It was an amazing place for me and my family to stay for a few days! It was really spacious and we were able to fit just fine and comfortable. We had some issues with accessing the place through the main door, but they were fast to help out on that issue! Loved it!

Words really can't express how much we loved our stay! There were WOW'S all-around from all members of our group! We felt like we were staying in a palace compared to some accommodations that other friends who came to town for our same reunion, were staying in. Everything was perfect! The beds were comfy, we were so grateful for the AC, and it was a super plus to have use of a washer and dryer! The location right off the park was beautiful, and it felt so private! We would definitely recommend to all looking, to stay here. Thanks so much!!!

Our group of 6 had a great stay here! We were in town to ski at Alta and Snowbird, and it was really easy to get to the Cottonwood Canyons from this location. The home was clean, the kitchen was super well stocked with cooking equipment and spices, and we had plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was a perfect meeting place for my adult children and myself to get together! It was spacious and comfortable for everyone to relax and had lots of sleeping options. Property management also were very helpful arranging for us to stay an additional day. Great place and I would definitely recommend.

We booked for an entire month and I was a little nervous about the length of commitment but that proved to be unnecessary. The house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of room for us and a rotating group of guests. The house is very clean and well stocked with linens, towels, appliances, utensils, etc. The location was honestly even better than I thought it would be. Midvale itself has plenty of restaurants and stores but if you want to go to SLC or Park City, they’re both easy drives to get to. We did all our skiing in Cottonwood Canyons and that’s another simple drive. Just an all-around great experience

Close to all the ski hills. House is used as just a rental and there is some wear, but it was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen and hot tub so I would recommend this rental especially for a larger group.

The house is exactly as described. Very clean and organized with plenty of room for our combined family of 9. It was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. We enjoyed skiing at multiple resorts in the area including Alta, Brighton, and Park City and made use of the hot tub each night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

If your looking for a huge space with a private hot tub than this is the place for you. However it didn't have a blue check in folder so make sure to call Utah's best or email them. Also if your looking to go early it is 25 dollars to check in early normal check in is 4pm which I think is too late. But loved the stay! Definitely worth your money

The booklet you refer to is now our mobile app which you download after receiving your confirmation email after booking, and in the app is where you find all the information about the home to be successful. Check-in may seem simple to just accept earlier, but there are schedules of many housekeepers and inspectors that need to be juggled and it isn't always possible with so many homes we have, sometimes all same-day turns. For this reason, we assess a fee, but it's based on availability. We really enjoyed our stay, the home was much bigger than expected and the layout was great. The home was very clean. The only concern was the water pressure would not allow 2 people to shower at the same time, which makes it hard for a large group trying to get out. Overall a great place. Hope to come back again.

The house is exactly as described. Very clean and organized with plenty of room for our combined family of 9. It was well stocked with everything we needed and in a great location. We enjoyed skiing at multiple resorts in the area including Alta, Brighton, and Park City and made use of the hot tub each night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

My husband and I got married 12 years ago in Lake Tahoe skiing with 36 friends. Every winter since we get together with a smaller group. This is our 5th year in Salt Lake. Usually we are a group of about 8. This home was by far the best we have rented. Great space for gatherings but also nice bedrooms with privacy (except loft- open to family space). We love to cook, didn't go out once. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked, large enough for multiple cooks at a time. Super convenient between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Great access to stores and groceries. Our only disappointment was the Hot Tub. It was hot but the jets were lacking, we still used it every nite after skiing hard!! Tons of snow this trip with many new memories. We would definitely rent it again. :)) Great home away from home!!

Our stay here was great. It was a nice central location, so it was easy to get up to the resorts, and there were also many services nearby (grocery stores, food, bus stop, liquor store). We never used the ski bus, but it was less than 1/4 mile walk away. The beds were all very comfortable, as was the couch. Our only real complaint was that they probably need to upgrade the TV. It is small for the size of the room, and the picture quality is also pretty poor. Overall the house was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

Utah's Best was great to work with. We had a crew of construction guys that needed a house at the last minute to do a job in Utah and Utah's best helped us accommodate the large group. they had several options where there were two properties next to each other, making it easy to expand the group when we needed to. We'll definitely work with them again.

We were very impressed with this home. It is so beautiful inside with a great kitchen and so much space to dine for a large group or family. The patio sunroom was a hit with the hot tub, the kids had a great time in the game room downstairs and we just had a great time. Wendy was so great to work with and let us in on fun things to do in the area and saved us money on the waterpark which is very worth checking out. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We rented your home for 2 families that came for LDS general conference. We stayed at Foothill Heights. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the living areas. The kitchen table was great for playing games and the children enjoyed the hot tub.

