Great location right by the community pool. The home was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. We loved the upper deck! Great hang out for our teenage kids in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the pool towels that were available. Highly recommend. Thank you for letting us stay at your home! It was the perfect location and fit for our family. We all needed a getaway after a crazy year and this was just what we needed!

Location couldn’t be better for access to the kids water park and lazy river. There’s a gate to enter right outside the back door. Very disappointed in the upstairs deck though. The furniture was super dirty, parts missing, and many cushions had holes and slashes with stuffing coming out. A few other things were off as well throughout the home. For instance the light in one of the kids room was broken, the bunk bed handle frame was broken on one side and very squeaky loose. A few other minor things as well that just seem to have been ignored. I emailed them about the furniture right when we arrived but never got a response. I also took detailed pictures of all damages and emailed them as well but never heard back. Overall we would stay here again but I would ensure before we booked the outdoor furniture had been repaired. We were sad we couldn’t use it.

Thanks so much for staying with us Kelsey. We also very much appreciated your insightful feedback on the roof deck furniture. It takes a beating with groups and the wind we have here. We are working with the owner to get some new cushions and spiff it up a bit. We are also addressing the other things you mention so we can keep this home in pristine condition. It is the best located poolside home right off the lazy river, so it is beloved and very popular. It can be hard sometimes to find a 3-4 day gap to get inside to make all the updates and repairs needed that are on our maintenance list. But rest assured, it's handled. The location for this home is perfect for the pool loving family! I was concerned you would hear lots of pool noise because it is so close to the pool but you didn't hear a thing! The house is very heavily insulated and kept 100% of the outside noise out. <br/>The house was clean and the layout was perfect! The living room was huge and inviting and the kitchen was great for prepping and serving lots of food. The beds were comfortable and the showers were huge. Lots of games and fun things for the kids to play, too! We will definitely be booking this home again!

Such fantastic input, thanks so much! We often hear guests say they were reluctant to rent this home due to perceived noise, but you're right, we planned for that. The home is poolside next to the lazy river and water slides. So fun. Water all day and night for kids and adults. And when you get tired, just hang out on the back patio. Glad you felt the home was clean and layout perfect. The living room is surprisingly more spacious than people think. Great input about the bed comfort (so helpful!). We absolutely loved this property and amenities to get away for a long weekend! The kids water park was a HIT and I loved it was literally a step out the back door. Property had everything we needed and more! It wasn’t too noisy at all even being so close to the pool. My only complaint was the carpets were pretty dirty. I understand it’s impossible to shampoo carpets between every visitor but maybe once a month? My eight month old had black knees and feet after crawling around within one hour of being there. Still- we’ll be back!

Carpets are cleaned regularly every quarter so we are looking into upping that a bit more regular, but not always easy with the amount of stays we get in summer. But, much appreciated feedback. This was a short overdue but marvelously restful, fun vacation. The house was spaciously and nicely decorated. We loved the ping pong table and having the pool/splash pad right behind us. Would recommend this place to all our friends.

Me and my girlfriends planned a last minute getaway this summer and we had a blast! The home is so cute and homey, so clean and we love that all the master bedrooms also have a private full bathroom! How nice is that when you have 8 women staying all together?! We would highly recommend UBVRs and they have many awesome other homes I have stayed in over the years as well!

Beautiful home and amazingly fit all of us perfectly. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We want to come back after the Lazy River is finished...that was disappointing. Also, this unit did not have a private spa like it said in the ad. However, we came to go to the Tuacahn and have a family reunion. The kids had fun on the bikes, even in the rain. Beautiful area!

We had a family get-together which involved several young children and it worked out great! There were plenty of activities supplied at the property (but the pool play area and lazy river were about all that were needed.)The home was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. Check-in, check-out, and communication, occurred without a hitch. We would return in a second and would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at this property. We have always had fantastic experiences with VRBO. Huge, clean, well stocked home. Right by the pool for the grandkids. All on one level, no stairs to worry about kids (or old folks) falling down. Close to grocery store and dining. Definitely recommend this one! Well worth the money, we will be back!

Super nice place, there were beds and bathrooms for everyone in our group and this place swallows a lot of people. We were disappointed the bikes weren't in working order but the maintenance guy came and fixed the ping pong table right away. Very, very close to the pool, like right outside of the windows of the master so the noise is major. But the kitchen and TV's etc.. are awesome!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bikes, toys, fire pit, pickle ball paddles and courts, the great pool. We were never bored. Then we went back to a nice comfy room to watch the baseball play-offs. We slept well. Overall a great time!
