We did a company executive meeting. Lots of space, personal space, and large gathering space. We fixed dinner together in the kitchen and bbq area. We swam, sat around the fire pit, play in the sports court, and time in the theater room. When the executives left a few families got together and had their families over. Lots of space for family too.

We had a fabulous family reunion at this location. It was very convenient to both have a pool at the house and the water park. The inside dining table can be configured to seat your entire group. The two dishwashers, two ovens, and washer/dryers were very handy. The general floorplan lends itself to both group activities and seating areas for more intimate conversations. If you forget anything, there is shopping close to the house. Overall, we had a family reunion full of cherishes memories enjoying every moment. I highly recommend this house.

The pool cover was not working while we were there, so that was a little nerve-wracking since we had young children with us. There is a fence around the pool, but it can easily be accessed from another side that has a gate that kids can reach. Other than that (which caused the pool to be a little dirty) and a couple of broken theater room seats, the property was in good condition and we enjoyed it. We really liked having our own private pool and pickleball court to use. The property is by itself at the end of the road, so it was nice not having other guests on either side of us. It is definitely a great house for anyone needing a very large place to stay—there are 9 bedrooms with bathrooms!

The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 7 couples and 21 grand children -6 months to 15 years old! So much space and well supplied. The house was so clean. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool on property and called to have it cleaned. Never came. And there were torn cushions on outside furniture-but that didn’t interfere with our fun. It was a wonderful place. I do wish the pool had been cleaner for the price.

While looking for a house for our 40th anniversary celebration with our family, this house checked all the boxes. Every amenity was used during our time there. Pool, hot tub and slide were used day and night, grandkids used the basketball/pickle ball court, kids used the theater room and video game systems, and we enjoyed the large living areas for games and puzzles daily. The fire pit was the spot for s’mores with the grandkids. We fixed all meals in the large kitchen. Dishes are glass but I took plastic dishes and two dishwashers came in handy. The large capacity washers and dryers worked great, as well. We found the house to be well supplied and very clean. All of our grown kids had their own rooms and bathrooms, which we wanted. As a family of 29, we had plenty of space for everyone to be together. It really was the perfect house for us. The pool cover worked great. We could cover and uncover with a flip of a switch. Minor issues were one stove did not work but we were fine since the house has two stoves. One broken recliner in the theater room, but there are 18 in there. There is a nice Keurig in the kitchen but it popped most of the pods. (I brought mine for the kitchenette upstairs and didn’t pop any so I wasn’t the pods.) Dollar Tree kitchen utensils in the kitchen but we got by. All in all, we definitely recommend this house in every way. We made awesome memories with our kids, grandkids, and great-grand baby in this wonderful home.

Very nice property. We have 37 in our family and we loved all the bedrooms and the huge open kitchen and living areas and the kids lived in the pool. The pickleball and basketball courts were a hit. Everything seemed well maintained and no one bothered us. Check in was all online and the code got us in. It was perfect for our family but obviously very pricey.

Our family of 29 people stayed here over the weekend for my parents 50th anniversary! It was perfect! A room/bathroom for all the adult couples and bunk rooms enough to fit all 15 kids! It didn’t feel like we were cramped or in each others spaces. There were a few things that were broken, like seats in the theater room, but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time! We had 29 people from ages 71 to 5. The pool and hot tub were big hits. The pickle ball and basketball courts were popular with teenage boys. We had a great experience together as a family. The only issues we had were with plumbing issues with two bedrooms on main floor. One bathtub would not drain properly and the other leaked water out of seal along bathtub to the floor.

When I discovered this located, I was so excited! It’s massive and gorgeous! We did have a few maintenance issues but when we called, they came to our rescue to fix the problem.
We weren’t sure how to turn on the water for the pool slide and maintenance didn’t know either, but they found the button.
Later we were told that there’s an iPad in the house that controls the pool and hot tub settings!
One of the dryers didn’t dry anything. It got hot but didn’t dry. The laundry room was full of lint behind the washer and dryers. I think there’s a lint blockage somewhere. So we were a little backed up on drying pool towels with having two washers and only one functioning dryer. No biggie though.
All in all, it was an amazing experience and I hope to return in the future!

