The property was very nice, we had 4 adults and 8 children and all fit very well. Had a problem with a bathtub not draining well but was taken care of very quickly. The fridge leaked water from underneath, unfortunately it never got taken care of. But overall the place is really nice.

We were so grateful to get this rentsl so quickly due to a previous reservation that was canceled on us last min. However we had to wait all day with stuff in our car to check-in. But other than that the house was perfect for our family vacation.

Clean and well equipped for our group of 5 guys in for an annual ski trip. Convenient location between the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We will rent again if available in our dates next year.

Right at the base of canyon, easy ride to snowbird. We were able to beat traffic, have an incredible time, and live comfortably. Would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely rent again, they made it so easy!

My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week. We really enjoyed our stay at this property, as the kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The dining table is sturdy, and the eight chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Ditto for the 4 barstools. The gas fireplace is wonderful to have as is the seating area in the main hall. The kids enjoyed the play room downstairs, and all the various games. The only issue that we noted, was the inconsistent water temperature and pressure, the almost non-functioning light in the master closet, and the rickety bunkbeds. The oversized washer and dryer was much appreciated, and the extra pods as well. We had trouble with the internet, but it didn’t phase us since we used our hot spots. Overall, I really enjoyed this property and would stay here again.

This ended up being a great spot for a family get together. The rooms were large enough and plentiful enough that we could be all together or in smaller groups for various activities. Kitchen was well stocked, the ping pong/pool table was a hit, and we loved the park close by. Parking was fine, but the extra parking is a ways away. The downstairs bedroom was pretty cold. My only suggestion would be a deep clean to remove all of the fingerprints around doors and light switches. Highly recommend!

My family and my kids friends loved staying at this house. There were plenty of beds of the 8 kids.
Everything was very clean the host had many things accessible to make the stay comfortable.
I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

This is a really great house in a wonderful location - especially if you want access to Cottonwood canyon. It's pretty quick to get on/off the freeway as well. The house itself is really lovely, and is really nice for a large group, with 3 1/2 baths and 4 bedrooms, and lots of space to hang out and to eat together. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you could possibly want - much better than most vacation rentals. I highly recommend this location.

Pros: The vacation home was amazing! The photos are an accurate representation of the home: super clean and spacious so there was more than enough room for 5 of us. Wish we had more friends and family join us to enjoy the space! The kitchen had everything we needed from coffee filters to a wine opener and a wide variety of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Also, plenty of plates, cups, and bowls! There was enough towels for all of us, but maybe not for a full house. The restrooms were stocked with small shampoo & conditioner bottles plus soap bars. Our stay was for 5 days, so not quite enough but that’s okay because we brought our own. The house was also stocked with detergent & and dish washer tabs (enough for one wash a day). Beds and linens were comfortable & we all slept well! Well, except for the friend in the basement who moved to the bunk bed room on the third night (see below for why). Great location! We visited Solitude and Brighton and the drive was less than an easy 30 min. Cons: The “basement” bedroom is cold. Also, because the room is technically underground, whoever sleeps in this room can hear every house creek and crack and every water drip. It might be difficult for a light sleeper to get a good nights rest. Also, the pillows need a good wash. If more than one person is taking a shower, the water changes from hot to cold. Suggest everyone time their showers appropriately. The bunk bed room has a funky smell. My kids didn’t notice, but I did. Maybe it just needs an air freshener. Summary: we are so happy with the vacation home! It was always pleasant to end a long day of snowboarding in a very comfortable, warm, and homey space. Thanks to whoever put this home together! Truly a home away from home!

We stayed here with our adult children- 7 people in total. The pictures are a true representation! We had PLENTY of space to separate and then be together for games and movies on the huge comfy sofa. Kitchen is very well stocked! Ski areas all very close as is a grocery store. The communication with the management company was also excellent. There is a green space in walking distance with play equipment for small children . Overall a truly great experience!
