89| Grand Legacy Retreat in St George for Gatherings

Seven master bedrooms with king size beds and bathrooms were incredible for our couple's golf retreat. Close to many great courses. The kitchen had everything you could ever need or want. The house was very spacious and well designed for gatherings. This is a truly remarkable property.

This property was perfect for our extended family celebration. Having a suite for each family was ideal. The open concept kitchen, dining, living room, and outdoor space was perfect for our large group. The theatre room was a hit and the kids and adults alike couldn’t get enough of the pool areas. It was also so nice to have Harmons nearby for our last minute items.

My husband and I, our married children and 18 grandchildren gathered from California, Arizona and Idaho for a wonderful weekend together. Although July is extremely hot, the house was always a comfortable temperature, never hot. Having a connecting bathroom with every bedroom was so appreciated. This home was perfect for our needs. Wonderful open floor plan for us to be together. Outstanding kitchen with two refrigerators, two ovens and two sets of washers and dryers.

We celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary, and it was so nice to have a place for all of us to be together under the same roof! Each family had their own bedroom for their “own space” and yet we could all be together in the kitchen/dining area or in the theater watching old family videos! The house was loud with all of us talking together and the kids running around! But, we could always escape to our rooms. The AC in the media room wasn't working because there was the wrong remote for the unit. We let the property company know this right away but never had anyone come out to resolve the issue. Someone did come to fix a dishwasher that a previous guest said was leaking, it seems like service requests are a little slow in being handled. But we found fans and pushed as much cool air into the room as possible, which worked fine. We're planning to be back next year, it was so good to be in a big enough space for our whole family. And, the pools were also super fun for the kids.

It was not equipped to serve 30 people. There were not adequate pots, pans, lids, knives etc. I would suggest that the owner do an inventory of that kitchen and make it so it’s more usable for large groups. The only other complaint we have is there were not enough towels in the bedrooms. One suite only had one washcloth... Another one only had two, stuff like that. It may have just been an oversight, but it really should be fully stocked. That said, we had a wonderful time. The facility was great all the amenities close and available. My family enjoyed it tremendously. We have already booked again for next year.

We live all across the United States, so getting together is a real thrill for all of us. Out of all the places we have gone and all the houses we have stayed at this one was by far the BEST!!!! Great rooms with bathrooms for all. The kitchen was big enough for all of us to hang out in. Havong the huge kitchen table gave us space to place two games at one time and still be together. Having the family room open to the kitchen was perfect also and loved loved loved the outdoor space. Had coffee on the patio every morning. The hot tub was the perfect escape for some of our party, we did not even know where they had went, until we saw them out there soaking up the warm water and the beautiful views. Truly amazing house to build wonderful memories. We will be back.

The location was really wonderful. We found lots to do, great places to go out to eat, a store very close by. We enjoyed early morning walks through the park. We loved having a room and bath for every one who needed one. The big spacious kitchen and living room made for really good gathering/meeting space. There were lots of chairs available. I was amazed to find that there were two seperate garage spaces. We do wish there was an adult designated pool for those who don't want splashing. Also, the lid to the hot tub was in bad shape so it left floating bits of styrofoam in the tub. I hope that will be fixed by the time we come back. The air conditioning was wonderful and the theatre room was really amazing.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The house was fabulous with so much sleeping space. the mattresses and pillows were some of the best I have used. We loved the pools! The hot tub was not working properly during our stay so we didn't get to us. I called 2 times but no one came to fix it. We were disappointed at that. Overall, the house was very clean. Our entire family always takes our shoes off in homes, so we noticed the carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, one more suggestion. This is a big home with big families coming in. An electric griddle would be great to use for cooking. WE had a great time and would rent it again!

This house so much space and was perfect for our large family weekend. Having 7 King suits saved us from people fighting over the rooms and then having the 2 bunk rooms was a perfect set-up for the kids. The shared spaces, especially the theatre room, were perfect for hanging out, playing games and spending time together. We loved it here! It was a beautiful house and much bigger than we expected! Was the perfect house! Loved spending time in the hot tub and theatre room.
Loved how the kitchen had labels for where everything went. They had every kitchen gadget available and even kids cups, sippys, plates etc.
The hot tub didn’t work for two days so that was kind of a bummer but they worked on fixing it those two days.

We loved that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom so everyone was thrilled with their own space... let alone the massive and beautiful great room! It was perfect for our family. We also loved the pools. During the day we went to the slide/lazy river pool. Then our last evening we discovered the lava pool and hot tub. The only, minor down side was that we couldn't use the theater room as one of the remotes was missing and the tech guy who came to look at it was trying to locate a replacement remote, but we didn't hear back from him... We enjoyed ourselves anyway. Also, Snow canyon is less than 10 minutes away. Beautiful! We will be back again next year!!

