We really enjoyed this home. We rented the entire building and had both homes next to each other. Each side had its own hot tub, kitchen, and rooms. We had my brother's family with us who had their own kids so being able to get together at times but also go back to our privacy was a perfect way to travel. The hot tubs were clean, warm, and worked great. The owner and his staff were first class. The owner has a guest services manager and she provided some of hte best service I've ever experienced even in a 5-star hotel. It was totally unexpected. She called us a month before we arrived and gave us tips, got us a great discount on a rental car, and even answered specific questions we had about the home and what's in it. She even setup catering for us for a few meals and it was the best food we'd had on our whole trip. We definitely recommend this home and its owner's staff. I've never experienced anything like it, especially renting a VRBO home and I've rented quite a few.

We stayed this year at your Pines/Park Duplex. This is our 2nd year in a row staying in one of your homes. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub chilling after a hard day skiing. We came to town for skiing and had a past positive experience with your firm. The aspects of your product and service we were most satisfied with were: Quality. price, cleanliness, location, number of guests that could be accommodated, and the home's amenities. The value received was much more than we paid. We would definitely rent this home again and recommend your company to friends and family.

We rented Union Pines/Park twin home for a business conference. We loved the hot tubs outside (apart from one that was broken down), it was perfect to relax after a day's hard work, and we also loved the fact that we could all have dinner in one of the houses (all 17 of us) and have barbecue-nights :).

We stayed at Pines/Park twin home (both units). The house was great and fit our needs perfectly. It was beautiful inside and out and well stocked with the essentials for a multi-day stay. Internet was spotty at best and coffee maker in one of the sides was cracked. Guest service agent was very good. We would definitely recommend your homes to friends and family and would stay again. Just work on getting a more reliable internet connection.

Everything was just as it should be and exactly as described. Everyone loved the duplex! It was much better than expected. It was much nicer than the pictures showed. We had a total of 19 people. Ample space, and very comfortable. We were in a ministry work close by for the week.
