House was very nice but had many problems. Stove malfunctioned. Grill had no gas and when we got new tank, it did not work. Hot tub did not function. Pool filer stopped working and water become dirty and non-usable. When we called to have the problems fixed, they were not timely addressed. Not worth the money we paid.

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and had plenty of room for our party of 11. We could have easily accommodated many more people. The pool was convenient and easy to use with the automatic cover. The kids loved the game room. The only issue we had is we couldn't figure out how to turn on the jets in the hot tub.

This home was amazing. We had so much fun, and there was plenty of space for a group of 15 people. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. There were only a few things which I imagine is because there was a group there before us. The recycling was crazy full so we could barely put any of our things in there, sone of the comforters looked a little dirty, some left over makeup and hair strands, things like that, and when we arrived the cleaners locked the top deadbolt so we actually couldnt get into the property. Luckily the side bedroom glass door was unlocked so we could enter the property. Just some minor things, since overall it was a great stay. Very close to Zion, pool and hot tub was so fun, beautifully big kitchen. It was great.

Loved this home, it was perfect for my large family! Very spacious and fun with the private pool and hot tub. Only recommendations I would give is to have more towel hooks through out the house, bigger bowls and cutting boards in the kitchen and black out curtains or shades in the rooms.

We will be back because this was such an amazing place for large family/groups

We had such an amazing time at this house. It had everything we needed for our stay. The house was fully stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking meals. The outdoor area with pool and hottub was so relaxing! The kids LOVED the game room and built in bunk beds. We wished we stayed longer!!

This was a beautiful rental property. The home is beautiful and lots of space for guests. There were some issues that we encountered during our stay. There is limited access to cleaning supplies like a broom or a mopping bucket. If there’s a spill or something that needs to be swept up. It’s very difficult to find the supplies to do so. There was also an issue with the router and the hot tub amenities. After multiple attempts to contact the maintenance, no one was available and they told me they would not be made available to us during our stay. I look forward to speaking with someone from the company for a partial refund for the inability to utilize all of the amenities during our stay, as these amenities were a major reason this rental property was selected for our group.

Perfect place to gather up the family, we stay here in February and we had a great experience staying here lots of space and super clean, we had some soccer games to attend so we took advantage and took our toys so we can visit the sand hallow state park, great riding and perfect weather.

We thought renting this home was a great value. The pool and hot tub were so fun, but the large kitchen had everything to make meals, and the open family room sectional was so comfortable and used a lot. The bunk rooms enabled us to have more people stay and contribute in the overall cost, making it much more affordable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to families and groups.

Could there have been a more fun weekend? I doubt it! We had a ball. Swam, ate, laughed, hiked, and repeated the same thing the next day. This house is so lovely and comfortable. It takes vacationing to a whole new level. Seriously! The house becomes the vacation experience. It truly does. We are still talking about the experience together. Super easy check-in process (door code), great service and attentiveness from Utah's Best, and amazing scenery.

Family memories! Was a great home to gather and enjoy time together. Pool was clean and nice. Hot tub was warm and wonderful to relax at night. Kitchen is large and stocked. Meals were a breeze and being together was so so nice. Rooms are spacious and kids loved the inset bunk beds. We will be back. Thanks for your hospitality and service.

This home has exceeded all expectations. The home was clean when we checked in and the bunk room was great for the kids. The pool and hot tub are a great addition to this home and it's located down the road from Sand Hollow Golf Course and State Park.
