We enjoyed delightful and perfect stay over spring break in wonderful resort community. Steps from lazy river / kid pool, super close to pickleball and Gubler park. We enjoyed every meal on shaded patio. Multi-generational family gathering from ages 54 to 1. Highly recommend. Property management communicates extremely well. We will be back!

we had 8 kids under 10 and 4 adults. it fit us perfectly with space to spare if we had more people with us. the access to the pool is right out the back door. food options are less than 5 minutes away and the pool areas kept the kids entertained for 2 days. would love to return.

Everything else was great and we had the best time! We loved being right next to the water slides and lazy river. Being able to pop back and forth to the house for kids needs was awesome.
We didn’t know until we were leaving that there are two separate thermostats for the house. Would’ve been good to control settings better.
Overall minor inconvenience and a fabulous trip! We will definitely be back!
Be careful on the spiral stairs. It’s not anyone’s fault but one person has a broken rib from falling on the stairs.

Loved our stay here! Will definitely be back! Right next to the pool. Spacious, clean all the mod cons! Great communication! We noticed the blender wasn’t working on our first morning, messaged the host from the grocery store and there was a reply AND a replacement at the front door before I got home from the store!! Everything was fully stocked when we arrived, even little details like having the water softener freshly filled. Lots of towels and linens for our big group and every bathroom stocked with individual toiletries. This was a resort quality stay from an AirBnB! Very impressed! 5??s no doubt!

Home is GORGEOUS! Very spacious, plenty of seating for large family group visits in living room. Every room having its own bathroom was an extremely nice amenity for our group to get ready at the same time. The bunk room for the kids was great, the cousins enjoyed their sleepover. The home was nicely decorated, no worries of my children breaking any decor items. The pool and hot tub were nice, adults and kids loved floating on the lazy river in the tubes provided. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. My only complaint was a tripping hazard on a rolled rug in a bedroom sticking out from under a bed. The home is exactly as described.

The proximity to the pool was awesome. Out the back door across 10 little steps and we were at the gate.
Since we were so close around 11 o’clock, we would hear a buzzer go off with a PA system telling us that the pool is closing. If you’re a light sleeper that might cause you some challenge.

The layout is perfect, as was the location.
Everything about our stay was great, with the exception of the beds in the King rooms. Our bed was very uncomfortable, and so was the king bed that our son & daughter-in-law stayed in. The queen, according to our adult daughter, was great.
The living room furniture was very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 babies. We could have easily accommodated a few more people. The kitchen was well stocked. A Keurig, or single serve coffee maker would have been great, but there was a small coffee pot. I ended up going to a coffee shop right down the street every morning, which was not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay.

This was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with family. Each room has its own bathroom and there is plenty of space for all! It can get loud as the pool is right in the back of the house, but we saw this as a plus as we were so close to go swimming.

We improvised so we were okay.
There was one other thing that bugged me and that was the description of the bunk rooms were not accurate. If they had been we might have done something different, as is we were able to manage.
One bunk room has a full over full just like the picture. (NOT the written description). I knew there was a discrepency between picture and written, so I emailed the question to find out their answer was that the written description was correct, but it is NOT correct. The other bunk room has a triple single and a triple full.
Even with those little bumps we were able to adapt and we had a great time. Absolutley loved the location. Grandchildren loved the pool and we loved being so close.

The property appears great and we stayed in another property nearby recently so we got to know the area. The amenities of the community are great for all ages and I assume this would have been a great stay BUT we had a death in the family making us unable to stay for the dates we had originally booked. Rather than cancel (as we were outside the cancellation period), we tried to push our stay out a few months and visit later but the property managers would not let us. We had to keep and pay for the rental, unable to use it. I think if a person gets travel insurance to prevent this, the property is a good bet.

The location was perfect being right by the kids pool area. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would recommend a larger trash can in the kitchen especially if you had full house. Also there were quite a few very rowdy and rude teenagers at the kids pool area who I didn't see any parent reprimend for their bad behavior. I feel if the HOA had a person monitoring this area and giving these kids warnings there would be less events.

Thanks for keeping it so clean, and so well stocked. It is perfect for a large family, with easy access to the pool. Even the folks not swimming could watch the family in the pool while sitting on the patio. Very clean, and lots of kitchen utensils available. The temps were over 100 degrees most days, but the unit still stayed cool. Beds are comfortable, plenty of privacy with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. It was a very enjoyable vacation. Thanks to Utah's Best Vacation Vacation Rentals for making this such a success for our family reunion! Our Family from the Midwest was right next door, so we could visit easily! We did have to call the company once, as the trash was overflowing when we arrived. We think that a lot of folks who were using the pool were also using those trash cans, as lots of garbage was deposited in them throughout the week that did not get generated by our group. Maybe a fence/gate that hides the trash cans would be helpful in mitigating this problem. That will not stop us from coming back, we love this place! Thanks Again!