LOCATION: 8 minutes from the Tuachan theatre. Utah's Best offers discounted tickets. Santa Clara has an amazing outdoor produce market, a couple of lovely places to eat and a home decor boutique for those who arrive before check-in . Historic St. George is only 10 min away if that.
THE HOUSE: Awesome house for a large group. I loved the main floor as it had room for everyone to gather. Whether you were in the living room, at the large kitchen table, sitting at the counter or in the comfy sitting next to the kitchen,, it felt like you were with the group. It also had plenty of space to be separate if desired. It was super clean, nicely decorated and lovely.
SUPPLIES:: This house had a small array of spices and Pam spray. The kitchen was well stocked with most anything you would need. It didn't have much if anything in the way of serving bowls or platters. In the garage we found bikes, balls, high chair, wagons.
POOL: The pool and hot tub have a locking gate around it. The pool has a automatic cover so it can be closed when not supervised. They supplied pool noodles, and infant float and a puddle jumper for a toddler. One end of the pool is shallow with gradual depth to the deeper end. It would be nice if they added a few floats for adults. The water park is about 8 houses down the road.
FIRE PIT: There was tons of outdoor seating so everyone could gather around.
SERVICE:: Utahs Best Vacation the best. A real person answered every time I called. When there, they quickly responded to any questions or needs. They offer a more personalized service.
VALUE: I would want to rent this house again and book with Utah's Best for our family gatherings.. Most of the large houses in paradise village or anywhere that I searched were much more expensive than two years previous. I hope it was a result of the pandemic and few bookings the year before as perhaps the prices will come b

Well equipped, good stay. Pool filter system needed to be turned on when we arrived which resulted in a slight green cloudy pool when we first arrived. Called it in, no one came, we turned the filter system on ourselves and hit the chlorine a bit. It cleared in two days. Then only other issue was the water softener had no salt in it. Sent an email but no one came to fill the salt tank.

The staff was helpful and responsive. We had 31 family members there for our family reunion and we had plenty of room. We loved the bedrooms with individual bathrooms, the cousin rooms with bunk beds, the in-home theater, pickle ball court, pool and slide, double refrigerators, double clothes washers and dryers, etc etc. And the community pools with the lazy river and community pools and hot tubs were great too. The overflow parking next door was convenient. Plenty of great activities to do in St George. We loved going to a Tuacahn show. There were only a few hiccups... The cable TV was unhooked for the first 3 days and the pool security cover was broken as well. But both of those items were fixed before the end of our week. Also, the hot tub never would heat up despite calls to have it fixed. Overall, our entire family loved the experience and want to go back!

There was plenty of room to spread out on the inside and also gathering places outside around the fireplace or pool. Both young and old alike enjoyed the included pickle ball court. It was a a great way to involve and engage even the teenagers! The water park nearby was an added bonus even though the kids loved the pool and slide on site.
The only downside was that more kitchen items were needed. With 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens, cooking for a large crowd is expected... but there was no big stock pot or pan and not enough BIG serving bowls, a couple more paring knives,serving utensils and cutting boards would have also been helpful. The net on the ping pong table was broken, but was fixable with a little tape & ingenuity.
Beyond those few items missing...the place was awesome! We would definitely plan to use it again. The gentleman who was finishing up in preparing the house when we arrived and then we met again as we were leaving, was so happy, kind, friendly and helpful that it made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great stay here! Loved the private heated pool and spa. We had a tricky time figuring out how to operate them from the tablet in the house, but the property manager responded quickly and it was smooth sailing after that. The only negative was that the theater projector was not working and a replacement one had been brought in. The replacement projector didn’t connect to the surround sound system, which was a dissappointment, but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Overall, a great place in an awesome location with lots of space!

