This beautiful newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome sleeps 7 and offers stunning views of Moab's Red Rock Rim and the La Sal mountains. There is no better place to come home to and relax after a fun day filled with adventure.

Last Day Pool is Open: Sunday, Oct 25th

Pool Hours: 10am-9pm daily when open (weather permitting)

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

This place was perfect for 6 adults!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. And the beds are so comfortable. We were out of propane and they came and replaced it asap so that we could grill. We used the community hot tub which was a perfect little walk away. We would def recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you for an amazing stay

This is a beautiful unit in a beautiful, scenic location, with rock formations and mountains surrounding it. It was clean, spacious, and quiet. My doorcode initially didnt work, but i was able to reach someone immediately to fix it. Overall, i was very happy with my experience.

National Park Stay

The house was very comfortable and easy to locate. The location was great and the town had many restaurants and stores. The house was well stocked, which we appreciated. We enjoyed using the garage. One thing to note, the towel rod and the paper holder in both bathrooms were lose.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of parking, big space for mountain bikes/Jeeps/trailers, had basics like coffee/shampoo/conditioner/soap, and LAUNDRY was huge for us travelling from multiple areas. Ended up being a bigger trip than expected — I ended up getting engaged :). A very memorable trip!

Jeep Trip

We shared this with some friends for a Jeep trip. It was perfect. There was plenty of space to park our trucks and trailers along the main road. The garage was great. Having a place to put the Jeeps after a long day of wheeling was so convenient. The property itself was very clean and had literally everything we needed. Internet and fireTVs in all rooms was nice to have as well. Communication was property owners was also great and easy to do. Thanks for making our trip that much better.

Great Value in Good Proximity

Clean with incredible views and in close proximity to both Arches and Canyonlands. No contest. You can relax on either the patio upstairs or downstairs. You can cook for yourselves in a well provided kitchen. We had 3 minor issues: 1) When we tried to adjust the temperature, the thermostat listed a wireless issue and low battery warning. 2) We wanted to be able to recycle wine and water bottles and there was no information provided as far as recycle options. We felt guilty leaving these for the staff to contend with and would not throw them away.3) There were so many trailers with dune buggies or ORV's, that our view was often consumed by them off the lower patio. Overall, I highly recommend this property

Great Stay

Perfect spot for a quick getaway but would work great for extended stay. Nice neighborhood south of town with clean amenities. Clean and neat place with comfortable beds. Big garage for storage. Professional booking procedures. TV difficult to figure out, no ability to watch live television but not a major concern while on vacation.

Quaint townhouse on the outskirts of Moab

We were there for 2 evenings and the place was suitable for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and wall art. We were close to downtown Moab and not far from attractions making it a convenient location. A couple of minor issues arose but were taken care of quickly. Would stay again.

Beautiful area.

Moab Retreat

Loved this condo for our Moab vacation. Very roomy, clean, open kitchen/dining/living room, comfortable beds, modern design, garage to park 2 cars. Location a few miles south of Moab was ideal for getting away from the crowds but close enough to take advantage of Moab’s great restaurants and nearby national parks. Relaxing sore muscles from a day of hiking in the hot tub by the pool was a bonus. We would stay here again, highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse. The furniture was new and it seemed to be recently painted/carpeted. We enjoyed the community heated pool and hot tub. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is about a 20-30 minutes to Arches and 45 minutes to Canyonlands.
When checking in, we were given the wrong code for the door and had a 30 minute delay to check-in until we got the right code. Otherwise, our experience was great and we would stay there again.
