for practices throughout the week and the basement was great for the younger siblings and our players to hang out and play games. This is a great place for larger groups. We enjoyed staying here so much. There was plenty of room and so much fun games. The two dining tables were so nice to have. We would definitely stay there again.