We stayed here with my sister and her family and it was perfect! The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, comfortable and kitchen was amazing. We came here for a sibling reunion. There were six couples and two individuals. We loved how everyone had a nice room and their own bathroom so no one had to argue over who got what. It is a very nice home that was very clean and very well kept. We also loved how everything in the cupboards and stuff were labeled. It made putting stuff away so much easier. The hot tub did break the day before we arrived, which was very disappointing. We were really looking forward to using it. And we couldn't get the fireplace on the deck to work. Also, it would have been nice if there were a few things in the kitchen like spices (at least salt and pepper). But overall it was great! We would totally recommend this home. Very nice and clean. Had plenty of towels. Could maybe splurge a little more on the quality of toilet paper and paper towels, but those are little things. It really is an amazing house. And the pool was fun and not too far also. We enjoyed the theatre with plenty of seating. Would love to go back again someday. Do yourselves a favor, stop searching for a place to stay and book this one. You won't regret it!

We had a large group here - 8 kids and 9 adults. We were thrilled to find a property that truly accommodated us and more. The kitchen was huge, well stocked and a good place to gather. We had plenty of dishes, and the two dishwashers and two fridges really came in handy. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed. The kids alternated between the two awesome pool areas and the amazing theater room. We adults really appreciated comfortable private bedrooms and baths. Everything is well decorated, thoughtful, and homey. We had no regrets and would definitely stay here again. Things to note: -You don't really need to travel much, with the pools in the community, a great park right next door, and Snow Canyon State Park a few minutes away. -There are only a few larger closets if you need pack'n'plays set up. Probably wouldn't work for more than 3 babies.

We couldn't believe how big the house was when we got there. Every couple got a bedroom with their own bath and the kids loved the bunk rooms. The guys especially liked watching TV in the theater room. My 93 year old mother could not climb the stairs regularly so we would have liked a TV down stairs in the main room, rather than just in bedrooms. The kitchen was big enough to fix large meals and everyone could eat together. The kids loved going to the pool. It was a great place to have an extended family Thanksgiving.

Beautifully decorated rental. Extremely luxurious property. Everything was very clean and well set up. Everything is labeled, which makes it so easy to find and put away things. The bunk bed rooms are amazing. I wish I were six again, because they look like a blast to play in, your kids will love them. They are brightly colored with stairs and ladders and windows and cubbyholes, very cool! Lots and lots to do on the property, with a pool, pickle ball courts, a bike trail, nearby hiking, etc. All that plus a movie theater, ping-pong and a hot tub in the house - a very fun place to stay! Every bedroom (including the bunk rooms) has an attached bathroom, which is really nice, no sharing required. The view of the red rocks from the house is fantastic. I highly recommend this beautiful property!

St George/Santa Clara is a fantastic place to have a get-together. The accommodations at this location made our get together a comfortable experience. The bedroom suites, places for gathering, and the indoor theater made it a refuge from the late afternoon heat. The location and proximity to a number of recreation activities makes it easy to choose activities that appeal to a wide clientele. Two, garages, two sinks in the kitchen, two large refrigerators, and two sets of washer/driver's makes it efficient for grocery shopping, meal preparation, and cleaning uo.

I enjoyed our stay. The theater room was excellent, my kids loved the front row seats where they could all pile on together. I appreciated that there was a giant parking lot right there because we came with a large group - even though there are two garages we had too many vehicles for all of us to fit. I liked the private backyard. What I enjoyed the most though was hot tubbing on the balcony at night - we saw fireworks from the Tuacahn and stars. That was amazing.

This condo has a ton of space- 9 bedrooms. My kids LOVE the bunk beds. We loved the decor and that all the rooms were different. There was a theater and a ping pong table, a nearby pool, and it's close to Snow Canyon where we love to hike. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, two dishwashers and two fridges- great for extended family get togethers. We also liked the porches and the BBQ grill. We HIGHLY recommend this condo, we will definitely be staying again.

I love how well thought out this rental is. My family has stayed in several vacation rental houses and this is the best planned out one that we've stayed in. I loved all the space and different living areas to hang out in. Having all those bathrooms is so nice and made it easy to maintain privacy. We have young kids and they loved the bunk rooms. They are so cool! They also loved the pool, which is just a short walk away. There is plenty of space for a large group, but even with a lot of people there it never seemed loud. Parking is easy to find right next to the rental, and there were great views of the red rocks. Plus, the kitchen is gorgeous! It is well stocked and well organized and having two dishwashers comes in handy for a large crowd. There is a grocery store right down the block, which is so convenient. Everything in Saint George is just a short drive away. In all, it was a great rental and we will definitely stay there again.
