Great place to stay. We had some family fly in from out of state and this had plenty of rooms and space for everyone. My family can get loud but no sound traveled out of the house and it was a peaceful neighborhood.

We loved the jacuzzi tub, and outdoor hangout, very private. That week was super hot in Utah and we truly enjoyed coming to a cool house. So satisfied, we would stay there again.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The home is clean and organized, has good kitchen supplies and appliances, ample towels and comfortable bed linens. The outdoor hot tub was such a nice addition for us. Excellent communication and response time. It snowed overnight while we were there and the driveway and walk were shoveled by 8am.
Great place. Would stay here again.

It is in a good central location for access to airport, downtown, and the canyons. 3BR/2 full baths upstairs so everyone was comfortable. We really enjoyed hanging out in the family room and the hot tub after a ski day. The only thing I didn't care for, is that the management company wouldn't allow us to check in two hours early, even though the place was empty, unless we paid a fee. I had never had an AIRBNB charge me for an early check in before this and I did not care for this. Other than that situation, our experience here was great.

Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything. Hot tub was clean and very enjoyable after skiing. Host was friendly and was able to get us an early check in last min. If you have a lot of people and are not planning on shopping you might want to bring some laundry soap, paper towels, and dishwasher soap.

The property was amazing! Everything was as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was clean. The grill has not been cleaned after the last visitor but it worked well! There were some outdoor games in the garage that we didn’t use but it was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend

The mountain is only 20 minutes away with easy access to road leading to the ski area. Grocery shopping was a breeze with excellent stores within a mile. The house was clean, well maintained with nice furnishings. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day of skiing. The home is situated in a nice area with lots of sleeping options for a large group. Kitchen has everything needed for cooking for a group. The staff at Utah's Best were very helpful throughout the process. The home was everything the site indicated it would be. We had a great time and plan on renting again next year. Used this property as home base for my sons wedding, it was centrally located which made life easy, the home was well maintained and we really enjoyed how organized and labeled the kitchen area was , it made keeping the items we brought from being mixed up with the properties items . Lovely home! Great location. Close to many food choices, shopping and perfectly situated for the other activities we had planned. Parking was difficult because our neighbor's 3 cars were parked in the street, but they were nice and moved them for us when we asked.

This condo is in a great location, close to everything. We came for a ski trip and we’re not disappointed. There is lots of room for Several guests. Really appreciated the hot tub, which was needed everyday after skiing. The only thing recommended would be more laundry detergent provided for guests. We rent houses and condos a lot and this is the first time we had to buy/bring extra to do our laundry. Regardless, we’d stay here again. It is a great place.

This location was perfect for a week of skiing. The property is very clean, well apportioned, in a quiet location and close to numerous dining locations in Cottonwood Heights. There is also a Smith's and Trader Joe's nearby to pick up groceries for meals without having to drive.

Recently stayed here for 5 nights on a ski trip with friends. The house was super clean and has everything you need. The hot tub was nice and seems brand new. My only complaint is we called for more propane for the gas grill outside and the woman said they would call back and tell me what time they were coming. They never called back and never dropped off for gas for the grill. I would recommend this house as a rental.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend ski trip! It's in a great location, allowing you to quickly drive or Uber into downtown SLC and access the mountains under an hour away. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end a long day of skiing. Would recommend!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. The furnishings are very nice, kitchen well equipped, and it was nice to have the garage. The management company was super accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night due to a snow storm. We have stayed in places a little closer to Little Cottonwood Canyon, but overall, the place is accessible to shopping, major roads, etc... I fully recommend.
