My entire family gathered in this home for 4 nights from all around the country. No one could believe how big, functional and nice this home was. We played games, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed the incredible views and watched movie after movie in the custom home theater. We will be coming back year after year and cannot tell you how impressed we were with this house.

I have stayed at this property two other times. I was disappointed this time. There were hairs all over the comforters. The hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Many of the chairs were broken. I did call as soon as we arrived about the hot tub and the repairman didn’t come for two days, so we lost half of our stay without a hot tub. I’m also disappointed in the how the property management dealt with the issues. We had two guests leave things in drawers accidentally. They claimed they scoured the property and it wasn’t found. Yet the next guest found it and luckily reached out on Facebook. I will never rent anything that is managed by the property management company again.

We injoyed our time at this property, it was large enough for all. We injoyed the large theater room. And all the space for my grandkids to play in. Was very disappointed about the hot tub not working at all. It seems like it had been out of commission for some time. Some of the chairs in the dinning and living space were broken, or ready to brake. This main area of the home needs to be updated, including the carpets. Area rug in living space is a danger for the elderly and clumsy ones. Only one washer was working properly. Over all if these things were corrected I would definitely return for another visit.

The entire neighborhood is great and this home was pristine and roomy enough for our group of 19 adults and a bunch of kids to spread out and have a super fun weekend. Love the pools, too.

We really enjoyed it here and felt like we were taken care of. The game room upstairs was a big hit for the kids. The backyard pool was perfect for a little dip; with the neighborhood pools a short walk away. The movie room was a big hit. And so many king sized beds, bathrooms in every room, and a ton of places to sit in the common areas, both to eat snd to chill.

We stayed here for a family reunion and it was wonderful! Everyone had enough room to spread out while being together. The house was loud with all of us talking together and the kids running around! But, we could always escape to our rooms. The AC in the media room wasn't working because there was the wrong remote for the unit. We let the property company know this right away but never had anyone come out to resolve the issue. Someone did come to fix a dishwasher that a previous guest said was leaking, it seems like service requests are a little slow in being handled. But we found fans and pushed as much cool air into the room as possible, which worked fine. We're planning to be back next year, it was so good to be in a big enough space for our whole family. And, the pools were also super fun for the kids.

We enjoyed an awesome family reunion at unit number 89 in Paradise Village. Everything was wonderful except for the kitchen equipment. It was not equipped to serve 30 people. There were not adequate pots, pans, lids, knives etc. I would suggest that the owner do an inventory of that kitchen and make it so it’s more usable for large groups. The only other complaint we have is there were not enough towels in the bedrooms. One suite only had one washcloth... Another one only had two, stuff like that. It may have just been an oversight, but it really should be fully stocked. That said, we had a wonderful time. The facility was great all the amenities close and available. My family enjoyed it tremendously. We have already booked again for next year.

Our family has traveled for the last 15 years for a family vacation together. We live all across the United States, so getting together is a real thrill for all of us. Out of all the places we have gone and all the houses we have stayed at this one was by far the BEST!!!! Great rooms with bathrooms for all. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to hang out in. Havong the huge kitchen table gave us space to place two games at one time and still be together. Having the family room open to the kitchen was perfect also and loved loved loved the outdoor space. Had coffee on the patio every morning. The hot tub was the perfect escape for some of our party, we did not even know where they had went, until we saw them out there soaking up the warm water and the beautiful views. Truly amazing house to build wonderful memories. We will be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this amazing home in Santa Clara. The house was immaculate and beautiful. Everything was in order and working perfectly. With only 16 of us, we were able to spread out nicely and not be on top of each other. The neighborhood is great and the pools areas we loads of fun. This house was great for our big family. We had 7 married couples and 15 kids and it was the perfect size for us. The main thing i love is having individual rooms for couples and individual bathrooms. Makes our stay so much nicer. I really wish this house had a tv in the main living space downstairs like others did that i have stayed in in paradise village but it's not a deal breaker. The kids loved the theater room. It was a great vacation with amazing memories that will last a lifetime.

