We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The heated pool and spa were not heated when we arrived but within the hour they had a technician ( Mitch who was awesome ) come and set them up. The unit was awesome clean and huge Comfortable beds topped off the experience. Would definitely be a return customer. We had a very nice time. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and overall clean. The outside was quite dusty. The heated pool and hot tub were well used. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be I don’t know if we would have used it as much in the summer. We did not use the community pool it was too cold and the one time we tried to use the pickle ball courts they were all in use. Check in was a little difficult as NONE of the codes emailed to me were correct so I had to call to get the correct code for the front door and the pool cover, but it didn’t take too long. Overall i would recommend this vacation home. It was roomy and comfortable.

Great set up to keep everyone busy and happy. Great room set up for different situations, and enough to do at the home without going anywhere. If you like to golf or ride bikes it’s location is ideal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Conveniently located near golf, state and national parks, dining, easy access to the interstate, and the nearby grocery store was amazing. The upstairs living room was a great location to watch NFL football. The pool and hot tub were a dream to unwind in after a day of golfing and hiking. My only complaint would be the lack of documentation on how to turn on the heat for the pool and hot tub as well as the lights and waterfall for the pool. I had to call the rental company for instructions. The listing stated there was a grill outside, but I did not see one.

This was our second time at this property and it was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping and places to eat. The pool and hot tub were just the right temp. (the code given for the pool cover was not correct, but I lucked out on guessing the correct one.) We will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Ocotilla Resort in #31. This place is beautiful, with lots of extras and we loved the private pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It was located close to a grocery store, eating places and fun activities close by. There are enough activities at the resort, that you don't need to leave. However, we were able to go to the Anasazi Petroglyphs, which made for a fun activity. We will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

We loved our stay at this property. Usually when a listing says heated pool it still is very cold. Not here. The pool was warm and my kids and grandson spent lots of hours there. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We stayed up playing games on the large kitchen table! My only complaint was that the area around the pool and in the front yard had trash around it. I know it had been windy so maybe that was the problem. It was bothering me so I cleaned it up. Other then that we would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed 2 nights and waited til sat morning to be able to use the hot tub. The pool wasn't heated, but the hot tub was after a 20 minute fix and 20 minute heat. Beautiful area and friendly neighborhood. We did lots of hiking in snow canyon and had a nice BBQ. Plenty of seating and sleeping. Our questions and requests were all answered and acted on. Will stay again!

We had a great time on our girls trip with 20 of us! Pooled turned into big hot tub by turning up the heat and it was great! We loved the space we had and amount of bathrooms. I wouldn’t sleep 24 at the house - 18 would be a more comfortable able number I think. Loved the big table and outdoor patios to hang out! Thanks!

The home is setup to sleep 24 total with 2 to a full bed (mainly meant for kids). 18 is a great size group for this home if all are adults. It's a fabulous place and we are glad you loved it so much. The views were beautiful, and the house was spacious. This property has so many amenities for all ages from swimming whether in the complex with a community pool or the one on location at the home, or having a karaoke night, with plenty of seating throughout the house. Any questions or concerns are quickly addressed and fixed. It is located in close proximity to Snow Canyon which we visited several times. A grocery store is 3 minutes away.

This property was amazing in every way. Plenty of space for our large party. Great location for activities though the younger crowd barely wanted to leave the place thanks to the several pool options. The resort amenities were appreciated by the teens in our group, they liked being able to go play pool and visit in the clubhouse. We had a large extended family group staying at the house, including several kids 2 under the age of 6. The house was GREAT, had plenty of space for sleeping, lounging and for the kids to play. We really enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong table, those were used repeatedly. Also, more than enough towels, blankets, linens & just about every other amenity we could have needed. All in all it was a PERFECT place to stay & was so homey and comfortable vs a hotel. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay, other than it was too short! This home was perfect for us. We had 16 people in total stay and we never once felt on top of each other. The kids LOVED the pool. The pool on the property as well as the community pool. They had fun playing pickle ball and riding their long boards around the community. It was a great time and we're happy to have found this place! We'll for sure stay again because there's always a lot of us wherever we go! This was the perfect choice! Thanks for a fab time! We stayed here with friends and it was perfect for us. The view was amazing and the extra living room upstairs gave the kids their own space. We were a bit far from the freeway so our drive time to places was a bit longer but it was also fun to see different neighborhoods. Management was great and helpful. Would definitely return!

Thanks Alexa we loved having you stay with us here. A quick short cut is to take the highway along the the ridge of the mountain and it cuts through all the city traffic of St. George. Quick and easy 10 minute drive to I-15. Glad you enjoyed having that large family room upstairs. Makes it so nice for everyone to spread out. We agree 100% about the views. The AC wasn’t cooling properly but they came out to look at it and it did better after that. There were also a lot of bugs at night around the pool but overall it was amazing and I’d recommend it for sure! We loved it! The view is amazing too!

The property was clean and well maintained. The views were beautiful. The pool on the deck was clean, and very fun, but the water temperature was too hot to stay in for very long. Dimension of pool was approximately 6 ft by 12 ft. Just right for 5 small children and 2 adults. We were supposed to fill out a damage report upon arriving, however no form was available. Community pool was right across the street, well maintained and very fun. It was a perfect weekend getaway. I would recommend to my friends.

The house was great. 3 king bedrooms, 2 bunk bedrooms. A full bathroom for each plus a half bath on the main floor. The two living rooms are a great size and the dining room is bigger than expected. The kitchen is very nice and was well stocked. The pool is small but was great for hanging out in and a good size for our 6 year old. The pool has a basketball hoop that was a lot of fun. Spa was nice. Didn’t try the fire pit but it looked like it would have been fun to hang out there after dark. The location is great. On the south side of the Entrada lava fields. Just a few minutes from Tuachan and Snow Canyon. Harmons and Cafe Rio are minutes away and not too far from our favorite pizza place, 700 Degree. Our only issue with the house was the silverware and kitchen utensils were dirty in the drawer with dried on food stuff on them. I went to Harmons and bought plasticware and a plastic serving set. We didn’t cook anyways so not a deal breaker. Would definitely book here again.

We love this home, The owner painstakingly planned out every detail and you live like a king when staying here. He made sure of that. The views are spectacular, but the pol (albeit small) is perfect for kids. We are so glad you enjoyed it. We added the basketball hoop after some feedback from guests. Makes this more fun. With the Harmon's Grocery Store (best one in Utah) and the infamous Cafe Rio just a quick scooter ride away, it makes for such a wonderful getaway experience without having to drive all the way to St. George to get the basics or a quick bite. There is no other word to describe it! Honestly, the pictures just don't do it justice. Everything was so new and clean! It completely exceeded all of our expectations. The backyard pool and hot tub were really nice to have when the big pool got too crowded. Everything was easy to find and operate. The TVs were HUGE and Utah's Best was extremely easy to work with. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Would definitely recommend this air bnb. It’s great for families with or without kids. The space was huge and very clean. The outdoor space was also amazing with the pool and hot tub and views! It is also a very quiet location which made it easy to relax and rest!

We brought our 6 adult children and 3 of their spouses with our infant grandsons for a quick family get away. We absolutely LOVED the property and couldn't have been happier with the space, layout, and proximity to activities. The heated pool was great for the babies since they are too little for a hot tub and couldn't be in cold water. We were able to spend time bonding together as a family and will definitely be back again soon! The management team was so responsive and helpful that I felt like we were in great hands!