We loved this home. We came here for a funeral and although it was a very difficult time for all of us, the home enabled us all to be together and share some priceless time and memories together. It was very clean, the amenities worked well, the kitchen and dining table were fantastic and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. The house was perfect for us. I can't even imagine staying 5 days in a hotel with 5 kids, it's not far to them. The couch in the living room was a great choice. Lots of space, lots of snuggle time, lots of football games. We especially went for a house so we could cook meals. These kids don't get real home cooked dinners so this is a treat for them to sit around the table, eat and talk. And that little game table in the living room. Every house should have one. We sent the time, together, doing a puzzle. Thanks for everything.

Great house, loved the dining table and kitchen. Rooms were large and made it nice for everyone to be together. Blinds in front room fell down when we tried to close them at night. Thanks for working with us on that issue. TV programming went off the 2nd night. Thanks for getting that resolved by the next morning. Location was awesome. We went to the zoo down the street and the botanical garden concert our last night. We loved staying here. Thanks again.

This is a nice home. It's been remodeled, but it was a nice place to stay. The pitcures were accurate. THe cookware was a little skimpy. We needed more towels, but we called and the owner made them available to us in the closet downstairs. Beds were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub out back. It's in a private little courtyard. Its a bit far from the back door, but we used robes and it worked out. We all seemed to enjoy this type of lodging as it was our first time not staying in a hotel with so many people (12). We would do it again, so much more fun. Thanks Brad and your company, we had a good time.

The house was everything the website promised and we had everything we needed for a perfect snowy ski holiday in Snowbird/Alta. We actually had 3 foot of snow in one week and despite the snowy conditions the trip up the canyon road was only 15 mins each day. Kids enjoyed the games room and plasma TV and played pool every night .Hot tub was great and showers in the bathrooms were wonderful. We hope to be back to enjoy this house again for our annual ski vacation next year.

First time to Utah, won't be the last. This place was so much fun. Location was awesome! Owners were so kind and helpful. The house was so nice and unique. I loved the mountain right out back (views were incredible). Alta was only a few minutes away and made it convenient after a long day of skiing. We just had a blast. Thank Brad for all your help!

Boy did it snow while we were in town. We couldnt leave the house on one of the days which was frustrating, but the owner came right over (or his helper) and took care of all the ice and snow drift on the sloped driveway, it worked out. The house was beautiful. The deck off the master bedroom was so much fun to look out over the valley and relax with hot chocolate. We just loved all teh amenities and the kids loved the little room all by itself on the 3rd level. We just had a blast and we love to stay here again. Thanks for a great trip.

What a house, we could not get over it! We are still talking about it. The home is decked out with such nice furnishings, the setting on a river in a private gated "nook" was so private and beautiful. We even passed the entrance to the gated area twice when we arrived. Each room was its own master bedroom with king beds and the theater, well, we just have no words for that theater. My husband and boys never left. It really is quite the house and anyone lucky enough to stay here will experience Utah in style and luxury. WOW, thanks Brad and Utah's Best for everything! Skiing was amazing too.

We simply had a blast at this house. The only thing we dind't like was when we first arrived the air was off and it took a minute to cool down. Other than that, we hated the fact that we had to leave to go to our scheduled family reunion because the house itself was so fun. The theater was one of a kind as advertised and the kids seemed to NEVER come out, so keep that in mind if your bringing kids. Highly recommend and we will return. We will not be looking for another place next time we visit family in utah.

I had no idea this home was this nice when I rented it. It does not look as big from the front, for sure the back is the best. But, if you like movies in style, this is the home for you! The home theater is nothing like i have ever seen before in any home. This thing is a must see! We never left, and they even provided 50 DVDs to watch which saved some money on rentals. The full kitchen outside of the theater room was nice too because we made meals down there more than we did the upstairs kitchen. I worried about the river and the kids, but it was nice to sit in the hot tub on the river to the relaxing sounds of water flowing. If you are considering where to stay, you CANNOT pass up this house!

Just a quick note to tell you how much the BMW people enjoyed our visit to Salt Lake City. Of course, this was at least half due to the fabulous property on Evergreen we stayed in while there. Any issues we encountered were addressed by Steve Murdock and all was fine. When we arrived, we had no air circulation, so Steve had a repair man come to the house. Turns out after climbing into the attic he found out the blowers were turned off. He fixed it … and all was good! Again, thanks for all your efforts … hope we return in 2011 !

My daughter found this home on VRBO and rented it for her wedding. I have never had so much fun at a wedding. For her, it was truly a dream wedding. Parking was a bit tight, if we had to do it all over again, we would have shuttled guests, but the river and the backyard setting was simply unmatched and made for such a breathtaking, fun, evening. Guests that showed up to greet my daughter LOVED the setting and we had it all decorated to perfection. Brad, you really made it a special memory for my daughter and our whole family. Thank you so very much for everything!

Had a great stay at this house, loved the sauna, pool table, hot tub, theatre etc etc. was hard to leave to ski each day. Really was welcomed by the homeowner and taken care of. We have already booked twice for next year.
