Located in Moab, Utah's south valley, home to world renowned Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Goblin Valley, Slick Rock Trail, Colorado River and much more. This new townhome is the perfect base camp for exploring wonders of the world found here.

Welcome to Rim Vista Townhome #12A2 - a beautiful new 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom private townhome that sleeps 6 located in Moab's Rim Vista resort community. You'll love the community pool, hot tub and the breathtaking mountain views from your private patio with seating and a barbecue for grilling. Located just 15 minutes to Arches National Park, 35 miles to Canyonlands National Park and only a few miles to endless ATV and biking trails full of adventure. Play all day and come home to relax.

Enjoy breathtaking views from the oversized back patio and relax by the pool or take in a game of tennis or basketball in the well appointed common area. The townhome is furnished with a king size bed in one bedroom and a queen size bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom. The sofa has a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. A large double door storage closet is available inside the unit to secure bicycles and other small equipment. Rim Vistas has ample parking for trucks and trailers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are free of charge (laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided.

Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather. Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Overall

Perfect stay for our long weekend to Moab! We were fitting in Canyonlands, Dead Horse, and the Arches Park in tow days and this home was perfect for us getting up before sunrise, accessing the parks, coming home midday to nap/pool, and quick trip to the downtown area. I would highly recommend staying here!

What a treat it was to experience Moab and stay here. Beautiful scenery, very comfortable accommodations with a pool and hot tub close by in the community, it was everything we had hoped for and more for our group and kids. We will come back and we highly recommend this unit and this company.

We stayed from mid January to the end of February. It was a nice place to call home base.
Hand towels were lacking and there wasn't any hand soap in the bathrooms or kitchen. Management quickly brought these items after I called them. The chairs at the kitchen table are so high that we could not fit our legs under the table, so I put 2x4 blocks of wood under the table legs to raise the table. The television in the living room is a pain to use and finding anything to watch was difficult - no local stations either. I bought a Roku for watching TV.
The king bed is extremely soft and caused us back problems. We both prefer a firm mattress.

The condo is very well layed out and spacious. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and premium appliances. The only reason I would not stay there again is the bed - way too soft for us.

Property was nice. Hard to get into as the email details for entering were not correct. So afte a long day had to contact the rental company who then had to contact a local person who got us in. I did receive an email a day later (one day into our stay) with the correct instructions for entry. Nice, quiet and not too far out of town.

This was an excellent location for our home base in Moab. We hiked at Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State Park along with other locations in the area. So easy and quick to travel where we wanted to go. Nice unit. Had all the desirable accommodations. Only request would have been better cleaning - bed comforter was covered in hair and extra blanket and mattress pad were full of stains. Better attention to these details would have made the unit perfect.

First time staying at Rim Vista community and won't be the last. Pool and hot tub were nice, clean, and upkept. Great tennis and small pavilion poolside was great for a picnic together and shade in hot sun for kids to stay longer. We loved the full kitchen and bar and large dining table for meals. Open concept family room made it nice to all feel together but still relax and enjoy some downtime. Definitely recommend this unit, and the staff and company is so amazing to deal with. We will be back.

We had a lot of fun on the trails with our toys, but also had a great time playing tennis, kids swam, and we relaxed in the hot tub at night. Location in so beautiful and scenic. We enjoyed the patio for meals and just hung out together and laughed and played games. Such a great property. Thanks for having us.
