Nice property quite area. If you have a full size pickup truck parking is a little tough. The driveway is short and a pickup won't fit in the garage. Other than that we had a nice relaxing stay.

Would recommend this location for families and will absolutely use this company for future Utah travels.

We came to SLC for a ski weekend and could not be happier with our choice. The house is spacious and comfortable (3 large beds and a large couch). The kitchen is well stocked and there’s even a ping pong and football table in the basement! The host was very communicative too. Even though the wifi was slow and difficult to connect to, the host was quick to respond and provide us with an alternate network. The biggest perk was the hot tub though - it was perfect after a long day of skiing and set this house apart from the others we considered. We would definitely come back again!

The house is about 25-30 minutes to ski areas (depending on traffic of course). The beds were all very comfortable. Living room is comfy. Lots of space. We did not really use the kitchen as we only had breakfast there. The house was very clean upon arrival. The hot tub was hot but didn't seem like the jets worked too well. Our main complaint was the programmable thermostat. The house was too hot for us as it was always at 70 degrees. We'd adjust the temperature to 65 and it would go back to 70.
The agent from UtahsBestVacations was always very helpful when we were booking, and we received plenty of (advance) information in preparation for arrival and departure.
We would rent again if/when we return to SLC.

Very nice place except for it is misleading about the "9th" sleeping space . The futon was not safe for sleeping. It was downstairs in a dark, dank basement with a broken leg on it with stains. We were going to have my daughter sleep there but had her sleep on the floor upstairs instead.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was an clean, cozy, an amazing value and had absolutely everything we needed. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and my toddler made good use of the awesome park that is just a short stroll away. The beds were all comfortable and had lots of pillows and extra blankets. It was nice to relax in front of the gas fireplace in the evenings. We visit Utah several times a year and will absolutely stay with Utah’s Best Vacation Rentals again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this location, there was plenty of room. The couch in the living room is a pullout but it was not very comfortable, the floor was a better option. Other then that the rooms slept 2 people each there was enough bathrooms for everyone. It was extremely clean and cozy. A/C had stopped working and the host was so easy to reach and they sent someone over to fix it right away. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe. We all took a dip in the jacuzzi and were able to do laundry and have clean clothes. It was a great experience and look forward to coming back and booking again.

The family and I had a great time and really enjoyed this condo. We had some early issues with the WiFi but were able to get it rectified by working with the management office. The condo was clean and modern and we had everything we needed The beds were great and everything was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub after some long days on the slopes! The location was very convenient to shopping and to the interstate. We skied both Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon resorts as well as the Deer Valley/Park City resorts and the longest trip was about 35-40 mins. We had a great time and will look to stay here again in the future!

Overall great stay at this townhome. Utah's Best was great from booking all the way through the stay, and was very accommodating to all our requests. Hot tub was a great touch after skiing each day, and open living room and kitchen was perfect spot to gather with friends. Short drive to bus stops for Snowbird/Alta. Quiet neighborhood. The property was very close to a number of restaurants and fast food which was very convenient, walking distance to Chick-fila! It was a little far from the mountains, but we knew that when we booked (took us ~25 mins to get to the Brighton/Solitude.

We had a great stay here. The layout with loft area was super cool for our young kids. There was plenty of space for people to spread out. Three good size bedrooms. Big master bath and master closet. Garage is great to have in winter. The design is really nice and it feels very inviting and peaceful. The only drawback was the tv didn’t have simple channels like ESPN so we were somewhat limited.