The property was the perfect location for the water park and lazy river which made it so easy with our kids. The place was plenty spacious for our family and extended family and has everything you could ask for to make travel easy. The upstairs balcony was a nice place to spend time in the evening as the sun went down. Only concern was the balcony was trashed when we got there. Garbage everywhere and melted chocolate all over the place. Other then that we would definitely stay there again.

It's s special place for sure. Nothing like it anywhere in St. George. Water's edge is so amazing. The winds kicked up quite a bit and blew things in, we do a full clean and inspection prior to arrival and had no record of issues with the balcony, but its great feedback for our team so thanks. This house was amazing! Large kitchen and living room space for gatherings and extremely close to the pool outside! I would definitely advise bringing some extra air mattresses if you have parties bigger than 16, but all in all, this was a great experience and we will definitely be back

I was concerned you would hear lots of pool noise because it is so close to the pool but you didn't hear a thing! The house is very heavily insulated and kept 100% of the outside noise out.

The home is poolside next to the lazy river and water slides. So fun. Water all day and night for kids and adults. And when you get tired, just hang out on the back patio. We absolutely loved the location, amenities, cute decor, and the essentials provided by the property for our stay! So many fun things to do and the activities left in the home were so well thought out. We’ll be back and will definitely recommend! My only complaint is the carpets were pretty dirty. I totally don’t expect carpets to be cleaned between every guest but after one hour of our stay my 8 month old had black knees and feet from crawling around.

Great location right by the community pool. The home was very clean and we loved how it was decorated. We loved the upper deck! Great hang out for our teenage kids in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the pool towels that were available. Highly recommend.

This is now our favorite place to stay in St. George! So roomy and comfortable. Big enough for our entire family. A few steps from the back door is the pool and kids water park!! Cannot wait to go back!

We totally loved everything about the place we stayed, everything was perfect until the weekend when the other units started filling up. We are just on the other side of the splash pad, lazy river area and there was a huge amount of noise way into the late hours of 10 PM so it was really hard to put our kids to bed. And it was hard for us to even watch a show because there was so much noise outside. I would say probably Monday thru Thursday is the best time to stay here because there is less activity at the water park. However, this unit 109 is perfect. Spotless clean, lovely bedrooms (tv in each room as well), well stocked kitchen, great room is awesome for family, and dining table seats 10. There is a pack n play as well as a high chair so we really had everything we needed. And there is a Harmons grocery store about a mile away. This unit is also central to many hiking trails, as well as the Tuachan Amphatheater. We would definitely come again.

Super nice place, there were beds and bathrooms for everyone in our group and this place swallows a lot of people. We were disappointed the bikes weren't in working order but the maintenance guy came and fixed the ping pong table right away. Very, very close to the pool, like right outside of the windows of the master so the noise is major. But the kitchen and TV's etc.. are awesome!

We had a great time at this property. We have always had fantastic experiences with VRBO. Huge, clean, well stocked home. Right by the pool for the grandkids. All on one level, no stairs to worry about kids (or old folks) falling down. Close to grocery store and dining. Definitely recommend this one! Well worth the money, we will be back!

We had a family get-together which involved several young children and it worked out great! There were plenty of activities supplied at the property (but the pool play area and lazy river were about all that were needed.)The home was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. Beautiful home and amazingly fit all of us perfectly. Loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We want to come back after the Lazy River is finished...that was disappointing. Also, this unit did not have a private spa like it said in the ad. However, we came to go to the Tuacahn and have a family reunion. The kids had fun on the bikes, even in the rain. Beautiful area!

Me and my girlfriends planned a last minute getaway this summer and we had a blast! The home is so cute and homey, so clean and we love that all the master bedrooms also have a private full bathroom! How nice is that when you have 8 women staying all together?! We would highly recommend UBVRs and they have many awesome other homes I have stayed in over the years as well!

We loved staying in this home and would definitely recommend it. We loved how clean and new this home was. It was decorated so nice! The room are spacious and my kids loved the bunkbed rooms with TV's in every room! There are plenty of things to do for the kids; gaming system, bikes, ping pong table, fire pit, swimming pool. We liked having access to bikes in the garage to ride to the pool and pickle ball courts and the surrounding trails. We can't wait to stay here again especially when the lazy river is complete that is right in the backyard!!

As a previous housekeeper, cleanliness is very important and eye catching to me, this home was so clean and well kept. Everything worked and was easy to use. Such a nice place to come home to and relax after crazy days hiking in Snow Canyon.