There were lots of places to eat out and lots of locations to explore. We really felt comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the theatre room for movies but also for a meeting space where we viewed old family slides that were digitized. We plan to return to the same place for our next reunion.

We loved that there were enough bathrooms and bedrooms for our whole family. The home was lovely, but the carpets and floors could use some deep cleaning. We did have some issues with the hot tub and projections system. I would suggest that those be checked out before people check in. The remote for the projections system was broken and the hot tub was not chemically balanced. Also, the mattress in the downstairs master needs to be replaced. My daughter and her husband were very uncomfortable. They kept sinking into the middle. The glass table top is a danger and needs to be replaced. There are sharp edges because pieces are missing. We loved the location and the amenities. We will probably stay here again!

This is an amazing property! We had a group of 26 with our kids and grandkids who were able to come. We loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom so everyone was thrilled with their own space... let alone the massive and beautiful great room! It was perfect for our family. We also loved the pools. During the day we went to the slide/lazy river pool. Then our last evening we discovered the lava pool and hot tub. The only, minor down side was that we couldn't use the theater room as one of the remotes was missing and the tech guy who came to look at it was trying to locate a replacement remote, but we didn't hear back from him... We enjoyed ourselves anyway. Also, Snow canyon is less than 10 minutes away. Beautiful! We will be back again next year!!

great unit for a large family. Carpets were very dirty and the unit could have been cleaner, our feet were black after walking around the unit. They should supply you with more dish soap and dishwasher soap so to quarantee your dishes are clean. definitely not up to covid clean. very uncomfortable master bedroom mattress. No ice maker in second refridge. Great to have 2 washers and dryers. It was hard to find chairs at the pools, many left towels on them and never sat in them.

We were SO impressed with this unit! Everything was totally gorgeous, there was more than enough space for everyone, and it had amazing amenities. We especially loved the hot tub deck with the fire pit and got a TON of use out of it -- definitely worth paying for. The kitchen was amazingly well-stocked with every tool we needed, and the two fridges and two dishwashers really came in handy. Loved it!

We love this home and have stayed here twice now. Everyone has their own bedroom and privacy with their own bathrooms as well. Tons of games, huge kitchen, great theater and of course the hot tub is perfect too. We had a large group of 30 people but we didnt feel on top of each other. Paradise Village is also amazing. This was perfect for our first annual Japanese family/friends get together. We stayed in 87 & 89 with our large party. There was so much to do, that we barely left to go visit Zion, Tuachan, and, all the other off site places we planned on visiting. It was so hard to even get our kids out of the pool and entertainment rooms. There is just too much to talk about. All I can say is that this was such an inexpensive way to make awesome family and friend memories. LOVED IT!!

We completely enjoyed this property. Even with 18 adults in the house it never seemed crowded. The theater room was used a lot and plenty of room. Hot tub got good use as well. The Kitchen Island became a focal point during our stay for both meals & Beverages!! The Maintenance staff was superb any issues were resolved immediately. Great place for 19 cousins to get together. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. That was a real plus. Plenty of space for preparing meals and for eating together. We had a lot of game players and there was never a problem finding space for that. The tv room was used by several for football games. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working. The location was close to all the sites we wanted to see. Overall it was the great place for us.

The mixing bowls needed to be a lot bigger for how many poeple the house can accommodate so bring bigger bowls, but the house was beautiful and the customer service was amazing.

We had an amazing experience at this beautiful home! There were large gathering areas for the whole group as well as plenty of areas to have smaller conversations. The only thing in the whole home that was a concern was the location of the ping pong table. It was in the line of traffic so we had a few children hit with paddles as they walked by. It was also located at the top of the staircase so people got their exercise getting the ping pong balls as they rolled downstairs.

We couldn't believe how big the house was when we got there. Every couple got a bedroom with their own bath and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The guys especially liked watching TV in the theater room. My 83 year old mother could not climb the stairs regularly so we would have liked a TV down stairs in the main room, rather than just in bedrooms. The kitchen was big enough to fix large meals and everyone could eat together. The kids loved going to the pool. It was a great place to have an extended family Thanksgiving.
