Stayed during my niece’s wedding week. We had 5 families renting next to each other. The properties are spacious and perfect for spending time together with good separation of space. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and super close to shopping.

The location is perfect. Any and everything you need is right around the complex of homes we stayed at. If you wanted to venture further for more exotic things to do and shopping, they aren’t far away. The home was great. It housed my family comfortably. Great house and location! Loved that the property also had extra units so our very large group could walk back and forth. The 2 smaller bedrooms got very warm at night- leaving the doors open really helped. Some broken blinds but that’s no biggie and didn’t hinder our vacay at all!

We have rented properties in the Cottonwood Heights area for the past few years, and this was the best property yet. It was exactly as described in the listing, and proved to be perfect for our immediate family and a few of our kids' friends. The high-top dining table was perfect for working on a jigsaw puzzle, which is becoming a tradition for these ski week get-togethers. The house was well-equipped and met all of our needs. We hope to return!

This place was beautiful and easy to find. Me and my friends enjoyed our relaxing R&R time we needed to destress. Had lots of fun exploring the area and enjoyed every aspect of the location. Beds and couches were comfortable and entertainment was very enjoyable.
I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing stay with friends and family, there’s countless things that can keep you busy here.
I wouldn’t mind coming back for another stay in the future.

The house is even nicer and more spacious in person! It's beautiful, in a fantastic location, within about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do or see. The company that owns it (Utah's Best) is very well organized and helpful. We were lucky enough to meet a few people who work for the company and they were all lovely! They even worked with me to retrieve an item and allow me to pick it up on a moments notice, so we didn't miss our flights. I cannot recommend this property and Utah's Best enough!! Don't pass up on this gem!

The property was outfitted as listed, had all necessary amenities, was conveniently located to ski resorts, and only a few minutes from grocery stores. Perfect for a small group or family. Hot tub was clean and hot. Washer/dryer in unit. Parking for up to 4 vehicles if needed (2 in garage and 2 on driveway). Having a grill was a nice bonus as well. Overall, great stay.

Owners were easy to reach and very quick to respond. Loved knowing we had their team in the background, ready & willing to help!
Owners have also focused on the small details: there was a stack of towels in the cabinet by the door to the hot tub. An extension cord was placed next to the nightstand in the primary bedroom so that we could easily charge our phones/watches. Every TV had a Roku.
This particular area of the Salt Lake Valley has great restaurants, a movie theater, and the large Fashion Place mall, all within a ten-minute radius.

My family loved our time in this home. It was well worth our money. Check in was so easy everything that we needed was there extra towels extra linen for all the beds . We didn't have no problems at all. All though the basement was a little scary but we had no use for it so we stayed away from that room. But other then that we had a good stay here. Would recommend to large family's traveling to Utah.

We stayed here for our snowboarding trip. This house location is not as close to ski resort as we stayed before in Sandy but it not far either. House is very clean and comfy for 8 of us. We definitely will consider to stay again in next season

Very well equipped home for a girls weekend for the 6 of us. The beds were very comfortable and the entire unit clean and had all the amenities we needed to make big dinners and enjoy relaxing evenings in the hot tub after hitting the slopes. Having garage access for our cars and equipment was also very helpful. Location is about 30 min from Snowbird/Alta/Brighton without traffic. The neighborhood is safe and near great restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you might need.

We had a nice stay here! Loved the location, close to the slopes, downtown, and plenty of restaurants and activities in the vicinity!
We had a nice amount of room for our group of six adults. If we stayed again, I’m not sure we would bring more than six guests (unless traveling with children), I think that was the right amount of people for the amount of hot water, towels, privacy, and supplies provided without having to grocery shop too much during your stay. (For future guests, heads up: the host provides 2 rolls of paper towels and 3 tp rolls per bathroom. No coffee!! Just so you know ahead of time so you don’t have to make multiple trips to the store on vacation after you find that out! :)
The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable, the ping pong table was a blast, and having a hot tub to come home to after a long day skiing was wonderful. Thanks for a nice stay!