The facilities were phenomenal! We had our own private pool which was perfect for all ages to enjoy, and the hot tub was used daily during our stay. The sport court was also used many hours each day for pickleball and we loved having our own private court right there.
There are public pickleball courts just a short walk across a parking area, but they were often full, so having our own court allowed us to play on our schedule rather than waiting for the public courts to free up. The neighborhood pool was just a few houses down the street so the lazy river and additional slides were convenient when the younger ones wanted to try those. But most of our pool time was in our own private pool.
The kitchen was great and had all that we needed and we had approximately 35 people staying at the house.
The Theater room was great for watching a few movies and having family gatherings.
The location was perfect - as I mentioned it was close to a park, close to the community pool, but it was also an easy drive to so many wonderful hikes, biking trails, golfing, and other activities that everyone was able to do things they enjoyed.
It was a roomy, comfortable home that allowed our large group to strengthen relationships, yet provided space for everyone. We were so pleased with this home, we highly recommend it!

Thanks Ken for staying with us. This is the nicest, largest, most amenity-rich luxury homes in all of Paradise Village. The price reflects that and the capacity it can accommodate. For 43 people, it's actually quite a bargain if you had to try to find hotel accommodations for that amount of people. We are so glad you had such a great time here. We loved having you. The grocery store is one of Harmon's nicest stores in all of Utah. They went all-out on this store. Just a short drive down the street which is so convenient for guests. Having a bathroom in each bedroom almost makes it sort of a home full of hotel suites, which was the idea behind the purpose-built vacation homes when Paradise Village resort was conceived. The home, amenities and location are great. Very well thought out floor plan and beds and living areas are comfortable. The amenities are in need of some minor improvements like pool chairs (stains and broken legs), bikes (none work) and the house can only be cooled to 72 degrees which for me is about 2 degrees too warm when it's 100 degrees outside. Everything else was overwhelmingly positive: Check in was easy and we would definitely return to this property. Thanks for having us!

House was amazing, sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, comfy and SO spacious. We had a wonderful stay. Especially loved all of the en-suite bathrooms..everyone had tons of privacy! Pool was hearted to a perfect temp, great large hot tub, stores on the fire pit and steaks on the grill...would love to go back to the home again. You can't go wrong with this home. This is such a great property with everything that you need for a fun family vacation. We couldn't keep our grandkids out of the pool in December! They loved it! We do need hangers in the closets, i stayed in the master and there werent any hangers, we also need a couple towel hooks outside the master shower. We should get a platter plate or something for steaks and bbq as well. The pool was awesome and hot tub too. It had a pretty strong chlorine smell first night. I think we should probably have 6 chairs or so around the firepit. The benches by pickleball and seating was nice but one bench is already sagging and the net to pickleball is sagging a bit as well. Loved the rackets, bball and all equipment was good! We had an absolute blast! Oh the toilet paper holders in master and a few other bedrooms need to be rehung. One of the pictures fell in bunk room (not big bunk) and damaged a piece of baseboard that needs fixing. Is there theater instructions?
Theres always something with a house this size but honestly, we had an absolute blast and couldnt have been any happier or had more fun!!
We turned the bbq so its not against the stucco and wont char it anymore. We need laminated sign and maybe a picture to prevent that.

The house seems brand new, and it has every amenity you can think of -pickleball court, pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, in-home theatre. It is convenient to a supermarket and some restaurants and only an hour from the Zion National Park entrance. Utahs Best Vacation Rentals was also great - clear communication and a super easy process for getting in and closing up the house.

The natural location that surrounds the development this house is in is very beautiful. We could see the Snow Canyon peaks from multiple locations around the house. It was only a 10 minute drive to some of the most stunning walks. The house itself is also very comfortable. Everything feels new, and I enjoyed the high number of amenities available. It is extremely large, and everyone felt like they had their own space. One thing I appreciate is that the doors and ceilings are very tall, which adds to the feeling of comfort.
