We enjoyed our stay at the house. There were plenty of sleeping spaces for our family. We enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables, hot tub and the many tvs. There were a few items that need to be repaired like the master faucet and a few door handles that are a bit loose.

Utah's Best Vacation Rentals staff

Our stay with Utah's Best was great, we ended up renting three homes from UB to house 25 players, coaches, and parents who were in Salt Lake City to compete in the High School Ultimate Frisbee Nationals. The experience was wonderful. The houses were all very nice, and well stocked with kitchen supplies to help us feed our large crew. The hot tubs (each house had their own) were a huge hit, as were the game rooms that two of the properties had. A pool table, 2 ping-pong tables, and foosball! The spaces were large enough to easily hold the team of 18 players and 2 coaches in two of the units, while 5 parents stayed right across the street in the third unit. The two player/coach units were connected, so everyone was very close, and it almost felt like one big rental. I would highly recommend Utah's Best if you need a place in Salt Lake City. I hope to make it back in the winter time, to take advantage of the excellent ski resorts in the area.

Nice large home for 2 families with kids. Approx 30 min drive to any of the ski resorts. Nice hot tub and added bonus of the basement with pool table, ping pong, and Xbox. We stay again for a place on this area.

Perfect house and location for a ski vacation. Close to many restaurants and stores. The place was very nice and exactly as advertised. The hot tub even had an issue one night and the maintenance line was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely recommend

Excellent location to ski slopes! Unit was clean. Only suggestion is maybe including a few of these items: rice cooker, bigger serving dishes, and maybe having an air fryer. Other than that, we had a great time staying here!!

The unfinished basement scared my younger kids. Haha. But there was still plenty of room for us all to spread out after a long day of sledding! Great layout for a family. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the master suite while my kids watched football by the fireplace.

Overall what we needed for an extended stay. We felt that there were a few items that should have been in the house such as ice cube trays, dish drainer, dish tiles which we purchased. We also left those in the house for others to use. The coffee pot leaked and we bought another one to use. The house also needed more trash cans. We had three events that required immediate attention. We contacted Utah's Best and they were very responsive, resolving the problems promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, totaling approximately five weeks. We would recommend Utah's Best Air B&B. Overall we would rate the experience 4.5 of 5.

We had to be flexible with space and this was perfect. The basement with a blank slate and large living room space made it very accommodating. The kitchen was easy to use with all the equipment we needed. The park nearby was also helpful for a space to stretch the legs and overflow parking. Recommend.

This house is a great home for a big group. We had a basketball tournament at the University of Utah and was easy access (20 minutes away) to and from the freeway. Close to a grocery and other conveniences. Has a crockpot for big meals. The basement (pool table, ping pong table, Xbox) and jacuzzi were perfect for the boys.

We loved staying at this location. The neighborhood was quiet, the location was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, fast to get on the freeway (but not too close!). The property description was accurate and it was nice they included so many air mattresses, rolling beds, and even a porta-crib so that we could shuffle people around as needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The kids stayed in the basement while playing pool, table tennis, and video games.
Some things that need to be fixed are: there was some kind of sewage smell in the master bathroom that was minimized by putting a rag over the tub drain? When we ran out of propane there was no broiler pan to finish cooking our steaks so we had to finish them in some cake pans. They did bring us an new propane tank the next day, however. The powder room toilet seat was loose. Mostly we had a good time in the house and it was a nice stay. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was convenient to the ski areas. The management company did a good job communicating the instructions regarding getting to the house and opening the door after a long travel day.

We really enjoyed the hot tub and the basement game room (which is unfinished if it's not clear in the post). The kitchen is well equipped and there is a large pantry for food storage. Parking was fine for us as our one large SUV fit in the garage but the driveway is very small if you have more cars and street parking is not allowed. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Everything was very clean. Ski resorts were an easy ~30 min drive each day. Only complaints are that there were several light bulbs out with no replacements and the vent fan/light over the stove did not work.

Nice spot for a group and a good distance from Snowbird for skiing. The house was clean, and the hot tube was excellent. Everything in the house is very well organized, but you need to bring all the basics for cooking (coffee, oil, butter). Would rent again!

This home was the perfect size for a small group of friends. The hot tub was amazing to have after a day on the slopes, however there was one day during our stay that it couldn’t be used due to maintenance. There were a few small parts of the house that were not very well maintained - a few light bulbs out, fallen fencing in the back. But the management company offered to send someone out to fix it right away if we wanted! And aside from thoseX the house was very clean and inviting. This home is about 30min from the mountains (snowbird, Alta, solitude, Brighton) and very close to local restaurants and take-out places. Overall it was an excellent stay, and we greatly appreciated the quick and helpful communication with the management company. 10/10 - would definitely return!

Our family spent a week here in this lovely rental. It was clean and large. We really enjoyed the pool and ping pong table and the jacuzzi. The living area is big but realize that for sleeping, only 8 can sleep on beds. The rest would be sleeping on pullout couches and roll away beds.

We went to Salt Lake City for a Bachelor Party with 9 guys. The space was large enough for all of us to sleep comfortably and move around. The rooms were clean and everything from towels to soap were provided. The one knock that we had was that the master bedroom shower knob did not work so we had to call the maintenance workers to come out and fix it. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed as a group of 8 people while on a visit to explore Salt Lake City and the Wasatch mountains. The house is located 20 minutes from the airport and the check-in procedures were quite easy. The living room is reasonably spacious with a fireplace and large TV. There are 3 dining areas - the breakfast counters, a 6 seater dining table near the kitchen and a 5 seater next to the living area. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary utensils, cutlery and spice rack. There is ample parking space - we parked 2 large SUVs without any trouble. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hosts for making it happen...

Such a great place to stay if you thinking of going to snowbird for a snowboarding and skiing trip. Its so easy to drive around. The neighborhood is so peaceful. Its so spacious for us since there’s 8 of us staying in this place. The hot tub is a nice thing to do after a long day of snowboarding.