The house was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen as well stocked. About a half mile from the UTA ski bus line. It was quite a long bus ride to the resorts however. It was great to be able to ski 4 different resorts in one week. We had children and were able to walk to the bus stop each day and home (in ski boots). The kids loved the basement, but it was a little too cold for them to play down there without any heater. Otherwise we were very happy with this rental. The fireplace would only stay lit for about five minutes and then shuts off. The rental management company was quick to respond and says they will have it fixed in the next few weeks. The hot tub was great in the evening.

House was great. There is a park doe the street for walking or if you have younger children to play at the park. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fun basement for kids to play in. Great hot tub as it was cold for us from AZ!! Clean place. Only issue we had was trying to check in a couple hours early, was charged by Airbnb despite the place being cleaned and ready to go. Hosts were great!!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home here in Midvale, Utah! Exquisite home with a variety of entertainment and adventure to keep us occupied from the thunderstorm that came over us during our stay! Really enjoyed the quality of the property. Only negative was the limited parking although the garage is very spacious and we were able to utilize it even with larger vehicles to accommodate additional vehicles in the driveway. The property was very clean and well stocked with all necessities. Spare NW bedroom may require additional window sealing to prevent bugs from entering; about 3/4 through our trip we came home and discovered many had entered the room and were crawling on the walls and ceiling. Also need to spray the front bush and near the garage door for wasps.

First day was great. It had plenty of sleeping space. The only things that we feel that could’ve made it better were having some basic spices and things like a can of Pam spray, and maybe a few kids toys in the basement. We are local to Salt Lake and needed a place to stay while we had to have emergency work done on our house and couldn't live at home. This place was perfect for us! It's in a great location and close to two freeways. There are a ton of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The house is more of a condo because it's connected to another house, but you wouldn't know it because of the size. There was so much space! We had 8 people and didn't feel cramped at all. The kitchen is large and clean and the basement was perfect for the kids to play in after school. There are plenty of beds and they were all comfortable. We only used the hot tub once but it was great. I can see this being the perfect house for and ski vacation. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!

This property was great! Our kids loved the fun basement and the hot tub. We also enjoyed the public park next door, which has an amazing playground. Everything was clean and there was plenty of bedding and towels. The bedrooms have window a/c units, so we were nervous that the house wouldn’t be a comfortable temperature, but it turned out to be quite comfortable.

Loved the place, plenty of room to relax by the fireplace, hot tub, any of the 3 bedrooms or downstairs at the ping pong table area. Appreciated the use of the garage and while it didnt snow, we were happy to have the garage. The skiing was fantastic. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for 7 nights. Condo was in a good location with very easy access to both Big and Little Cottonwood canyons. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by. Condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

Great place for a group of skiers! We skied Snowbird, Alta, and Solitude just a quick drive from the house, and enjoyed time in downtown SLC as well! Perfect location and amenities.

We had a great stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of six. The home was very clean and nice at check-in. Our kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the cool a/c. The location was close to lots of restaurants and things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

The property management team was very responsive to questions. The only issue we had was working the front door lock upon check-in, but one phone call fixed everything. No other issues. For our family of 7, the property was a perfect fit. Near shops and eateries. Easy access to highways for travel to other towns. Quiet neighborhood. Overall a wonderful stay for us and we will use the property again when we return.

Clean, well appointed, and competitively priced. About 40 minutes to Snowbird. Everything we needed was in place upon our arrival. Kitchen is great. Hot tub is fabulous. We would certainly stay again if we find our way to greater Salt Lake again.

My Boxing Team And I Plus Some Other Coaches, Utilize This Space Just Recently! It's Was More Than Enough SPACE For Us, During Our Stay, For The US National Boxing Championship At The Salt Palace Convention Center! The Home Was Equip With Everything You Could Ask For, Plus It Was Located In A Cool Area Close Everything, Malls, Shopping Centers And Restaurants! We Was So Busy During The Tournament, We Didn't Have A Chance To Utilize The Place To It's Full Potential! I Was Please, I Didn't Need To Contact The Host, Everything Was Easy To Locate!

The townhome was just the right size to accommodate our group of 6 dudes. It was great having a garage, ample room in the kitchen and space to relax. The home was very well cared for, clean and items easy to find. The only negative was that since there are a lot of houses packed in closely together the private hot tub didn't feel all that private. I would stay here again.
